We had a wonderful time, SriLanka is a beautiful country with a lot of interesting places to visit. The driver took us everywhere so we could see the whole country in a short time and spend all the holiday without wories. Thank you for all Digital Tourism!

Overall great experience with Extreme Digital Tourism! I would recommend them if planning a trip to Sri Lanka. Planning phase: During the planning phase of the trip, Sinthu was very easy and accommodating to work with. He suggested an itinerary and based off of that, we worked together to come up with an itinerary that was perfect for my family. He responded very quickly to all of my questions and I had a lot! My only suggestion for this phase would be to provide more detailed itineraries to reduce the amount of research I had to do on my end i.e. researching landmarks, suggested hotels and how much time we would spend in a car each day, etc. I would also suggest offering multiple payment options. I have no idea how to do an international bank transfer (for the deposit), but we agreed that I would pay upon arrival which was also great! Pre-trip: Sinthu confirmed our flight details the day before and even offered us a van instead of a car which made our trip much more comfortable than it would have been in a car. He also picked us up from the airport with our driver Ilyas. My only suggestion is that upon arrival at the airport we walked around for a while looking for someone holding a sign with our name. But after getting a sim card I was able to locate Sinthu. Trip: The trip was awesome and memorable, and made even more great by our wonderful driver Ilyas! He might’ve been the highlight of the trip! He was always on time and greeted my family with the warmest smile every morning. He treated us like family and made sure we had all of our valuables before leaving for the day. And he put up with our loud kids without complaint! Sinthu followed up during the trip to make sure everything was going well which was thoughtful. My only suggestion for the trip part would be to offer more details i.e. we were unable to go to the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy because my whole family was in shorts and slides. We go to temples a lot but I was in a vacation/non-thinking mode so that didn’t even occur to me while in my zenned out mode. Post-trip: Sinthu followed up to make sure we got home okay. Also a nice touch! Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

We had an amazing tour of Srilanka thanks to Sinthu and the driver Mahendran. Sinthu was available throughout to guide us and executed our trip by organising an excellent driver & vehicle for our 5 day trip.

Although this was our very first experience to hire any agency to plan our trip to any country but it seems like it is proven to be the most memorable and exitibgcreip we ever had. We had an extended support from Sinthu and his driver Ashiq. Both if them very kind and helpful. Everything was properly planned and executed. Ashiq knows each and every bit of Lanka and he made us cozy and happy about this trip. Since we had baby so car seat was there and Ashiq never said NO even if we wanted to go early or late. We are much thankful to you guys for your love care and support. Hope to see you soon again.

Very great person very very helpful and always there when you need anything. Vehicle was in good condition and driver was very supportive too. He planned our vacation in such organised way that we did not miss out anything and had great fun family time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Accommodations were very comfortable at beautiful locations with lovely landscapes..Organiser was friendly and helpful in all our needs..They ensured our safety over the whole journey..From itinerary, transport vehicle and food recommendations everything was well taken care of.. Our trip to Sri Lanka has been absolutely perfect and would not have been the same if it weren’t for our guide and driver Sanath. Sanath was so helpful right from the start; from helping us navigate the airport and exchange currencies, to transporting us to Sigiriya, Dambulla, Kandy, Haputale, Ella and Mirissa. Sanath ensured we were knowledgeable of all of the above locations, providing us with tips and local knowledge, so that we went to the best places and paid the most reasonable prices. He was always on hand if we needed him (without fail) - we would stop in one location and he would wait outside of our hotel for us and keep constant communication. As mentioned, he was so helpful and pointed us in the direction of all the best activities, view points and restaurants. Above all else, Sanath was incredibly friendly and we were really sad to part ways by the end of the trip. We really became friends and exchanged stories from our lives in both the UK and Sri Lanka respectively. He was interested in us as people, not just as tourists - a truly genuine person who we wish the best and will miss. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you so much sanath!
