It is a good hospital,no doubt in that. Doc waiting period was too late. If we come 10 mind late they don't see and ask us to come tomorrow but if they come ah hour or 2 late everytime. Patient discharged an week ago, still they don't send details to discharge summary team. There is no follow up unless we go and push them hard .

One of the BEST hospital. Dr. Thillai and his entire team took care of my dad ( senior citizens needs special care and they know it well) and helped him through the recovery process in such a way that he felt being at home after sometime. It is very rare to see such a disciplined team working together flawlessly and caring the patient as if they are family member. Dr. Thillai meticulously reviews the report in a very detailed way and consider giving medication holistically by considering all means of patients quality of life and as well for future without causing complications. God bless the doctor and his team to live long to serve the community.

Had my delivery here .Day after discharge my baby was crying continuously for several hours on calling the hospital one of night duty sister attended and just brushed it off saying "all babies cry" , not even listening to what we were trying to say . she did not even suggest something basic like check the baby's temperature. So we ourselves checked at home, he had a temp of 101. immediate rushed to hospital. The same sister received the baby, was barking at me entire time, literally snatched medical records from me.!! Turned out baby was dehydrated and pediatrician told if we had delayed it would have become worst. If I had listened to this sister and stayed home things would have gone bad . Kindly train your sisters and ask them not to brush off everything like it's normal and to at least try to listen what the patient is saying.

Super expensive. I wouldn't comment about the doctors but the general ward was an absolute nightmare. The buzzer to call the attender wouldn't function. It is just a single bed space with a chair for an attender to sit for the entire night. The bathrooms weren't neat. Indian ones didn't have flush. There's no hygiene in the general ward. They made us pay 2500+ for some 15 hours stay. The house keeping also didn't sweep or clean the floors properly. Some of the nurses were slacking. The food was yuck. The meal was so cold and sorry. Over all a GH type feel. But took around 20k worth deposit. Even class hospitals like Sims take only 30k for patients in ICU. This one left a feeling of wasted resources. Just for the location. Nothing else.

Very nice service and team. I came here for my delivery. The sisters were very friendly and supportive throughout my labour. They provide us with timely support. I had a very bad experience, my father admitted and returned as a dead body. Doctors are not clear and they think they have all the powers. I asked him if he is OK after looking his situation, but Doctor promised, with in a day he will walk. Normally every Hospital should consist of good Doctors, but Doctors have to take their advantage of experience and guide the patients correctly. Once the Doctors say CAT ON WALL. you need to understand that they are going to start pulling all powers of money. In case of insurance, you will be sucked all the value and then only will be left out, may in good condition or ..... Applicable in all Hospitals Points when Doctors start telling these words. 1. Cat on wall 2. Immunity 3. Internal organs not supporting 4. Nimoniaaa All other sorts of conditions which technically don't know. The family Doctor practice is almost gone. So no one knows our condition when we visit as a patient. These life extending equipments should be used only if there are chances. Doctors have to tell relatives clearly. Patients should also not suffer in the name of life extensions. If it's clearly know things tell it clearly, don't try to extract money from the patients. Conclusion Take decisions by yourself, Doctors will always tell many things, 2 points you need to take care. 1. You know better Patient health condition than Doctors as you are daily facing challenges. 2 Money that you can spend. Always buy insurance and keep ready. If you spend from your pocket, take quick and wise decisions. Trust God and if patients in his or her last stage, give a better death in your house instead of hospital. Based on My experience, take your own decisions.

Don’t fall for the stars and ratings. Ive been admitted with minor symptoms of dengue here for 5days and would give only top star for Nursing Care. Doctors just visit for 5minutes, then complete show is run by Nurses - which was good. Front desk, Insurance, Billing is Worst!! They don’t have any empathy towards patients. Especially the insurance guys - not experienced and trained in handling usual TPA claims

I would like to give 0 rating to this hospital, This is not the first time we came through this . When you went through an emergency hospital staffs and doctors were so lathargic, secondly if you get appointment by 7:30 the doctor din't reach still 8:30 reason stuck in traffic for everytime . Worst casualty & Hospital management and they lies every time you go and check for timing. Exceptional Dr. Vijaykarthik is the only person attend patient on time in that hospital.

Care and Expertise at the best level. That was our experience. Brought my wife in a difficult condition about a week ago. Chief Dr.Thillai Vallal, Rheumatologist Dr.Ramesh, Superintendent, Duty Doctors at ICU and wards, all showed great care to find a solution for her condition and bring her back to normal. Nursing staff were polite and cheerful and nursed her back to good health. We are thankful to Chief and his team for the attention and care.

Dr Thillai has been our cardiologist for the last four decades. Recently we admitted our 85 year old mother who lived alone in need of urgent medical care. Venkateshwara hospital’s team -both doctors and nurses took singular care of my mother and brought her back to normalcy. Dr Thillai himself is a cardiologist par excellence, great leader running a first class medical hospital. God bless.

I came in for Dengue and was eventually admitted. The hospital stop were great. Even though I was alone , didn’t feel alone and had some one Checking in on me constantly. Dr.Harrison was my physician. He was good with his recommendation, answered questions patiently . The nurses were competent and friendly . The hospital provided a welcome kit with toothbrush paste towel, etc which I greatly appreciated. Some feedback would be 1) better food - I only took breakfast here but it was cold and not very flexible menu. No juice etc available unless the attender gets it.they did manage to get me tender coconut water 2) consolidate the cleaning staff I don’t have 3 people to come in one by one to do cleaning but just one person do the room. Except on 4th day, I saw a small roach 3) drawing blood is a task. My arm is blue black. Not all nurses are as apt at taking blood All in all a positive experience.

I have delivered a boy baby by shanthi Sanjay mam normally last month & he is a pre term baby which she tried only for normal without any complications. She is an experienced doctor & no other doctor can treat like her, only minus I felt is she is not much friendly she is very strict doctor because during my delivery while doing internal exam she beat on my lap 2times which made me very disappointed & life long unforgettable, if a doctor is friendly might be pain can be bearable instead she will scold if u didn't co-operate & always her talks & words will be different which is always professional she will not talk or have any extra discussion rather than treatment, & plus I felt is husband is allowed during labour & certain medications were given if we have unbearable labour pain she will not go for c section untill unless if there is any real complications. Next baby care is good with this hospital especially thank you so much Lakshmi sister & nivetha sister who took care of my child well. Finally pediatrician doctor praveena such an amazing doctor & she is very patient & explaining things very soft well care taker & good pediatrician doctor.

Do not choose this hospital based on the Google ratings. I don't know how they these many positive reviews. I took my dad as he had fever. They did some tests and immediately wanted us to get admitted saying the point 60+ people should be given atmost care. I heard to them and got my dad admitted. They kept on giving him medicines and IV fluids. When i ask for progress, they don't answer me properly. 3 days went like that and 4th day they say my dad is affected by plague. It was complete non sense. Condition of my dad's health became worst compared to when we joined him. I lost trust over them and wanted to discharge my dad. They put a pressure on me and asked me to write a letter that i am totally responsible if anything wrong happens to my dad. I wrote a letter and brought him home. I re tested again for plague the next day i got him discharged and it was negative. They just manipulate the results untill they achieve their monthly targets. To one my friend they created such fear and dod heart operation for her dad unnecessarily. Now he is suffering a lot. Do not trust this hospital. They not only take your money, but also collapse your health and life completely.

My wife delivered both of our babies normally ( no C-section ) in Venkataeswara Hospitals by one of the best gynaecologist Dr. Shanthi Sanjay. She is fully transparent in the entire pregnancy journey so that you won't get any doubts and you will never get frightened about the delivery too. Her team of labor ward & baby room nurses are also experts in analysing the labor pain, baby position and handling the babies. They do it with ease. Our paediatrician is also in Venkataeswara hospitals only. Dr. Praveena Lionel, one of the most knowledgeable doctors about understanding baby symptoms & movements. We could not have raised up our first kid healthily without her care. Always available to our calls and msgs. Never suggest medicines unnecessarily.

I approached the hospital for chestpain.The heart problem was ruled out first and then It was diagonosed as chest congestion and effective treatment was given. I don't recommend this hospital for health checkup or cardiac care. I took my Mom and Dad for health checkup. They are not providing service in the best interest of patients but they just like to fill their ICU beds to pay for their new building. Don't get caught in this vicious hospital. Their rates are very high and even with the best insurance, you can cover only 50 to 60% of the overall cost. They found Cardiac Artery disease in my Dad's report and started scaring us that anything could happen and he is going through a heart attack. However, he was perfectly normal and walked 4 kms a day before his health checkup. They told about my Dad's condition to my mom and said if we don't do anything he might die. Don't they have the common sense that this news could put my mom's life in danger. I was flustered and couldn't think and they took advantage of that situation and cornered us with no other option to go with Angiogram and 5 days ICU after that. With my Family and Friends help, I sneaked out and got a second and third opinion about my Dad's condition and the care that he needs. We came to know that he has been having this condition for a long time and he was perfectly fine. 98% of people with this condition will not even notice and will be fine with good lifestyle. However, there is 2% chance anything could happen. Anything can happen to anyone at anytime. Those chances are more than this 2%. Venkateswara doesn't have to scare us for this 2%. Rather, they could have told that hey, we found a problem and you may need to do something about it and this is our recommendation. So, finally I took my Dad to better hospital for Cardiac care and everyone in my family was totally relieved. Discharge summary didn't include all the medicines that was given to my Dad, which is very critical for the other Hospital before they provide any care. Even when asked, Cardiologist wouldn't write it for me, rather just say verbally. Don't you have the integrity and responsibility as a Doctor to write the medicine names. How could you expect a non-medical person to clearly write the medicine names. So, I totally NOT RECOMMEND Venkataswara hospital, Nandanam for health checkup or Cardiac care.

This is my second delivery and my doctor was Dr. Shanthi Sanjay. Both my babies were born here and both were a normal delivery. Dr. Shanthi Sanjay was very friendly, caring and very supportive throughout both my pregnancies and post pregnancy also. Because of her constant support and guidance I did not have any complications before and after delivery. I would strongly recommend Dr. Shanthi Sanjay to all the new mom's as she is one in a million with soo much experience in maternity and who is also an expert in her field. I also recommend Dr. Praveena who is the Pediatrician for both my babies. Dr. Praveena is very friendly, caring and always make sure to explains our queries in detail. The reception, staff, nurses, visiting doctors in the maternity ward were very polite. They were respectful, explained the action plan carefully to the patient and attenders. Once admitted for treatment the nursing staff were the highlight! They were very caring. The maintenance staff kept the room nice and clean.

Every inmates from our trust are sent to this hospital whenever they are sick and they will return to us in a very good shape within 4 to 5 days. The staffs, nurse and doctors are very kind and gentle. The care and assistance they provide to the patient are incomparable to any other hospital. Even I was admitted in this hospital when I got covid and Mr. Thilaivalal sir took such a good care of me. Thanks to the entire team for saving so many souls and all the best too.

Truly an excellent healthcare services provided by the great Dr Thillai Vallal and his amazing team of Drs, Nurses and attendees..Admitted my dad, who was diagnosed with acute cholecystitis, complicated with empyema formation. Excellent hospital...My mother , 85 years of age was brought here with ankle fracture and she was given excellent round the clock care by all the doctors and paramedics staff. Everybody working here is very polite and courteous. Expensive medications are given only after our consent. They provide excellent at home service too. Such services come rarely these days at reasonable cost!! Thank you Venkateshwara hospitals!!

My mother was critical when we admitted. But within one hour of her being admitted, the best treatment was provided which saved her from the current illness. The entire staff: nurses, doctors, admin was extremely kind, supportive & Cooperative. We were fortunate to come to the right place at the right time.
