Very nice hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean and tidy. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Breakfast very tasty. All in all, this hotel deserves much more than two stars. Warmly recommend!

Pretty nice hotel with excelente staff and services, the food is also pretty good, the rooms are big enough to two people. It has a awesome view of Covilhã and its very well located near to Serra Shopping.

Excellent choice for short stay. Rooms were revamped with modern materials. Good climatisation, friendly staff.

Booked only for spend the night but we had an amazing night. The mattress and the duvet are fabulous! We didn't want to get up! The breakfast is very complete and good with fresh bread and fruits.

Recently renovated. near to shopping, university. good for business and leisure visits. placed in a safe area. the rating is based on my stay before renovation. I followed its renovation. Sadly, the outside view of the hotel before was much prettier than after renovation. I came back after the renovation. The room was brighter. It would be nice to have a mini fridge and a water boiler in the room instead of going down to the bar. The bed was large even for two. The bed sheets and towels were changed daily. The breakfast room was spacious, and the food served were all delicious. Super friendly staff, and it was a great choice to be back.

Old but tidy. Offered bar device and basic toiletries for showering. The alarm ringed during our stay and the staff did nothing (even knowing it was just a malfunction, they could have answered the phone when we called the reception. Amazing breakfast buffet but small room for the people that were staying at the hotel. Really reduced space for parking.

The location of the hotel is very nice, and there is easy parking around, the staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious, few small details will make it much better like, more power outlets in the rooms, hangers in the room and the bathroom, the breakfast is nice but can have more varieties of cheese /eggs.. Etc and the access to the restaurant in the breakfast is depending mainly on only 1 elevator which is tricky in crowded times
