We
stayed
here
for
2
nights
and
thought
all
the
staff
were
delightful
and
extremely
helpful.
The
family
room
was
spacious
and
clean
which
is
a
pleasant
surprise
for
a
room
that
excepts
dogs,
I
usually
find
it
quite
the
opposite.
We
ate
breakfast
here
both
mornings
and
ate
dinner
here
both
evenings.
Food
was
nice,
although
I'd
say
the
chili
Nachos
were
a
bit
odd
to
be
honest
they
weren't
the
usual
kind
and
were
more
like
deep
fried
crackers.
The
only
thing
that
really
stops
it
from
being
a
5*
for
me
was
the
bit
of
disorganisation,
waiting
for
staff
and
lack
of
communication
at
times.
We
kind
of
had
to
find
things
out
for
ourself
(like
check
out
times
&
breakfast
wasn't
to
be
ordered
through
the
app
like
everything
else!),
which
any
good
organisation
shouldn't
make
you
do.
Also,
we
paid
extra
for
cheesy
bacon
on
two
different
burgers
and
didn't
get
it.
Because
nobody
came
outside
to
ask
if
our
food
was
ok
or
clean
the
plates
away
we
couldn't
tell
anyone.
When
I
told
a
lady
later
on
at
the
bar
she
just
laughed
and
another
guy
made
a
joke
about
bacon
being
a
must
on
burgers
-
odd!
Also,
on
the
hotel
side
of
things
we
didn't
have
enough
towels
the
first
night
as
they
only
out
us
down
as
1
person
staying
instead
of
3.
Simple
error
and
they
resolved
that
at
least.
All
being
said
it
was
still
a
lovely
stay.
