They may have been good in the past but recently they have become sloppy. My mother booked a trip to Lourdes, France and Fatima, Portugal through them in June 2023. They did not have a tour guide accompany the group since it was apparently too small--5 people. They did not inform us about this until 2 days before the trip. This was highly unprofessional and unethical--that is supposed to be the service they provide (but they have no issue with charging the same fee). Fortunately, my husband and I accompanied my mother and helped the group get through a very short transit, and in another instance when our plane was rerouted last minute from Orly airport to Charles de Gaulle airport in France at midnight. At a minimum, they should not book flights with short transits (40 minutes) when elderly passengers are taking the trip. What if someone has a medical emergency while rushing to catch another flight? I urge family members to accompany their elderly parents if they book with them because of the poor service. I will never let my mother travel with this company again.

It has become a Disappointing and irresponsible company. Visa documents were incorrectly filled and no agendas for the tours were given. They cancelled the tour a week before and we had to beg for our refund for more than two weeks! Qwest has become so irresponsible on their tours now!
