The best beach in the world. This a very small island, but the water is clear and warm. If you want privacy and peace, then you need to visit this beautiful island. This is a perfect place to escape from your stress and problems. I probably paid around $75 for two people. They had two speed boats from Cartagena to the island. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the island. Food was included which you have the option of selecting from fish or chicken. You can buy alcohol drinks for a very cheap price. They have kayak that you can borrow for free. You can rent snorkel equipment and jet ski for a very cheap price. Also, the island has beach chairs and beds. I highly recommend to visit this beautiful island

Just perfect, the food is simple (as not sophisticated) but fair. You should make a reservation prior to arrival. The only way to get there is by boat. I highly recommend.

Amazing little island with beautiful beaches, crystal clear water and few friendly animals. Not getting 5 stars just because they could look after some areas of the island a bit better.

there are many small island for a daily tour from cartagena but this one is quite special. I did not know so it was a surprise, on a crowded saturday only two boats went there bringing a total of 50-60 people. beaches were obviously beautiful as you would expect. another positive surprise was the food, very good fried fish !

Did the tour to Bendita island and the snorkeling package. Overall was a nice Caribbean beach with a nice lunch included. Drinks and snacks were separate along with taxes, an extra 20k p/p. The snorkeling was extra as well 50k p/p. The island was good but half is under construction and most of the island needs a little upkeep. The snorkeling was cool with plenty of tropical fish to see but the water was a bit rough. The good thing about this island is also that it is not a crowded mess which is a good option if you want to relax. Can’t compare to other island since this is my first. I tried going to Santa Clara hotel to see if they had anything to their private island but it’s for guests only. I heard good things about it.

Fantastic! Make sure you go snorkeling! That experience is just priceless! ✅Bring cash- make sure you use local currency ❌ I don’t recommend using credit card, signal is poor ✅Fried fish is the best option! It’s been the best fish I have ever had so far 💯Customer service 👌🏻Clean place and with lot of options to rest 👍🏼Prices are good and quality service is great!

We didn't do anything else here but snorkel our way around the island so the review is for the beach itself, not including dining/service. Lots of fish if you know how to look for them, just be careful with the current. We wanted to rent chairs and eat here but they were sold out, so if you'd like to do that make sure to reserve your spot. Otherwise you're not allowed "in" the island. Beautiful beach, with crystal clear waters. I tend to read a lot of bad reviews when it comes to tour groups that take you to the islands, so if your budget allows (which is an option to get there), rent a private boat and add this beach to your itinerary.

Bendita beach is a wonderful experience for just a person seeking silence to couples and families. A nice boat ride there i actually got the massage service on the island and it was excellent. The food was served buffet style and was delicious. i booked this getaway in Cartagena and will go again. No hassling with vendors, the water was perfect and clear.

Beautiful island but careful of travel agents promising a non crowded experience. Because of this, You’ll have some difficulty getting one of the few beach beds so TIP: go early in the morning if you can.

This is an ecoturism experience, it is worth it! Comfortable, and enjoyable because its private and you can really enjoy yourself as you please.

Amazing, tiny island with few beach areas, relaxing vibe, crystalclear water and beautiful flora & fauna. The tour isn't cheap, but totally worth it if you would like to get some rest.
