False advertisement of a barbecue open buffet , which in reality was only 4 skewers of mixed kebab and shish. Food quality is below average , we even actually came to find out the open buffet was for a company employees and the hotel decided to sell some of it for outside customers, totally unprofessional. This is the second I I am unsatisfied with this place service but I thought the first time was just bad luck. The waitors and employees were really nice and cooperative though, the only positive thing in this experience.

Locations is perfect. Many restaurants available on walking distance also many shopping centers are nearby. Rooms are good but washrooms are not well maintained as well as you will find them different than pictures. Breakfast okay but not having much varieties in cooked items. Bakery items are good

Went for Iftar April 24,2022. One of the worst buffets ever. Its more of a one time and a race to get whatever u want. Paid sar 95 for having salad and soup. Nothing was left.

I liked it. Everything is very nice except the changing room by the pool, they need to change it and also there's no towels for the guests by the pool.

Very old and smelly place. I don't recommend it for any one. The location is the only positive feature.

I stayed for my 4 nights of Quarantine. It was absolutely horrible service. While the room and bathroom was well kept neat and clean with plenty of amenities such as microwave oven/kettle etc. Same couldn't be said of Staff and reception service. I paid 500 freaking dollars and the "free" meal were extremely terrible. Just have a look at the pictures of the food they gave 2 times a day. And when you try to call the receptionist or any staff none of them will respond to u for any kind of problem. I ordered food from outside luckily but the receptionist was not co-operating it or downright not respondingin brining my food from outside that I ordered from App. I did get my food in the end but after so much hassle. Word of advice IF YOU CAN CHANGE TO SOME OTHER HOTEL or TRY TO BRING AS MUCH SNACKS AS U CAN cuz u will be trapped with prison food

I like the hotel ... and the restaurant... yet the gym is useless as per there is no single equipment is working... no maintenance at all... and the swimming pool can't be used out of the job hours... yet rules of Ramada are luxury ones .. rooms are big... bathrooms are passionated, suitable... lights are good for business inside the room... WiFi is good... parking is available... cleaning rooms are daily done and really it was appreciated ...

We stayed here for 1 night, a 2 bedroom suite. It was a very horrible stay. The hotel smells like old people. One of the bedrooms had the AC barely working, we slept sweating. The mattresses were very old and worn off. The furniture needs changing. The lighting inside was horrible. Bathroom is a bit old. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay. And in i do NOT recommend it.

Parkings are easy to find here. The reception differs from shift to shift. The staff in this hotel are very nice. There is a swimming pool here, but I don't think that they clean it every day as they say in the list. The pool closes on sunset. They don't open the pool on Fridays. You can find a really big and good room or a small but also good room. The 3rd floor rooms are refurbished or new, idk. The service is the best thing here tbh. After all, if you don't care about the room, services like the pool, restaurant, etc. don't hesitate to come, only if you find a better and a nicer hotel. Btw this is the second visit here, but the first time was really better to the extent that the pool was heated (in winter).

Maintenance not okay The swimming pool ladder was broken, need to be cleaned we found too many papers in the water. Hair dryer in the room too old and not working.

Excellent room service , better food , easily available car parking & in general brilliant helpful staff with smiles on faces. During a month long stay ,it was home away from home for me & my wife. More than worth on what we paid for.

From wallet parking started their unprofessional behavior till check out. No air conditioning, water leakage , no cleanliness Even if we ask something it will take more time to response. 3 rooms they had changed for us . We went for a breakfast buffet... 55 riyal per person... quite better but less options.

The outlook of the place is good. Swimming pool is good for both kids and adults but it’s not heated so won’t recommend anyone to use it during winters. The two-bedroom suite was very spacious with a huge hall. The walls and furniture are a little old as the hotel was built many years back and the washroom shower was broken, water was leaking. There was no cutlery available to use except one spoon in the pantry. Also the lighting is a bit dull.

I booked a room through Rehlat app and after payment I wanted to confirm my booking details and called the hotel several times for atleast two days. The hotel never answered my call. when I tried to check in directly they did not have my details to check in to the hotel.They said it will be ready a little later and asked me to come after sometime. After 8 hours when I tried to check in again they told me still they did not receive my details but they did get a booking reference under my name. Customer service was not professional especially the manager in charge. They waited 8 hours to let me know that I will not be allowed to check in to the room. Horrible service by the hotel and their staff. They had enough time to call the relevant agent and check with the details which they did not and expected me to do that when I went back to the hotel.I went with my family including 2 small kids. I had to find another place to stay after waiting for than 10 hours. please avoid going here if you want your bookings to be confirmed by call and proper customer service.

One of the helarious hotel I have seen .staff has communications problem they can't even understand English .I ask them coffee after 1day and 4hour later they give me .humble request to the people don't visit in this hotel . The quality of food is not enough .so rude staff

Very nice quiet place and it's worth every penny paid for. Staff are wonderful esp Ms. Esraa and the Supervisor and the Housekeeping Manager. They welcome you and treat you kindly. Hopefully it will be improved better

This hotel building is not new and interior is little bit old the housekeeping staff is not good when I check in the bed was dirty I inform the staff then they change the dirty Lennon.

Horrible experience during the institutional quarntine. Neither providing good food nor to let some one go out and purchase the own food. The quantity of provided food was not enough to fulfill the hunger of an adult. Complained several times but effortless. Even no body from the staff and management were entertaining on phone calls.

Best restaurant for mandi. Clean and hygiene. Tasty food. Located just outside SAPTCO bus terminal in dammam. Fresh food well cooked. 😋

Had office iftaar party here.. I felt ambience is good, staff is great however food is average. If you are looking for good food, look elsewhere.. This hotel is good for short business meetings only.

the idea of the chief cooking in the middle of the restaurant is making the hotel smell like a kitchen in the morning, and i can't describe my smell when i eat in the restaurant for breakfast, no perfume can fix it

Very bad experience! The noise from AC in room was too loud to fall in sleep! Hot water was not available when taking shower. The Wi-Fi connection wasn’t stable. Furnitures are very old and look like dirty everywhere, the bed wares were moisture and feel uncomfortable. Very terrible experience!
