    Ordered a cookie dough blast medium, and a chili cheese tot medium. Service is bad, waited at least 10 minutes. The por potions on the tots are small, and don’t even look like a medium. Do not waste your money on Sonics. Id rather go to Chick-fila good service and good amount of food.

    I love sonic and used to never have a problem with this location. I moved away for a little over a year and came back in March. About 2 months ago I mobile ordered the chicken toster (same in picture) checked in a stall and waited over 45 minutes. Finally pushed the button to which got told they didn't have any chicken and that I would be reimbursed (never happened). Today I come back order the same thing on the mobile app with extra mayo. Well if I wanted a soggy chicken strip sandwich I would have went to whataburger. I would stay away from this sonic in my opinion.

    They put my chili cheese tots upside down in the bag. It was a HUGE mess. No napkins, comments unusable. Tried to say something through the speaker, they "couldn't hear us". They forgot the jalapenos on my husband's chili cheese dog and then made us PROVE that we ordered it. It was fun. 🤣😮‍💨

    If I could leave a 0, I would. I haven’t had sonic in about 3 years and tonight I tried it. The food was DISGUSTING. The chili cheese coney had little to any chili or cheese on it. The food was COLD from the jump. & the fries, chicken tenders, AND onion rings were all burnt and tasted like dirty oil. Worst experience ever. Do not waste your money here.

    I got my usual ... A small burger with added bacon, medium Onion Rings, small Reeses Flurry. Everything was good. I like how there is crumbled Reeses with every spoonful. The guy who took our order could've been a little more friendly. He sounded irritated. My burger could've used a little more Mayo, as well.

    I understand it's Halloween and they are super busy bc im a cook at a local restaurant but learn to read tickets bc when I pay for something to have bacon and jalapeños I expect it to have what I requested on it then when you call to try and get something done about it no one ever answers the phone

    I ordered on my mobile device , arrived , checked in and then had the staff select that my order was on the way only to sit for 15 minutes and have to press the red button to ask about my food. They acted rudely when asked about it, only to find it was sitting there completed but no one had brought it out. Rude staff, slow service and unapologetic mistakes is what you can expect out of this location.

    Don't even bother. Every single time I go to this sonic, they either don't give me my entire order, mess up an item (I recently got a banana shake add peanut butter and they added strawberry instead), or can't even be bothered to mix their "Hand-Mixed Master Shakes". If they aren't taking forever, the screens are broken, and its all together just a terrible place. If you're okay with these things, then be my guest, but don't say I didn't warn you.

    IF I could give -5 stars, I would! Tried to place my order, after waiting 10 mins, they answered with a "Yeah, what do you want?!" ( Strike #1)I started my order. People were laughing over the intercom as I was talking (Strike #2), THEN I got cursed out by 2 people over the intercom. (Strike #3). POOR customer service and rude. If this is how you conduct your business at this location, good luck!! I'll NEVER go back. (This was my 1st time there!)

    I was pleasantly surprised at the hospitality I received at the copperas cove location today! I got my order in just to realize I didn’t bring my purse I waved one of the workers down and asked him to cancel my order if they don’t take Apple Pay, after he went inside I was about to pull out and another worker waved me down and let me use my card info. To pay and I left on my merry way with my coffee. People like that are what keep customers coming back !! I didn’t catch the name of the workers who helped me but THANK YOU!! Will be returning

    After waiting 30 minutes for a super sonic breakfast burrito they brought me a burrito that was cold and only had tatter tots, bacon, tomatos and onions and had the gall to give it to me and that's after the person taking our order just decided to end my order before beofe I was even done ordering.

    Beware; you’ll have to pull into like 5 different stalls to find a working one. Why not just cone all the ones that aren’t working off? This would be less aggravating to customers, especially since it’s a tight one way parking lot where it’s hard to turn around.

    Went to sonic today. Ordered a corndog took one bite. It was cold inside. I threw it out the window just that one bike made me sick. Still have heartburn swallowing just that little piece. Wasn’t happy with the service at all.

    No consistency with the food. Seems like about half the stalls don't work. Have to drive into 3 or 4 to find one that works. This particular place has been bad for years. I don't necessarily blame the workers so much as the owner. Workers just perform to the same standard the owner does.

    My daughter & her friends went here for lunch. Both of their cards were declined & instead of thinking it strange & taking 60 seconds to look into the problem, Tiffany proceeded to tell them they needed to pay for their food……which they were trying to do. Another employee came to investigate/assist & said “They were cheap b*****es” & proceeded to cuss these young ladies out on their way to school. They were all very upset arriving to school. Again it would have taken 60 seconds, maybe 120 seconds, to be a decent human being to help some young ladies out seeing they were high schoolers with their school IDs on their neck instead of spreading more hate into the world & throwing away $40 worth of food.

    I got the new Strawberry shortcake float. Slushy and ice cream taste like mineral build up. Machines need to be cleaned, filters need to be replaced. Also, mustard goes under the chili cheese hotdogs, not on top. Broken stalls, missing graphic covers, dirty sidewalks, and trash. Invest in a pressure washer. If I was a mystery shopper I would fail this location.

    Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I ordered ONLY a cherry limeade through the app and checked in when I arrived. It took over 10 minutes to receive my order. A little too long of a wait for just a drink. Still love the place and I will go back.

    Most days, the food is off the chain and hot. Customer service is wonderful, but they do need a lot of work done on the outside. Most of the speakers are hard to hear out of, and they don't offer the sauce, but other than that, everything is good.

    Speakers didn't work on several of the screens.. Had to find one that didn't have a sign on it.. Got there and waited for my order to be in taken(wasn't that busy) ordered #7 footling chili dog and tots. Food was hot and good, when it came time to close the lights were turned out on me while I was eating... Lol..I get it, they were ready to go and didn't want more traffic coming in... Over all it was ok.....

    Was a bad experience and was not a satisfied customer. My order was not correct so I had to ask for my missing items to be replaced then the item was not replaced so I had to come back to get my other missing item. The food was cold when I returned so I asked for my order to be remade since my order was now cold due to me having to return to sonic. The food was remade but again part of my order was missing items and didn't know till I got home. The store also tried to get me to pay for the remake of my order. This store was unorganized and not up to the standard I am used to with other sonics I've been to before.

    All the food was old and tasted disgusting and couldn’t even get half way through it. They got one of the drinks wrong and the shake which was supposed to be a strawberry sweet tea tasted as if a cockroach had be in it or around it. Definitely will not be stopping here or getting anything from this location again. When we called to let them know about how the food quality, the manager asked how can I fix the issue? I then told him and said I just wanted to make you aware he hung up on me! Talk about good customer service there.😒

    I can't honestly say much about it, since I am not a Fast Food person. A couple of years ago we had some delicious ice cream shakes. I have seen comments on a local app lately that not all stations are open or functional. I personally just picked up a large order of coffee for someone that I had ordered by phone ahead of time. Out of curiosity I ordered myself a coffee also and have to admit, it was very good. The staff was also very friendly.
