We booked a tour in English and they promised it but it was only in Spanish. the guides were unprofessional, the tour is nothing like they promised , they rushed from place to place and took us to the most crowded and trashy places, the tour is said to be private but we had to share a boat with plenty other people, they didn’t prepare for the ride and made us wait almost an hour while they shopped for the essentials. They also sell the tour as a snorkelling tour but there were no snorkels and the Glases was not good so water got inside. Overall it was a horrible experience, would not recommend, felt like being trapped in scary island.

We took the DYK Tours through World Expo agency. We did the 5 island tour which included 2 snorkeling spot, lunch at isle de rosario, cholon and isle de baro. I’m not sure why they advertise this as a snorkeling tour. They failed to give snorkels or fins. They took us to a spot which had a lot of currents and it was difficult to swim easily. The speed boat was drifting away which made it an even more difficult, tiring and dangerous experience. Our guide had to pull us for a good 10-15 mins to the boat since the currents were pulling us away. Lunch was good - we had fried fish and chicken options. We had the most fun at Cholon island. Overall the tour company could do more to help ensure safety for its customers

Der Bus baute auf dem Weg einen Unfall und wir mussten den Bus wechseln. Kamen viel zu spät an, es war ein konstantes Chaos. Da wir zu spät waren war der Wellengang sehr hoch und wir hatten Angst auf dem Boot. Es wird keine Rücksicht genommen und einfach drauflos gefahren, wir dachten zeitweise wir kentern. Nichts ist zu empfehlen. Nichts wurde eingehalten wie versprochen.

We toured 5 islands They took us to the aquarium Snorkeling a sunken airplane Chilled on some white sand beaches and they made us lunch. My son and husband had fried fish and my daughter and myself had the chicken. Nothing fancy but definitely tasty The crew on our boat were very professional and helpful/caring We got to rent jet skis while at one of the islands The last stop was in the pitch dark where we all jumped in the water and the bio illuminated plankton were sooo cool. If you have a laid back personality and just want to have a good time, kids and all this is so good. We had a blast. It was a long tour but man did we have fun. They picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. Pedro messaged my husband to make sure we got home safe. That was super nice. He even took under water pics of my family snorkeling and sent them to us. That was super cool.

This said there would be a max of 15 people on my tour - there were 50 plus people. We spent over an hour waiting in line. There was also no information - what port number, signs with the company name, etc when booking. Information like the fact that you need to pay a port fee or the boat doesn’t leave until an hour plus after the departure time would have been helpful for planning.

I took the 5 VIP open islands + plankton tour and it was a very cool experience. I had a lot of fun and made new friends. The guide and receptionists were very happy and respectful. Just returned from the Rosario 5 Islip trip from the pier of Cartegenas by convention center and it was horrible. I do NOT recommend it. The driver drove the yacht as if were a speed boat & passengers jumped into air over 7 times … I understand the wind/waves but he was pulling tricks thinking it was fun but it was reckless, dangerous & a total disregard for passengers. Also we weren’t given life vests when driver did this!!! Two passengers, including me, a young German man and I, were yelling to stop and the more we yelled at him to stop and signaled him w our hands, the faster he sped the boat up in the air.. it was unnecessary & reckless. I was so dissatisfied I informed him & demanded he return me back to Cartegenas. There were no handles to grab on the yacht or seat belts. Also the so called snorkeling which I was informed that I would be provided w equipment was just a face mask… and about a15 minute event… they also squeezed in too many passengers and some including my life vest was broken…. Not even sure if the driver was licensed & I’d he is, his license shoukd be sanctioned
