You get what you paid for. It's a cheap hotel in the middle of no where. If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower, this will serve the purpose. There was stain on the bedsheets of our room (see photo). Luckily the front staff is nice enough and called housekeeping who came quickly and changed it. Bathroom is nice and clean. The curtain has big holes on it. There frayed fabric on the edge of the bed. Breakfast is typical and an average hotel type breakfast. The fried potato a ricotta crepe were good. The nice thing about this hotel is the free parking and outdoor pool. There was a gas outdoor fire pit but it wasn't lit when we where there

They don’t change the sheets after the customers (see the pictures attached) my bed was full with all kinds of hair and a large white spot i dont want to know what. The room was smelly and in ban condition in general. I have expected a quality service from a hotel with the Radisson name but it was a very bad experience.

From driving in the parking lot all through my stay, It felt like a sanctuary hotel for illegal immigrants. The lady at check out refused to give me any liquid coffee creamer. She didn’t even offer the bare minimum professionalism. The side doors were wide open for anyone to walk in. The room didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. See pics. There is no security of being safe here. 3 peeping holes in the door. Literal holes in the curtains. The blanket on the bed has holes in it. The front desk shrugs it off. I have a feeling this is a refuge hotel due to the parking lot, front entrance, and throughout the hotel having nothing but immigrants. I am not impressed by no measure.

We stayed two nights over a weekend and it was pretty fairly priced. The rooms and lobby area are nice but the halls are kinda dated and funky. It really is alright though. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good too if you hit it early enough. Police presence was a little bit of a turn off but it did make me feel a little better about leaving some stuff outside since I couldn't take everything out of my car. The pool was cool too even though we didn't use it but about 30 minutes. All in all I was pretty pleased with our weekend abode. It's nothing fancy but it's definitely not a s***hole either. I'd recommend it.

Not what is advertised. Pool is closed, breakfast is included if you want to pay a fee, gym is occupied by some outside group and unavailable. Tv selection decent. A microwave would be helpful. Not bad though. Mainly quiet.

Thought this place was going to be really good, then I read reviews and was really scared. Got to the hotel, horrible location. 1st, we couldn't get the door open, kept getting stuck. Then we noticed holes in the curtains, and it was a bit loud from the freeway. Straight hood. Next to the freeway. Place is being renovated, and it looks really good with the upgrades. I was pleasantly surprised that the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, would I stay there again, nope.

I use hotels to sleep and shower on trips so my bar is fairly low when it comes to what I expect at a hotel. Somehow this was worse. Day one we arrived at 11:30pm and were told our room was sold and that we’d only receive a single bed but we were welcome to go to a different location. After 10 hours of travel and all our luggage in hand I just said screw it and I’d sleep on the floor but I’d need a lot of extra bedding. Front desk staff came back with a sheet and blanket even tho they have HARDWOOD floors. Day two we were moved to what the staff referred to as a “nice room”- TV & fridge weren’t plugged in, phone doesn’t work, tub wasn’t draining so we were standing in ankle deep water and one of the beds was literally sunken in. We informed staff of the phone and tub, left for about 9 hours to come back to not only nothing being fixed but housekeeping didn’t even bother swinging by. On day 3 our key cards (which we both separately had one) were both deactivated which we were informed “could happen at any metal detector or could just be they checked us out early”, again housekeeping never came by and the room issues weren’t tended to. We informed the front desk again on day 4 about the room issues in the morning, returning at around 6pm where we were told it was fixed “in their notes” and that if it wasn’t they’d consider giving us some form of compensation after speaking with their manager. Of course it was not fixed and instead of waiting till the following day they sent someone up at almost 9pm when we were about to go to bed. On day 5 we were informed the best they could do was refund a day because it came in a package deal, then came back to NO HOUSEKEEPING again and our keys were deactivated AGAIN. Additional complaints but not as important to me, they advertised a gourmet buffet breakfast/restaurant and did not have either whatsoever.

We booked a single room that had a conjoining door to the neighboring room. The doors deadbolt was broken and unable to lock. We called down to the front desk to either switch rooms or have confirmation that no one would be booked in the other room. Layla at the front desk instantly disregarded the issue and told us they would not move our room and that it's possible the neighboring room could be booked. We explained that we had two young children and that we were concerned that it was a major safety issue. The solution she provided is that if someone came into our room through that door that we could call the cops... completely unacceptable. When checking in just 15 minute prior, we were given several room options, so we know they had the ability to move our room and for whatever reason, just refused.

We stayed a night here and it was probably the worst sleep I’ve ever gotten. The lights from the parking lot were so bright the room was lit up even with the curtains closed. The window was so thin that cold air was seeping through and the traffic outside was heard as if the window was wide open. The hallway to our room had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke when we arrived but dissipated a while later. The room was decently clean but had weird stains everywhere. The bathroom looked almost unfinished as well. Not the worst hotel ever but won’t be staying here again.

Shockingly Bad Service and Disrespect to Elderly - Stay Away from Budget Rental! As a loyal customer with Executive Elite status at National Rental Car, and having rented for 111 days this year already, I felt I needed to share a truly terrible experience I had with Budget Rental. I recently needed a Suburban for a month-long rental, which was covered by insurance. I thought it'd be simple, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare, mainly because of a young employee who was there. This employee was incredibly rude, ignoring even her own boss's orders. To make matters worse, she seemed clueless, having to call her boss five times during our transaction. Things hit a real low when she started yelling at my elderly mother, forcing her to leave the office and refusing to help us any further. She seemed to believe that her personal style and life had a place in her professional work. She looked scruffy, covered in rainbow badges and tattoos, and spoke like she was in a street gang. It was all very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially to elderly customers like my mom. But it wasn't just her. The whole place was charging extra fees that were hidden or optional, even when we showed them the terms of service on their app. They refused to follow it and insisted on charging us more, even though it was an insurance rental. This just felt like a scam. To top it all off, even the hotel staff where this Budget Rental is located were downright rude. But none of this should be surprising. Budget Rental has had its fair share of legal trouble. They've been involved in multiple lawsuits, paying millions in settlements for overcharging customers and not providing the services they promised. In 2022, they had to pay $10.1 million for overcharging the United States for rental vehicles. In 2023, they had to pay $45 million for tricking customers into an electronic toll payment plan. And they also had to pay $34 million for not buying liability insurance that they promised in rental contracts. After all this, I've decided to never use Budget Rental again. I would advise anyone to avoid this company that doesn't seem to care about treating its customers right. Trust me, your time and money deserve better.

Our first stay was amazing! Unfortunately this was our second stay. I say unfortunately because of the following. We stayed on the second floor (unsure of what floor it was the first time). It was DIRTY! What looked like blood stains on bathroom door, stains running down bed sheets, as well as sheets/pillows smelled like sweat. Our first stay we received robes and a cute table with two sitting chairs. NO little table and NO ROBES, we texted and asked to receive two. NO response. NO alarm clock in room, thank goodness for phones UNLESS you run out of battery. Which was my case. Based on this experience I would not choose to stay again, which is unfortunate. I will add a good note. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Location is good for our needs.

Friendly service and clean rooms but hotel is dated. Breakfast was good. Just little things like empty sanitizer dispensers and soap dispensers that don't work. I would stay again on a budget

Reasonably priced hotel with super nice entities. Comfy bed, quiet room, luxurious towels and bedclothes. The check-in was a breeze, my vehicle was safe in the parking area, the elevators worked and so did the AC! My breakfast was included in my room rate and I enjoyed biscuits with gravy, sausages, eggs, fresh fruit and hot coffee. There were other food choices too. Many people enjoyed the pool as well. A good hotel selection for what I needed.

The staff is excellent!! Great customer service. There’s a pretty little lady named Cameron that goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy and satisfied. The in house restaurant is nice and the prices are very reasonable. The continental breakfast is A-1. Book online and get a great rate! More bang for the buck!

The Front desk people are awesome, but housekeeping needs improvement (the toilet hadn't been cleaned since the prior occupant). The rest of the room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was great. Still the property needs a lot of work. The hallway carpet is downright scary and the bathroom counter was discolored. The laundry chute violates fire code which basically turns it into a giant pipe bomb. Yikes. However, it was cheap - and like I said - the mattress was really comfortable.

Had a really nice stay here. Location is pretty convenient to downtown and easy to just hop on the highway to wherever you need to go. Rooms were pretty clean although our bathroom had nowhere to hang towels. Breakfast was pretty good as well and the fitness center was well equipped. The only thing that was a bit odd and we did not love was that our room was cleaned while we were out even though we'd left the 'do not disturb' sign on the door.

One of the worst motels (I can’t call it hotel) we ever stayed. The water was leaking from bathroom ceiling light; every room of hotel was filled with illegal immigrants who partied all night long with a loud music, and it would take 2-3 hours for a front desk person to find a translator or their supervisor to talk to them. The hotel smelled like Lysol and pot. Front desk people were very rude (explaining that there were too busy accommodating illegal residents) There only updates you see on the pictures are the lobby and restaurant. All rooms are total disaster. Very loud noise is coming from a freeway.

Worst experience I've had at hotel to date. First when we arrived after our flight near midnight we were told that they double booked our room. So we downgraded to a single room for the night which meant one of us slept on the hardwood floor. At no point was there any communication prior to let us know and have us go to another hotel, which we would have done. They gave us extra bedding but no cot because they didn't have any of those. No communication of any kind of compensation at this point. So the next day they are able to get us into a new room around 11:20am which was great. They said this room would be great. The fridge and TV were unplugged and that outlet is exposed, the phone doesn't work, and the shower doesn't drain so whenever a shower was taken we would be standing in over 3 inches of water. The tub spout is barely attached to the wall. When we pull up the stopper to start a shower the whole thing moves. The first bed has a large indent and whenever you roll a high pitch squeak occurs. We received 3 towels. We called to let them know that night about the shower and phone. They said they would send someone the next day. There were no changes were made. We go down to the front desk because both our cards got deactivated at the same time We talked to them about the maintenance issue not being resolved either, they send someone up right away and would talk to their manager about compensation. They also let us know there was a chance that when our cards were activated they were set to deactivate on the wrong date. Later around 8:40pm when we are in our PJs maintenance arrives. He fixes the drain not the phone. Housekeeping has not come to this room once at this point. We reused towels for multiple days at this point. After a fun day of activities we get back to the hotel for both our cards to be deactivated again. We have kept them away from phones and metal detectors. We talked to the manager who was working at the front desk to reactivate the cards and ask for towels. The manager did give us compensation for one night. She calls me as we are getting ready for dinner to let me know they will be dropping them off after the finish in the dryer. We go to dinner, and we still don't have towels. At this point we reused towels and both have fresh tattoos so it's becoming a health hazard to keep reusing it. I go down to talk to the front desk again, they apologize and give me the towel. I explained how our stay was in the nicest way I could for everything except the TV and fridge being off and the tub spout, the manager says she will talk to their manager about further compensation. I appreciate the front desk and the manager who we talked to has been very nice, but the other aspects of this hotel have been awful. Noticed on the last night our smoke detector has no power.

Staff was super friendly, we checked in at 11pm and they were accommodating! The room was nice and beds were comfy. Bathroom counter and sink were nice and updated, but the bath tub was a little scary and outdated. The elevator was broken during our stay and we were sad to see so much vandalism around the hotel (names carved using keys on doors and on the elevator). The area is alright, definitely not nice. I wouldn't have stayed there as a single woman had I been alone. Sadly, no microwaves in the room which was a disappointment.

We stayed here for one night and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. When we walked in the morning of our reservation date, the staff kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in and made us aware of the continental breakfast available. Our room was perfectly clean and very spacious. We were absolutely amazed by how comfortable the beds were and how well we slept that night. We only wish we’d had enough time to enjoy the pool — it looked awesome!

My stay on 7/9 - 7/12 was so pleasant. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Room attendants were great & when I needed something they were there to accommodate. Staff were all so sweet, specifically Mia at the front desk, she was so kind and personable - thank you Mia for being so kind. -Stacey Price

I have been staying at this location 5-6 nights a month for about 9 months. Tonight there was a couple checking in before me, and they'd had quite the travel issues. JASON at the front desk went above and beyond to help mediate the issues they'd had (which had nothing to do with this location). He was empathetic, caring, understanding and accommodating. It is rare to see that in this industry these days, and it warmed my heart beyond. I will be doing what I can on my end to thank him for this, but please appreciate this team member for the incredible guest experience he provided. I will 100% be following up. My experience with him was great, however watching him take care of those in need was absolutely incredible, and something I wish I saw more of.

The place is in an industrial area with nothing else around. When we pulled up there were groups of young men hanging around the entry way and all over the parking lot with obviously nothing to do. While I was checking in a bus pulled up with Denver Sheriff Department on it and let out about 40 illegal immigrants. These were obviously the same as people hanging around all over the parking lot and hallways. It was a bit unsettling knowing that the government does not vet them when entering illegally. My wife and I were hesitant leaving our rooms. The management refused to offer any compensation/points. Will never go there again

Felt more like housing for illegal immigrants than a hotel. Please read the most recent comments before thinking about booking because they are all true. The curtains and sheets had holes, barely any room service, breakfast was extremely below par, the shuttle was not in service. It felt extremely unclean. You get what you pay for, but we didn’t even get that. I don’t suggest coming here. I suggest spending that extra $20-$30 a night and stay somewhere that’s actually decent.

Great stay comfortable bed, clean bathroom quite. We will be back on our next trip. The staff was super friendly. We didn't Stat long to use the pool or anything else l, but people were using the pool and spa. They had ice machines everywhere and laundry room was clean. Overall great stay

My stay over all was nothing short of excellent! The bed was comfortable and room was clean! Breakfast was great, and breakfast ladies working were swift and kind! Jason at check in working the audit was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional! Lexie at check out was also incredible, she was so patient, kind, professional, and understanding when dealing with my unexpected later than expected departure time. Thank you so much Lexi for being so understanding and accommodating when my plans changed last minute, it was greatly greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back!!! 🤍 - Y.P.

Decent hotel, decent pricing. Outdoor pool, snack bar for purchase. Location is alright next to the highways with decent walk ability to RiNo. They DO charge $12/person for their standard hotel breakfast which is interesting when it's no different than any other cheap hotel breakfast so be heads up of that

Decent hotel. Pool was nice. Ok breakfast but would be much nicer with real utensils and plates instead of single use. This seems to be a large difference between Europe and the US, but at least when we stayed there was a large group Europeans. Changing this would attract a European crowd and be good for the environment.

It wasn't a bad experience staying there. I ain't have no problem sleeping, the room was respectfully clean, the TV and A/C worked, the bathroom and towels were clean. I ain't like how firm the mattress was and how flimsy the pillows were. It struck me as odd to have to request new towels after awhile, but I ain't let it upset me too much. Everyone that work the front desk were pleasant and respectful when we spoke. They kept posting how the pool was closed, but I seen how folks were swimming at night on a Friday night, but I ain't take it personal. It was cool staying there, but they can do better

Location is right off the interstate, so a lot of traffic noise if you get a room on that side of the hotel. Decent selection of food for complimentary breakfast. In-house restaurant with good food, but plenty of local restaurants that use UberEats for delivery as well. Staff was very friendly. Had a light go out and maintenance was prompt and courteous. Definitely worth the price.

Was told that the rooms were smoke free, but the hallways smelled like cigarettes and smoked weed. Room was...mediocre and many of the fixtures were dirty. Bathroom was cramped as well and the entire place except for the lobby felt very dingy and almost to the point of being run down. We were given two card keys, one of them didn't work, and one of the people I was with got told that they should stay away from technology when they went to complain about the broken key card. This is very much not a three star hotel and the room condition and customer service show it. Spend your money elsewhere.

This was our first time in Colorado and our first time with this hotel. Although the check-in was later than we would’ve liked (3PM) we were luckily able to check our bags at the front desk so that we could just get started exploring. We did want to take a nap since we had an early flight so it’s unfortunate we weren’t able to do that but we had a good time going out regardless. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and accommodating and the lobby was huge with lots of seating areas. I appreciated that the hotel was clean although it was a slight inconvenience that it seemed that there was always someone mopping when we had to move around downstairs and the smell of the cleaning chemicals were very strong. The room was nice, very roomy, big bed, clean, nice pillows, and lots of items in the bathroom for you to use (body wash, body lotion, conditioner, shampoo, sewing kit, “vanity kit”, shower cap, makeup remover wipe, soap). Side note, my partner did say he encountered some kind of roach in our room but I can’t say much about that since I didn’t see it and there was also someone that came into our room after we had checked in (not housekeeping) but it was so confusing and random that I don’t even know what to say about that encounter. It was nice that check out was also later (11PM) opposed to the traditional 10AM so we got plenty of sleep our last night before our flight. It was a little far (15 mins) from everything but for $100 less than the hotels in the middle of Denver we didn’t mind although I wish we would’ve had food options within walking distance aside from the hotel restaurant. Overall I would stay here again the next time we’re in town.

while we checked in we seen the breakfast and they were charging $12 for the worst breakfast I’ve seen in my life. Usually free continental breakfast at hotels but this one wanted to seem like a five star hotel. Elevators were all written on and smelt very bad. The Room was clean but fans don’t work in the bathroom, shower heads are very weak door doesn’t lock correctlyz Door handles broken and keep coming off. Door leading to the other rooms were not locked and lock was broken anyone could’ve came in and stole our valuables. Gym was missing the most important thing that a gym requires (weights)!! Which was a bummer. Before we wanted to check out and leave we decided to check it the breakfast again and we asked the ladies if we can check out the food before we pay to see if we want to eat there and the lady said fine ina rude way and as we checked it out there was barely and fruits and everything looked older than my granny. As we were leaving the breakfast the ladies gave us attitude and said whatever. Rude customer service and irresponsible management.

Parts of the hotel have been refurbished. Our room was sufficient, but the bathroom was a bit tired. Restaurant on site - our meal was good and the menu had a good amount of variety. Nice complete buffet breakfast. There was a refrigerator in the room but no microwave.
