Overall the hotel is superb for couples and family. Facilities were clean and felt super safe. Spa and pool was amazing. Only reason for the 4 stars is the food at restaurant. I’ll share photos but share a bit of the experience. Everyone seemed to be taking the buffet option. However due to past experiences I’ve decided A La Carte. Starter was amazing, I’ll recommend this shrimps to everyone ever and once I go back I’ll for sure take it. Both our main courses felt super off. Wife’s curry had tofu not well cooked. As for my steak was Super done when I asked medium rare. The sauce had way too much olive oil. We asked two different deserts and both were bellow mediocre in flavor. Only thing about my wife’s desert is that you can take nice video of chocolate melting ice cream, and that’s it. So on dinner our experience is meh, however during afternoon we took a snack and it was beyond delicious! Both the cocktail and the food. Highly recommended!

Amazing place with excellent pools and spa, would recommend thinking of separate pool for spa as the quantity of children on pool after spa really takes of that relaxing moment. Massage were great and jacuzzi was great as well

Beautiful hotel with all the commodities, very friendly and helpful staff, food was great, at breakfast, at the bar and at lunch! Rooms were clean, spacious and everything you’d ask and more of a 4 star hotel!

We had a really great stay here. The pool and spa were great (the kids had dedicated massages), the food very good (we tried the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner!), and all the staff were warm and friendly although they didn't all speak English. Special mention to the gentleman who must have been the restaurant manager since he was very professional and attentive. The only drawback of the stay, was a room which didn't have a view to speak of (overlooking the back of the hotel), but given the location, is quite normal.

We were stuck in Covilhã during a snow storm, the roads were closed and we couldn't get to our destination. We called the hotel late at night and they were able to accommodate us for the night. Staff mid super friendly although the hotel was fully booked, everyone was always very thoughtful to us and our small daughter. The rooms were big, clean and well acclimatize, that's what you need when it's snowing outside. Breakfast had a good variety of food and beverages. Free parking, free wifi. We had stayed longer if it wasn't full for the next night.

Beautiful hotel! The decor from the main door very stylish, original and everywhere the wool theme is kept. The lounge is excellent- great comfortable sofas, movie projector, big windows. Really impressed. However bathroom need some update, doesn't go together with the high standard room. That's why 4 stars frome. Unfortunately hadn't had the chance to use the pool. Hotel itself should be 4 stars, not 3.

Wonderful experience, staff was very helpful, friendly and kind. Clean rooms. The hotel even provide us a couple's route around Covilhã. Breakfast has a good variety of regional products, with attention to international tourist.

Amazing place, very cosy and friendly. Not in the mountain, yet very close to it. You get the better of both things. Has a place entertain kids.

Modern hotel located on the outskirts of town. Plenty of parking. The staff is very courteous and helpful. There is an excellent restaurant in the hotel. To get into town is a 30 minute walk or short taxi ride.
