Nice modern hotel with a solid gym, free breakfast and appealing prices. Also great views, especially at nighttime and sunrise. Everything was nice - just note that the hotel parking is *above* the hotel, at the level of 7th floor (I think).

The staff here are very friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and there is real attention to detail. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, wish it had been longer!

The room was nice and I was surprised to find it available in a high season weekend for the region. It was very clean and modern, had all the needed amenities, the room also had heated floor , which is a huge plus. The breakfast was good too. Juices could be a bit better though (pear to sweet, orange too sour) but that is just me being way to picky. 5 stars are deserved anyway. Only real con is 4 euros on a water bottle. Next time I'll stop by a supermarket for our.

I highly recommend the hotel - great value for money. I liked friendly staff who helped rent a bike and order the taxi. Professional Gym and SPA available free of charge. Good selection for breakfast. Hotel website gives you good overview of hotel and booking options. Obrigado!

The room was comfortable and with a nice view. Hotel employees were very polite and helpful. The walls are very thin but we were lucky that the hotel wasn't full. Breakfast was nice 🙂

The hotel is located in close proximity to the center of the city. Most of the staff are always helpful and try to accommodate the needs of the customers. The room was spacious with adequate natural lighting.The breakfast was ok, I missed some vegetables, to be honest, but this is minor. While sitting in the hotel lounge you can hear banging noises from the gym which is located on the first floor and it is a bit annoying and lastly, the sound proofing of the hotel is not the best. These are however minor issues that did not affect my stay greatly.

Reception the short midget with the dark skin/shaved hair short with napoleon syndrome kicked me out because I have a broken wrist which is healing and my friend accompanied me to help me move my stuff to change rooms.. they also accused and threatened me which is very unprofessional, not giving me a chance to even speak . I hope the little midget gets fired for more complaints not only me. He shouldn't be able to act that ways to clients, he should have patience in customer service.
