I ordered the same thing I have ordered 50 times before. Once at home I realized the burritos were half the usual size. I called the store and was told that they have been more strict with their portions. When I explained that it was half the size the person on the phone said that I could bring it back so they could look at it. I decided to open up the burrito and found 4 prices of chicken and the rest was mostly rice and beans. Pics show that the burritos were barely larger than a 2 Oz bottle of hand sanitizer and very little meat. Extremely disappointing!!! I won't be back.

Something like TexMex and it is sooooooo good. My favorite is the queso blanco and chips I can it that everyday. At this location, it's always clean and the staff always greats you with a smile.

Haven’t been to a Chipotles in a long time and the food and cleanliness are not as great as I remember. Didn’t make it past a couple of bites and threw the food away. Every place is different, I guess. Staff was friendly.

My granddaughter enjoyed her kids' taco meal. 🌮 she was able to pick her sides. Their veggie burritos are good as well. Staff was little all over place.

If it’s around 8pm or any later ! Dont waste your time! They will tell you there out of everything or it’s gonna be a long wait! They told me they were out of white rice! Than they told me they were out of queso! When I could clearly see there was some! They just wanna clean and go home without providing good customer service! Which is fine! Ended up going somewhere else! And I won’t be back to this location

Gabe the manager at this restaurant is very unprofessional and treats his staff as such also. I placed an order via the app for pick up at 7:30 arrived there to get it and instead of being told professional told that my order had not been received from the app after I showed him my confirmation number and email. He told me that he didn’t have any order and to get in line. Not let me check your confirmation because my system is down and assist you since it is already now way past the time of pick up he tell the other co worker to get me out figure out my order because there is nothing no he can do. The co worker stated to me that she was sorry he was rude and then proceeded to try and rush to make my order while she is making it her terrible manager literally is snatching the spoon and food from her to make her hurry up and not listen to anything in explaining to the lady that was ordered. Completely Unprofessional and terrible service.

Cashier was low key rude like I bothered him by paying. Guy making the bowl was trying to scoop stuff before I finished my sentence, I get it’s fast food but listen first.

Currently I’m at a place where I cannot drive myself anywhere do to reconstruction foot surgery. My son who lives in a different city order me food from Chipotle. He ordered me the Chipotle salad bowl, with small bag of chips through Door Dash. When I received my bag, the bag was not sealed and the outside of the bag receipt stated it had C salad, chips and napkin/ utensils. There was no chips, even though my son paid for it. One napkin and the fork was underneath the bowl. The bowl was poorly made and missing some of the requested ingredients. I’m usually a big fan of Chipotle but it seems when you order Door dash they don’t care how or what they send to the customer. I talk to the manager Jacob who was not interested in taking responsibility for what left out of his store. Even though the bag should have been checked before leaving the store and properly sealed. He was interested in telling me and my son to contact Door Dash, so that’s what we are going to do.

Just came here and the man who helped us with our burritos was absolutely outstanding. I wish I got his name. HOWEVER, the lady who cashed us out, KHAMYIA, was very rude. She gave the other employee attitude right in front us, she didn’t say a word to us, and no smile on her face… just because of her, I’m giving 3 stars. Otherwise it’d be a 5.

I love Chipotle but Sunday night they were out of everything including chicken, sour cream, queso, pico, and lettuce. I understand it was the end of the night but I find it odd that they would be out of all of those things they likely did not want to put it out so close to closing but they had a lot of customers and it was over an hour away from closing sometimes you have to bit that bullet to not have horrible customer service. I wrote this review though to speak on the young man (Caucasian with light colored hair) who was amazing given the circumstances. The manager (I am assuming) was not personable and seemed to have an attitude with the younger guy for asking him about the ingredients that were out. He was very dismissive and seemed irritated that he was asking him questions which are valid when you have a restaurant with a line. He held his composure and handled the customers best he could.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! AS I WAS EATING AND WENT FOR ANOTHER BITE I SAW A FREAKING PENNY IN MY FOOD. I REALLY WISH I WAS MAKING THIS UP, BUT I GUARANTEE THAT I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO CHIPOTLE AGAIN. 😡

Have been here several times and have never had an issue. I have ordered in and online, with no problems. Staff has been friendly each time and place was very clean.

I don't go here often but when I do it's always a great experience. Food was hot and fresh. Don't forget to get the chips 😉

We always go to this Chipotle. It's local and it is delicious. The food is never bad. Usually it is always in stock. The employees are generally nice and professional.

Love the Cove Chipotle location! Always fast and friendly! Recently, they managed a last minute catering order that the other locations in the area were unwilling to take on! Y’all made my day and the day of everyone who ate the food! Thanks team! 😃

I just wanted to thank Daniella for the customer service she provided. You don’t find customer service like this often! I’m 10 weeks pregnant and I’m experiencing kidney stones. I was moving a bit slow and needed the veggies put on the side because I’m not eating much if anything. She without hesitation did it with a smile on her face, and she was so polite the entire time. She never got frustrated and I appreciate it so much. The entire restaurant staff was nice and everything was very clean. I was having a rough day and she made my day just by a simple act of kindness. Thank you again Daniella!

Portions were small and burrito was in a ball shape, good not evenly distributed.

I love chipotle so ill keep it at 5 stars. So normally ill go and get a burrito bowl in the day time. I've tried gotten a bowl at dinner time once and was disappointed. Now this is the 2nd time ordering at night time. they put very little portions into my bowl and it was cold. 2nd time being disappointed. I will not be getting chipotle from the night shift again. They do not know what they are doing.

they handled the food for a friends wedding -- prompt, ready to go and packaged brilliantly. and the food was awesome!

This is my go to chipotle, but recently they been giving half spoon fulls for the same price! I ask can I get more and they do like 1/3 of the spoon vs before they would do a spoon full which is how it should be for the same price…. They cutting down on portions but not the price

Ordered a burrito bowl, and they missed half the ingredients didn’t even add lettuce. So I ended up wasting $5 in guac and lettuce that I didn’t get. Also the front area is littered with trash which is the first thing you notice when you walk in.

The burrito I had was honestly delicious af, only reason I deduct a star is because they forgot the queso for my chips 🤷🏼‍♀ The chips did have a lime zest to them though which was nice. Service was fast and overall satisfied, definitely would suggest to double check for dips if its a bit busy though lol.

Can be a healthy option to fast food as you build your own dish but quantity variance is annoying... As a little isn't the same every time. I'm learning and working to build my favorite dish with consistency and what to avoid to be healthy.

If you’re a health nut like me then Chipotle is for you. Great staff, clean restaurant, & scrumptious burritos 🌯 and bowls 😩 I ended up getting a DELICIOUS Barbacoa Bowl with a side of Tortilla, extra meat and the whole works. I always have a great experience here and the staff is quite amicable and the food is delicious, DEFINITELY recommend the is location. Thank you, Chipotle. 🌯
