Pretty centrally located . The rooms smelt musty and the bathrooms were dirty .I had a stained towel In my room. The service was absolutely pathetic . The spa jacuzzi did not work and the lady argued with me that it needed to be shut for 10 mins inspire of me telling her that it was shut f0r over 20 mins. I asked for some personal care products as I could not go out to pick it and was denied because they had already sent 2. The guy didn't even bother to get back to me. The windows were filthy and stained. The minibar was empty with no information. The club lounge had poor food and plastic cutlery . The only nice person was abdullah at the reception The experience was not like a marriott at all.we went 15 mins early for breakfast and the guy was hesitant to take us in even though the buffet was almost set and we had informed the reception at the time of check in. Asked for an omelette, was denied since it was 6.20 and not 6.30. We sat there till 6.50 but no one came to ask at 6.30 if I would like an omelette. Was denied a simple cold coffee and was told only hot coffee is possible. Big disappointment

I used to enjoy it and return to them every 2 months. However, due to the following reasons I’ll never go back to them again. 1- the receptionist screamed at me over the phone and was very disrespectful. 2- their prices are not solid ( the have offers like the Arabian night however most of free things on that offer are out of service and have been out of service for more than one year ) therefore their offers are not real. 3- sometimes the give gifts such as milk bath, however it depends on the receptionist mood which is not professional at all and is not good for a 5 stars spa. 4- they sell you that if you reserve they will give you access to steam bath and the pool, while in fact these thing are included by default. ( just to appear that they give you special offers)

This is ain't representing the international standard of sheraton at all! The hygiene level is very low . The chief was sneezing on the breakfast buffet horribly today morning and continuously . Even the team wasn't wearing any gloves. The service was very poor and the food was very standard compared to what sheraton used to provide. Generally dont put high expectations on the service or accommodation level.

I reached the hotel at night, the receptionist told me that there will not be water in the bathroom from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm. I asked him to cancel my reservation so he immediately cut the reservation paper with my signature and asked me to contact booking to cancel my reservation. A supervisor showed up and informed me that they have reinnovation plan and this water problem will persist for the second 2 months and asked me to avoid booking in Sheraton for this period, he added that they have informed booking.com about this issue and it is booking.com problem that they don’t inform me before arriving. I contacted booking customer service and surprisingly they told me that the manager told them a different story and that all these details are not true. Actually Sheraton Dammam is not only loosing money but they also loosing their credibility. Bad management and bad liar employees.

The room i stayed is was large, but dated. It felt like something out of Europe in the1960s, It was, however, cozy. The view of the water was nice but the window was bad, dirty and at night it distorted the light shining through. The bed was VERY comfy, and the restaurants in the lobby were nice. The location was ideal, had a main drag that one could walk down, if you are into that kind of thing. I would recommend this hotel.

One of the oldest and grandest hotel in the Eastern Province. The hotel is big but unfortunately everything is outdated. Sadly I saw a lot of trash in the parking area.

The hotel is very old, and does not rise to be be a 5-stars hotel, the rooms are old and so worn out! It’s shocking to see the shampoo, conditioner and the body wash hanged on the wall where you can’t even identify what brand this is, the towels an teared in certain area, the walls behind the shower are greasy 🤢 unfortunate that I had to touch it .. also paper cups in the rooms and plastic spoons, it’s very cheap thing to do … I am giving two starts for the lovely staff and welcoming reception but the hotel needs an immediate renovation

Cafe is quite good. Excellent decor. cakes and Coffee is very tasty. But the special attention care and friendliness from Inshaad and laline made us feel right at home. They personally came to tables to check if we had everything we wanted and if everything was up to mark. Loved his genuine touch of hospitality, which brings up the bar quite a bit.

I stayed at Sheraton hotel since 2013 and get disappointed just now by this hotel. I dropped my laundry bag in front of my room and it was gone forever. It never came back even until I checked out. The management said that they didn’t receive or take anything, Means it disappeared by itself 🤣 For sure I called the laundry department to ask my cloths, and they charged me for this call during checking out. It’s not a big deal, I was just surprised this is the first time for me to be charged to call within hotel facility.

The worst customer service. Servers don't circulate the lobby frequently enough for drink orders. You have to call the hotel three or four times for someone to answer. When transfered to an extension you get an immediate hang up. It is like this hotel culture screams, "we can't be bothered" !! The only redeeming area in this place is the ladies' spa, when they answer!

There is a bad arrangement in the restaurant of Sheraton hotel on 29 th April 2022. Although many guests made a previous reservation, they didn’t find any chairs or tables at Efitar time for long time. Anyway, it was bad experience to go there.

The location is perfect; in the middle of tourist attraction of Dammam area - near to Dammam Corniche. Getting around is easy and lots of cafes and restaurants are around the corner or within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and big with comfy bed. The can see the sea 🌊 from your room. The breakfast is good and big swimming pool and SPA available.

Attended an activity from my company, held in Sheraton Dammam. It was old, yes, but you will definitely enjoy the ambiance of luxurious classic look. It's clean and the food served are good. I mean I tried almost everything form what they've served, and everything taste really good.

The room is big enough and bed is comfortable. I had a great view so I watched the sunrise 🌅 They gave me a smoking room at first didn't like the smell and changed to a non-smoking room which was better. I didn't get to sample their breakfast as I had to leave early morning so maybe next time. Good location for staycations just opposite a shopping mall and food outlets. But far from the airport about 40mins drive

I’m quite fortunate that my company McDermott choose to have us stay in this hotel as we transit to and from our vessels offshore. However it’s usually just for one night. On this occasion I’ve been here a few days already. It has allowed me to enjoy the hotel and it’s facilities. The food is fantastic in the buffet restaurant, they will even cook you eggs, omelettes etc to order at breakfast time. There are always so many options at each meal time and it’s all cooked beautifully. The spa and gym are very well equipped and the swimming pool is lovely. With comfortable sun loungers and fresh towels provided poolside. The lobby is also very impressive. Although the rooms are a little dated with some signs of wear and tear. They are spacious with ample bathroom facilities and comfortable beds, flatscreen tv with channels to suit guests from different nations. Tea and coffee making facilities. The staff are extremely helpful and super friendly. My only minor complaints are that in a 5 star hotel, I don’t expect to be given paper cups in my room to drink my coffee with. Plus when laying by the pool looking up, the building is looking rather tired. Kind of needs a bit of paint etc. Two very small issues that have not put me off the hotel at all and would highly recommend staying here.

Check in experience was amazingly miserable. The system was down and it took us 1 hour to check in. Another evening, i checked in at night to avoid the delays and left the hotel, reached my room around 2 hours later to find out it was not done or ready at all

Worst check in process ever! Staff incompetent, arrogant and except for one not helpful! Check out was similar. Pool area ok and big tv screen for football matches. The lobby is nice but the rooms are old. Room wasn’t cleaned the first night! Never again! Worst Sheraton I’ve ever stayed in!

The name is Sheraton Hotel, the actual is a 1-star motel. Actually It was a landmark icon hotel back in the 80s and 90s. Now, with new management, it is just the best barely available choice to stay in with family and kids looking for a swimming pool to stay in all day. If I had another choice these days in the school holidays, I would never stay in this Sheraton. Rooms are very very old. Yes, it was clean and neat yet very old. Services and staff were ok, but still you can feel how old is everything about the hotel. For a no-option and high-season, it was ok at the end, and I should say thank you.

Typical SHERATON HOTEL The front desk was unbelievably kind to us. it was hard to believe how kind and nice the front desk was Pool is good They have good sheesha place The breakfast was below average - One of the chef was very rude (I think he was Bangladeshi).I asked him for freshly made french toast - He refused and started shouting at the waiter that don't bring such requests Location The location is superb because it's close to hot spots suchs as LULU HYPERMARKET EDDY RESTAURANTS DAMMAM CORNICHE

Title: Disappointing Experience : Deceptive Debit Card Usage and Partial Refund at SHERATON Hotel I recently stayed at SHERATON DAMMAM Hotel with high expectations of an enjoyable and hassle-free experience. However, my stay turned out to be far from pleasant, as the hotel mishandled the usage of my debit card and failed to refund the amount in full, leaving me disappointed and frustrated. Upon checking in, I provided my debit card details as a form of payment for the room and other services. To my dismay, a few days after my departure, I noticed excess amount was debited from my account. Immediately, I contacted the hotel's customer service to report the unauthorized charges. The response from the hotel staff was slow and unresponsive, exacerbating my concerns. It took multiple attempts to get through to someone who could address my issue, leaving me feeling neglected and unheard. After much persistence, the hotel acknowledged the mistake and claimed it was their mistake. They promised to refund the incorrect charges promptly, but to my dismay, the refund amount fell short of the total sum that had been wrongly charged to my account. The discrepancy in the refund only added to my frustration and distrust of the hotel's handling of financial matters. Throughout the process, I encountered a lack of transparency and accountability from the hotel staff Mr. Mohammed Shafi. Instead of taking ownership of their mistakes, they seemed dismissive of my concerns, making me feel undervalued and asked me to file a complaint. Beyond the financial inconvenience, the experience left me questioning the hotel's overall security measures and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Trust is paramount when it comes to sharing sensitive financial information, and the hotel's mishandling of my debit card details raises serious doubts about their ability to protect their guests' personal data. In conclusion, my stay at SHERATON DAMMAM HOTEL was marred by the misusage of my debit card and the subsequent partial refund. The experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. As a guest, I expect transparency, prompt resolution of issues, and the assurance that my financial details are handled with utmost care. Regrettably, SHERATON DAMMAM HOTEL fell short on all these fronts, leaving me with little desire to return or recommend the property to others. I strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution when providing their payment information to SHERATON DAMMAM HOTEL and to monitor their financial transactions closely during and after their stay.

I went for the women spa in 2017 and it was all perfect, I enjoyed the experience. So, I decided to repeat the experience 2 months ago (June 2021) for Swedish massage, jacuzzi and face cleaning, the massage was good, but jacuzzi need maintenance since not all the water pumps were working. Also, I didn’t like the face cleaning, I got a huge pimple in my face afterward, until now I’m treating the scar of it.

For a 5 star rated hotel a little disappointed. Nothing really bad happened but felt dissatisfied. They appeared to be "stingy" when providing coffee or tea to the room, similarly at breakfast they monitored number of tea bags available and accessories like small spoons and salt and pepper not always available. Used to much higher standards at other Sheraton hotels.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. i checked out of this hotel a few weeks ago and it was absolutely horrible. Honestly this is more of a public service announcement. I have stayed in Sheratons all across the world, and this is easily the worst one. It felt like a motel. The rooms were not clean, oh and we went out all day and they didn’t do up the room either. The noise though!! There were people doing maintenance work at 8am! And the walls are so thin! We had family in the next room, and we were having conversations through the wall. The food was unsalted and clearly defrosted. They had a wedding in the hotel so i am sure they were busy, but it was not a nice place to stay. Don’t waste your time. I would suggest literally any where else in Damman for a better experience.

Extremely cooperative staff, rooms are clean and no problems with room service, the streets are a little crowded but nothing to be too concerned about. There's a small mall right across the street which is convenient. A little less than what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel but it was covid time when I stayed there, so I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt and say that it was probably due to covid measures.

Just refurbish your hotel, it is dying. For god’s sake fix your plumping for hot water, at-least try to renovate and keep up with the “5 star” standard. It is ridiculous how they have just kept floating this 30-40 year old hotel.
