Bring the family for the "spa"n come for dinner, but do not stay over. This is NOT a Congress NOR Medical Spa Hotel. Expect running kids, jumping in all pools and be loud. More like something between Butlins and Centre Parks. The receptionists are dreadfully trained and so is the supervisor. There is never a director available... we were given a room smelling of cigarettes right at the door entrance, when mentioned the answer was they couldn't force people to smoke outside and that the room wasn't duly inspected; yet no apology. Covid safety is mis-aligned. Sometimes very strict such as no papers nor signatures except if you order drinks at the bar then you owe to sign the bill (only place they ask). They check people's temperature at breakfast in the restaurant, but not at check in to the hotel nor so called Spa. Breakfast at a "Medical Spa" for this place constitutes a bunch of cakes, pancakes and viennoiserie, full english breakfast, 2 fruit options and 3 juice options... On the positive side, the receptionists at the spa were really good, polite and attentive. The hotel reception could learn a great deal from them! We also paid ahead of time €40 for both of us as half-pension (meaning dinner). Great staff and really good food. At €270+ the night for a double room you would expect the service to be impeccable and the promise to be stop on.

Its more dificult to call this hotel than social security, 3 days in a row, call in wait line for 10+mins and ends always rejected

Nice hotel. Very nice breakfast. Average rooms. Nice swimming pools. Very nice staff. A little bit to expensive for what it offers.

The hotel is nice but my daughter felt a little uncomfortable with the pool entertainer who was guiding the water gymnastics class. The person made us quite uncomfortable with the way he approached her and made the end of our stay unpleasant.

We had a good trip here. Good was amazing, view is fantastic, and here you have always things to do.

Great place to take a couple of days to relax in a beautiful part of the country. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice spa and swimming pools. Rooms are a bit small but well equipped and the buffet of the restaurant is good, not great

Amazing hotel from the cousy decorations to the warmth of the staff you feel welcomed right from the start. The pool are also really funny especially if you have children however if you have sensitive skin you be mindful of the heavy chlorinated waters.

A fabulous hotel...always a pleasure to come back, this will be my 3rd visit three years in a row. The staff here couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is what you would expect...the hotel is spotless. The pool is just perfection...a constant 31°...with a cooler option if you wish. Food is excellent...the dessert options are to die for....dont come if you're on a diet! A well deserved 5* from me...and my friends.

A memorable experience! Decided to come to H2otel and celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary…. And it was totally the right choice.. The hotel, it’s services and staff were excellent, the food was amazing, our room was 1 of only 2 in the hotel (room 415) that offered specific, exclusive, and awesome amenities….the stay even though expensive… was worth every penny! Our stay was relaxing and at the same time exciting… I’m already looking forward to going back…

Great place to stay for a couple of days. The weekend activities are a good plus (yoga/hidrozen) although most of them are kid’s oriented, so i guess it’s a more suitable hotel for families (and there a lot of fams here!) The spa circuit is still unavailable at the moment but the pools are great, wide and with nice warm water. The restaurant offers an excellent quality/price food service.

Love the location and the Aquadome is fabulouse. Very helpful staff great facinities a wonderful fairly priced 4 hours can be had by all young and old alike

A wonderful stay at this hotel. The restaurant was fabulous, service great, and worth the money. The treatments were all great too. I will return.

The bar was super, as well as a spa.

Durfte nach meinem 8ten Tag meiner 13tägigen Campertour im die Iberische Halbinsel mich hier wieder grandios erholen. Sehr Gastfreundlich, in einer exzellenten aber auch sehr Familienfreindlichen Atmosphäre. Konnte mich Abends und Morgens ihn einem wunderbaren Reichhaltigen Wellness Thermen und Textilsauna Bereich entspannen. Die Thermal Anlage des Hotels, kann mit den 4 grossen und erneuerten öffentlichen Thermalbäder meiner Heimat (Schweiz, Aargau (Rheinfelden, Bad Zurzach, Baden und Bad Schinznach)) recht gut mithalten. Das Nachtessen 7 Gänger hervorragend, extrem viel. Frühstücksbüffet sehr gut. Werde Winter 2022/23 sicher wieder gerne vorbei kommen.
