    When we first checked in the attendant, did not explain anything regarding dirty linen, or the cleaning of the bedrooms. About the third day we noticed Roaches so we notified the front desk and were told that the rooms had just been sprayed. Around the fourth day, the elevator stopped working so we had to use the stairs. We reported to the front desk that there was dog poop in the stairwell and it remain there until we left. No one ever cleaned it up.. the washers were not working. The dryers were not working and the front desk told us that they had nothing to do with that and we had to call the 1-800 number.. the bedrooms were nasty. There were stains all over the walls and the floors, the cabinets were dirty, the blinds were full of dust, the room had not been cleaned. The rug in the hallway had stains and trash and dirt. No one ever cleaned it. We never saw housekeeping while we were here. I had to spray my luggage before I packed, and when I got home, I had to unpack in the driveway and re-spray everything to ensure that I did not take any roaches into my house. We will not be staying here ever again or at any WoodSpring suite.

    Half an hour for check-in with no one ahead of us. No towels. Were told they'd get us some and never did. Check-in desk closes at 10pm. No way to get a hold of anyone after that. Mystery stains on ceiling, cigarette burns on tub Fridge looks like it was stored outdoors for a long time. Only positive was that bed was comfortable.

    This hotel is very dirty and there is no maid service. If you need new towels you have to take your dirty towels downstairs for new ones and hope there are clean towels available. I had no shower curtain in my room. There are roaches everywhere. Do not leave any food out that is not sealed (ex: fruit). People regularly stay up making noise till all hours of the night and nothing gets done when you report it. The only reason this review got more than one star is because the front desk staff does try to help. I can deal with most of these issues, but the roach problem is horrendous. I wouldnโ€™t stay here unless itโ€™s your last resort.

    Debt card disappeared from room. Staff denies all. Roaches present and vagrants allowed to hang out front at all hours. Panhandling, drinking alcohol..... Etc. Not nearly enough parking. Had to. Park my Harley on the street.

    We booked our room a week in advance. Had kids sport activities and he verified with the hotel that we would be in late due to this. They stated it was fine. We get there at 730/8 and weโ€™re told they over booked but would check to see if they had a room. They had already taken a deposit amount from us from the week prior. After 20 minute wait she came back down and asked us to wait a hour and a room would be available. We waited the hour and went back in she gave us our key went up to our room and the door was wide open beds away from the wall not made and the cleaning lady still cleaning the room. This is how about 10pm. We ended up leaving and we were told that our refund would be 7-14 days. This never happened. Called and was told that they had us as a no show. I have a receipt and everything verifying we were there and paid. Horrible place and there were drunk people stumbling around every where, cussing and babies waking around in diapers. It was in the 40โ€™s that night.

    When I visited this place the only reason I say this is because that . This place is so wrong on so many levels . The elevator I was told has been out of service for awhile at least 3 weeks or more. This is definitely an ADA violation, the hallways regarding the carpet are nasty they need to be deep clean or flat out replaced. The room was fine . No issues with that . I did however go down to the desk to get fresh towels and it took the person 15 to 20 minutes to finally come.back this is after the fact that I called the ext number that rang directly to the desk where no one as at . So I'd say that management needs to seriously evaluate the building such as the laundry room and stairwells . Also have a good pest control company come out to the hotel. Not some no name business.

    All the negative reviews about this hotel are true. You reserve a room and they sell it. You can call all week before check in and they say yes we see your reservation, you will have a room. Then boom checkin time you call and they say we don't have any thing available. Then get smart and say they don't care if you you leave a negative review. Response to owner there are other reviews saying the same thing. They reserved a room then checking time they were all sold out. I had the money in my account and I got nothing. I slept in my car

    I must admit I love staying here. The rooms are great, and the staff is awesome. The kitchen is what I wanted and it saved a lot of money to be able to cook . The housekeeping is always ready to assist and the front desk clerks Lu Lu and Manager Star is awesome! Thanks to Kerry, Cherry, Angela, Glenisha, Nekeisha, Jordan, and Johnny I have had a pleasant stay since January. Keep up the good work and God bless ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’ฏ

    Staff are very kind and sweet. The establishment is not fit for humans. The roach infestation is awful. The place smells very unpleasant and smells like drugs. People are just hanging around smoking outside with children playing. The animal fur on the floor is a health risk. Itโ€™s an unfair policy to not refund payments when the establishment is an entire health risk.

    The only good thing about this hotel is your room which has a kitchen and works well, other than that, it's horrible. Lots of shouting in neighboring rooms, elevator smells of cigarettes, dirt on the floor and the reception is terrible. If you need room service, forget it. I left early for the days I paid for, I didn't get a refund and they still charged me $285.16 upon departure. I asked for the details of this amount unduly charged and they didn't give it to me, they asked me to dispute it at the bank. If you have love for your life, don't stay at this hotel. Remembering that I'm talking about Denton.

    The room that I have is nice but the roaches are not. The hotel looks nice from the outside but on the inside, it's ridiculous. I asked for new towels and the desk clerk told me they don't turn over towels like that.i went to the front desk to get roach spray because the roaches were coming out and she told me that she doesn't have anymore because she used all of it moments ago. They were supposed to bring me new towels only to find out that they were closed when I went to the front desk. It's no wonder why their prices were so cheap. This hotel is trash and I will NEVER stay at this place again. I would rather sleep on the street than deal with roaches and the service that was given to me.

    Absolutely disgusting. If you enjoy sleeping with roaches, this is definitely your place to stay. Unacceptable sleeping conditions. We had to book another hotel last minute. And they refused to refund our money.

    This place is horrible. It looks nothing like the pictures online. Roaches everywhere, the room I was in had pee and hair all over the mattress. The drawers were broken. And the elevator was out of order. I advised the front desk of my issues, she told me she would let the manager know because she canโ€™t issue refunds. I called multiple times trying to get in contact with the manager, he was always out of the office or in a meeting, so he was supposed to call me back, which he never did. 2 weeks later which was yesterday, I call again trying to reach him, he told me he does not offer refunds and that I can get 50% off my next stay. I told him multiple times I did not stay there because it was too nasty, but he said he does not offer refunds at all. Management does not care about that place, it should be shut down. No way people are paying their money to stay in that trashy place, it is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous.

    The room was acceptable and clean, but the noise was too much. No one would help with the loud neighbors going on till after midnight. Kept trying to get help from the front desk and got nothing. I travel a lot and would not recommend

    I'm only giving it a 1 because they do have 2 or 3 helpful staff. Otherwise management made the stay here horrible. No cold AC for two weeks in the middle of June. Numerous calls to corporate were useless. Manager Starlet Carrier is a scam artist. She stated I owed money for a TV that fell on my 3yo child, but yet refused to give me an incident report or itemized invoice for the (alleged) charges, and she wanted cash payment only (which I was not comfortable with). Since I started asking for this documentation she stated I had to leave (along with my 2 toddlers) the same day I had just paid $275. I asked if I would be refunded any portion of my payment. Star stated she would be applying the balance to the alleged charges for the TV that fell on my daughter. I asked for receipt of that and she still refused to give any documentation of that. She's a scam artist! Besides having a scammer for a GM they have roaches and unsupervised children running up and down the halls all hours of the day and night. Don't bother paying the linen fee because they rarely ever have clean linen available. Angela,

    Signed up to stay a week, but after one night with a roach infested room and dog urine in the elevators I checked out. The room was also in disrepair, countertops peeling off. They offered to swap rooms, no refund. I recommend going and touring and at the very least stay one night before committing.

    Bug's, Bug's and way too many Bug's. We asked them to spray the room. But of course it fell on deaf ears. Next day again asked for some fumigation, upon returning, nothing had been done. So we left, to Best Western and it was amazing. Lesson learned.... I had not read the reviews, otherwise we would've never stayed here... ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

    If this app would let me post videos and pics, I would've attached pics of roaches crawling all through this room. So nasty & disgusting! And the manager at this spot is so rude, nonchalant & unprofessional that it just made our experience the worst ever in our traveling experience. She tried to make every excuse possible to write off why there's a infestation going on. All the employees at this location are just following along with her leadership and have zero skills on customer service. I tried to meet them half way but this place needs to be SHUT DOWN EXPEDITIOUSLY! If I could give it 0 rate I sure would!

    Nasty hotel! The hallway, elevator and room were not clean and all smelled terrible. The bathroom had stains on the walls and hair everywhere. The tub didnโ€™t drain and we had to stand in water to take a shower. There were people loitering, sitting/laying in the hallways and we did not feel safe coming and going from our room. When we talked with the front desk, the hotel employee just shrugged and looked disinterested. She didnโ€™t even attempt to address our concerns. We will not be staying at this hotel again nor will we ever recommend it to our friends or family. Terrible experience!

    Booked a room through the companyโ€™s website (not a 3rd party) I got a reservation and a confirmation number. When I arrived around 10pm there was nobody at the front desk. There was a note to call a cell phone. It took several calls for someone to pick up the phone. When Someone finally did they said they were overbooked and I would not be getting a room even though I had a reservation. That left me and my family scrambling at at night in a strange place looking for a place to sleep. I highly suggest you donโ€™t stay there because reservations mean nothing and you may be left stranded too

    first let me say the two older women working Friday night and the young lady working on Saturday morning were pleasant and tried to be as accommodating as they could but that still did not make up for how awful this hotel is. I could not complete my stay here at this property. requested 4 nights only stayed a day and half THere were roaches and ants, the room had a funky smell. The pillows were so flat and gross to sleep on, and the INTERNET WAS THE WORSE!!!!! took over 3 hours to watch a 45 min training video. The ac could barely keep the room cool. There were no new pillows and I could not switch out my room ( not that it would have mattered, another woman on another floor had the same complains and wanted to check out early too.) I was being cheap by staying here and i paid the price. dont recommend. Might as well pay the extra 15 a night and stay at another hotel around the corner. thats what we had to do. smh

    I have been here since June of 2023 and I have a service dog and I am still having to pay for my dog even though he is a service animal and we have had our refrigerator go out and we lost all of our food and the stove top only has one side of it working and our shower rod fell and the elevator is not working right now and my wife uses a walker to get around most of the time and we requested a handicapped room when we got here and couldn't get it. We have had a roach problem since we moved into my room and the room prices change from week to week of the stay and I will give them a good review on the maids here they are very helpful and will go above and beyond their jobs to help you

    The manager Mitchell is an utter child. I've been a guest here multiple times and he got his panties in a twist because I asked him why he was knocking on my door at 9:30a.m. when check out is at 11am. I am a small single female and found it disconcerting to have a strange man knocking on my motel door so I asked him why. He gave me intense attitude for asking. For this reason he deemed me an "unruly" guest and refused to let me make any further reservations. He has no business handling any customer service relations and Woodsprings just lost my business permanently. Oh yeah they also have roaches and tons of homeless people stay there when they get their ss checks. Be smart and take your business elsewhere.

    Everyone at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. It is extremely close to restaurants and supercenters. Walking my dog and met the manager inspecting the property and showed me they have a stand with complimentary doggie โ€œbusinessโ€ bags if needed. After selling my home way quicker than I expected, I needed a place to stay temporarily on an extended basis while relocating. I have to say for the price point you will not find a better place in Denton. I love that Iโ€™m able to cook meals and thereโ€™s a full-size refrigerator so Iโ€™m not having to eat out all the time.

    Currently in our 4 week here and it's amazing it's quiet. You do have occasional noise and kids. But rooms are quiet comfy and very clean. Not sure where are the one stars are coming from for nasty rooms. Not here ... Management is great GM Is outstanding will chat and listen to you the only small complaint is id like to have housekeeping a few times

    Do not stay here!!!! Room 317 had no towels, no toilet paper, no remote, room smelled like vomit, beds weren't clean and the only thing they could do to fix it was give us another room. 321 was nice, but the hall smells like everything from animals, musty people, and all types of food. Not to mention Lord forbid if your late to check in for your reservation or your lost your key card. After the sun goes down the front desk is closed until 11a.m. the next day. The parking lot turns into a club after 10p.m. This hotel needs to be ashamed of themselves!!! Lesson learned NEVER AGAIN!!!

    The management and staff are wonderful people, always willing to work with you as long as you respect them, and are always kind. The location is convenient with plenty to do around. The rooms are clean and honestly good quality for the price, the best for the price and cleanest in the area.

    There were roaches I couldn't stay after that they refunded my money too bad if they spray the whole building and get rid of the roaches could be a nicer place to stay. I would not recommend ๐Ÿ˜
