Fast, friendly, and great prices n delicious tacos. 🌮 🔔 I love the fiesta veggie burrito..it's loaded with taste. rice black beans sour cream guac ..not crazy bout the red Frito tasting chips inside the burrito 🌯.

I have been to many Taco Bell’s and never had a problem always get the Mexican pizza combo and nacho fries come to this one and they give me cheese and shell on my pizza I will never go back to far to go back

Tacos were beyond stale couldn't even finish them. How do you have a heated press to melt cheese and food still comes out cold. Service was fine enough but food was horrible and will not be returning. I just lowered. I review because. How are you going to say emails us to talk Bout and fix the issue then Ignore me when. I email.

05 Oct 2022 at 11:45pm. I was informed by my dasher that a manager at this location would not allow them to pick up my order because they did not have the materials to make my crunchwrap. I called this location and the manager informs me that she will not allow the dasher to take my food because Taco Bell could not complete my order. She told me I would have to cancel my order and reorder my food again without the Crunchwrap. So because Taco Bell did not update their menu to inform me there were no Crunchwraps... Now I have to cancel my order and reorder. I even educated her that I can annotate a missing item on my end and get my credit back..... She then tells me she knows but then it makes them look bad..... You serious? Who's fault is it?

Fast and clean taco bell. It was awesome to visit during this crazy world and feel a small sense of normalcy. Free taco Tuesday is one of the best days of the year to 25 at least. Got lots of sauce in which how doesn't love the cool sayings, plus the service was super fast even with a long line of other cars, and best of all they did not screw up the order!

Do NOT spend your money here. Guy who owns this turned off app ordering so he wouldn’t have to do rewards. For that, you’d at least expect an uptick in quality. But there’s not. He’s a greedy loser soon to be out of a franchise.

Copperas Cove Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to the gross smell hits you first thing you open the door to go in but I decided to order anyway because I was hungry I got my burrito and it had almost no meet or cheese in it and the crunchy taco 🌮 same thing the soda saw strait flat. Then I had to use the restroom go in to find their is no running water and no soap wich made me wonder how are the employees washing their hands after they use the restroom just truly gross. And the thing is only a few months ago this was a great place to eat what happened to make it get so bad so fast?

I get Taco Bell once a year on my birthday, so it was a HUGE order. Every single item was correct, which is rare. I really appreciated the care in which my order was prepared and double checked (I was early picking it up so I watched the person making it)

Employees shouldn't park right in the front by the entrance. There were a bunch of cars in the front and I thought there were a lot of people inside. Nope, no one inside just Employees. Food is good and service is good but don't take up your customers parking, that's just lazy.

This Taco Bell is one of the best. AND, the customer service is amazing! Christian and another gentleman were working the drive thru window. They were super friendly, professional, and made us feel welcomed. It's been a long time where I didn't leave a drive-thru upset because of poor customer service. Christian and the other gentleman did amazing. We will definitely be back.

This location has great customer service. My family frequents this location at least weekly. Perfect for a quick bite after school activities. Tonight an extremely rude customer attempted to berate and belittle the staff. All of the staff were unphased and continued to provide the absolute best customer service. The management made the issue right. Despite having a finger pointed in her face while a berated grown man attempted to shame her for not boosting his ego and reading his mind, nana(not sure if spelled right) kept her composure and continued to provide my family friendly service with a smile. The employees at this location are out here doing the lords work, good job guys! 👏🫶

Nothing was made correctly, literally no meat in the crunch wrap supreme! Will not be going to this location again, and has made me rethink going to any taco bell again! Would give no stars if possible!

It is Taco Bell and what you should expect, not horrible, not great, but good enough to get you through another meal. One of a few restaurants open late, which drives up business.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! An all guys crew was so kind and on top of it this evening. Everyone was eager to help and had a great attitude.

The lady that was outside and took my order was super nice, polite and professional.The service was quick, and the lady who was at the window was also super nice, polite and professional. The food was good as well.

Today it was 87° when I went to order food. They had one lady outside with this heat at 1:00pm, dressed with a black Taco Bell shirt. I believe that’s abusive to a worker. She can have a heat stroke and skin cancer in the future. Please, keep the workers inside with this heat.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant and God knows I needed it. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was attentive and friendly. While waiting for my food to arrive, a lovely lady offered me water, which was greatly appreciated. I felt like I was in heaven, and it was such a relief to have someone look after me in such a thoughtful way. The food was absolutely delicious, and I was impressed by the quality and presentation of every dish. The chef clearly has a talent for creating unique and flavorful dishes that are sure to satisfy any palate. The portions were generous, and I left feeling completely satisfied. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and for that, I am truly grateful. Thank you so much!

got 2 crunchwrap’s but got charged for crushwrap supreme, so on e i got it fixed it was all good. until i got home and there was little to no meat in it at all. i usually have a great experience but this one was mediocre.

An ok Taco Bell location. Usually use the self-ordering screen. Service is kinda slow. Not a problem exactly but I usually place the same taco order and it takes awhile even when there's no one waiting. On the plus side, one day they lost my order (no idea how) and I was given a free taco coupon. Nice gesture. Portions are on the smaller side. Food and dining are are typical. Clean.

I used the mobile app to order two chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos, four cheesy bean and rice burritos, two beefy melt burritos, and one spicy potato soft taco. I completed making the order at 5:25pm just as my family and I were pulling into the parking lot. I went inside to do a mobile pickup because for some reason I thought that it would be faster than driving through the drive-thru. I was wrong. It was 5:45 before I returned to my vehicle. My wife said that we could have just skipped the ordering ahead, gone through the drive-thru, and left a lot faster than we did with the ordering ahead. I am however happy to report that our order was 100% accurate and the food was pretty tasty.

Don't attempt fast food much, but in a pinch. Grabbed a mixed family taco packet that Never fulfilled request of order. Maybe 3 months ago I attempted same order can only laugh because THEY STILL CANNOT DO IT CORRECTLY! WOW!!! Is it just Copperas Cove!??? I'm Done. It's Pathetic. Y'all Suck. * I gave 3 Stars because nice people and service but it's blindly done like "F" you cause we know your "F'd". Played well Bell!!!

In the last couple of months, This Taco Bell has gone from a 10 to a 2!! The serving portions and quality of the food are not worth what you pay for it.

This place really turned around a year or two ago. Food comes out fast and is hot. I really miss the veggie nachos. Drive through can get backed up but dining in is just fine.

I love this Taco Bell. I don't go often, but when I do the staff is very friendly, the service is quick, and my order is always correct. Great experience.
