    Absolutely atrocious work and customer service. They delivered a completely wrong pizza; I ordered a small Works pizza with no bacon and I received a pizza with only bacon and sausage. They also delivered garlic knots with no garlic sauce on top and did not include the pizza dipping sauce nor the honey mustard sauce that we ordered. When I called the store manager number, the person who answered was not a manager and clearly did not know how to handle the situation. When I was finally allowed to speak to the manager (who I could hear in the background loudly complaining about me being upset that they majorly messed up) she was incredibly rude and said she could either refund or remake. I asked for remake and then how long it would take and she said an hour. When I asked if she could bump it up, she said flatly said no, so I got a refund instead. Never has a papa johns location messed up so bad for me nor have I ever received such heinous customer service. That manager should be fired immediately.

    This place is disgusting they use their bare hands to make pizza and gives you burnt pizza with no refund. It’s disgusting and the employees use their dirty hands to touch fresh pizza. Their coughing and sneezing all around the food. I’m telling you and warning you to not eat here or you will get FOOD POISONING !!! GO TO KILLEN ITS WAYYYY BETTER! They also have roaches and molded food in their as well. The MANAGER SEEMS NOT TO CARE. This place needs to be shut down or fire everyone in their. I will be calling corporate on this location.

    I can't say anything about the pizza, cause I didn't order yet and I'm not sure if I will. The guy on the phone kept talking so fast, and sounded annoyed with me when I was asking about deals and sizes. He kept trying to jump ahead and make it an order when I was just asking questions. I told him I hadn't ordered from Papa John's in years, and needed to figure out my order, and he just kept pressing on like I was wanting to get anything I asked about. When I told him I probably should look at their menu online because he was going too fast and I didn't want to be a burden, he hung up so fast. The feel of the whole call was pressure and annoyance, and it makes me want to not bother ordering from them. I'm still not sure.

    The absolute worst. I ordered a pizza and was extremely patient for the delivery. I checked the online tracker that said "delivered", but there was no pizza at my door. I call and talked to the manager who had me going on a wild goose chase around my neighbors to find my pizza that they delivered the the complete wrong apartment. The only thing he could say was "Yeah, uhhh, sorry". No "Here's a refund for your troubles" or "Here is a coupon for your next order..." If you want a pizza scavenger hunt, call this papa johns.

    Took 2 1/2 hours to get our pizza because Papa Johns was using DoorDash and these drivers lying about having onpost access. While not 100% Papa John's fault they need to verify the pizza can actually get delivered. 2 1/2 hours to deliver 3 1/2 miles down the road and still paid full price! Never again using them.

    So first off the food is always great, do you always get what you order.. it’s a toss up. Multiple times I have ordered soda and got the wrong kinda. Today was the same thing. And when I called the 2nd time after they had forgot it the 1st time, they tell me they no longer carry what I ordered. They didn’t inform me when they saw my order. Then questioned if I knew the type I got asked what the label looked like as if I don’t know how to read a label. And at the end of talking to the “manager” she acted like it was an inconvenience to help me out. In the end nothing was accomplished and I have a 2 liter of soda for the trash

    Great food Don't like outsource answering service. I do understand her. Have to say "excuse me?" "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that." Etc. And have had order incorrect do to this. At Dominoes, I call and an employee at that Dominoes answers the phone. Much better. By the way, we pay for that answering service. U less they're answering for free. 🤔

    It was my first time ordering carryout from this location. The staff was nice and my order was ready, even though I arrived about 5 minutes earlier than my scheduled pick up time. We had a custom order and it was made correctly. No qualms about the place.

    Have ordered before and was great. Today instead of an ex lg meats pizza we received an ex lg sauce pizza. More sauce than necessary and the crust was way under cooked it was nothing but white dough. Never again. And NO replacement pizza. No!

    Papa John’s has the best chain pizza IMO. However, I’ll never order delivery again from here. I called to tell them the garlic sauce broke open and dumped on the entire pizza and was outside the box. Their response was the pizza was so hot it burst the sauce?! My pizza was ice cold. I was credited one pizza I have to pick up.

    Just got of the fun from talking to Kate tonight Saturday night January 25th at 10:30 pm. I placed an order for delivery and Kate “the pinay” is one of the rudest people I had ever dealt with over the phone. Funny thing is that I understand the kind of job they do because I did the same a few years ago and respect their sacrifices but this female was rude and condescending! Kate could not even allow to me to finish one sentence while explaining the details of my order, I did not bring it to her attention for fear of them spitting on my food. Copperas Cove people are rude drivers and customer service at the restaurants around here is poor!

    I have been ordering carry out from here since 2021 & had have no issues. I don’t recommend delivery from here or any other restaurant from the fort hood area. Overall again, do not order from any delivery service it has gone downhill since the pandemic here. I recommend if you want fresh quality pizza order online and pick up within 30 minutes. I have had no wrong order or rudeness upon pick up. Also my pizza and sides have been made fresh and correct. If you have had a bad experience then complain to corporate. I used to work in restaurants and it’s either management or franchise owners fault if someone has been rude to you about a mistake. This an huge corporation and usually it’s not the employees fault from experience.

    Papa John Coppers Cove tell you that you order support to be delivered in 30 minutes for they time you place the order. However when you call an HOUR later checking on they tell that your order has NOT BEEN MADE YET and it the 7th order in the line. I changed my order to pick up just to be told that I will not get a refund for the $10.00 tip I left for the delivery driver. When I decide to cancel my order the girl over the phone was extremely rude and said “I don’t want your dam tip” then she hang up on me. ALL I know they better refund me my $75.00 that I was changed for, BTW they changed me twice for one order.

    What more can I say besides the pizza is the best delivery we eat. They always arrive before the estimated time. The pizza is always hot. The delivery drivers are great.

    I've been very pleased with the food and service. We usually order for pickup, but a month ago, we went with delivery. It was a little late to arrive, but sometimes things happen. We still enjoyed our pizza. Then, a week later, we received a postcard in the mail, and it said they were giving us a free pizza for the delay. It was a totally unexpected and yummy treat, and we have gone back a few more times since.

    Somehow managed to be the most expensive and lowest quality pizza in town. The crust of the pizza was so floppy that the toppings couldn't even hold on.

    Foods barely passable and it takes for ever to get food. It's been an hour in counting and still don't have food .just got my order and it's trash everything is cold . HOW DO YOU MAKE A PIZZA HAVE REGULAR HALF THIN CRUST. They pretty much stomped on the garlic dippinh sauce and poured it into the box. Parts of the pizzas were burnt.We are done with papa John's and gonna be going to pizza hut.

    We have ordered here and the food is good. However my 1 star for the rude employee behind the counter. We asked to break a $100 (for tmobile store) offered to buy a drink and she refused unless we ordered food. We went there thinking a pizza place would absolutely have the change but apparently she didn't. And it wasn't even the fact of not having change it was how rude she was about it. I will never order from this particular papa John's again.

    After I ordered online I received a text from Papa John's stating that it would be delivered by their partner Door Dash. Ok, cool. The Door Dash driver didn't bother to even ring the door bell or knock on the door. Our pizza was sitting on the ground at our front door long enough to get cold before we got it.

    Beyond disgusting! I just paid $40 for burnt pizza that had no sauce. I would have been better off buying frozen tostinos pizzas for dinner. Never again will I buy from yall.

    I don't know if I didn't hear the doorbell (kids sure didn't hear it, so who knows), but my food was sitting outside my front door. Thankfully, it was still warm. Pizza came cut like...well, I don't even know. Somehow, there were 7 slices...guess they didn't cut the bigger slice. The delivery driver came back with wings she said were forgotten (they weren't, I was eating them soggy wings when she rang the bell), but she said to keep them anyway. I appreciate the attempt. Oh, and got a bunch of garlic sauce cups instead of the ranch I wanted. Not a huge deal, I'm sure they're short-staffed or something, but still. Take 5 seconds to check the food before sending it out. All good otherwise.

    Got into the store for my order. The first employee just looked at me when to the cashier and picked up the phone. No will be right with you nothing. Somebody in the back finally greeted me well into my standing there for no reason. Thin crust is not they best pizza

    Love the pizza but it's to bad the delivery drivers can't bring you everything you order. We ordered a drink with our order and we got the pizza but not the drink. We told the driver we order a drink and her response was oh you can call and tell them to cancel your drink. She was not bothered by it at all she got her tip....Called and let them know they said they would send it with the next delivery driver. Here we are an hour later and no drink called back and they say it's on it's way. To bad we couldn't have it with our meal.

    Their food is good and above average but customer service is above and beyond. When door dashessed up they fixed it. When and order was wrong they fixed it. And even if the order is right they still have a good smile and and great attitude. This is why we keep coming back.
