The hotel is in a good location, walkable to many things. The room that we had was a very, very nice suite. You need to request housekeeping if your stay is shorter than 3 days, I believe. The room was well stocked, however & very neat. I thought that their breakfast was very good & it included eggs made to order as well as a variety of fresh fruit , cereal & oatmeal. We never went to the nightly receptions this trip, so I can't comment about theirs, but in general they do a great job. When there was a confusion about whether or not our rate included valet parking upon check in, it was cleared up immediately. The valet staff were very accomodating after that. I do strongly recommend this hotel. It is a large hotel, so beware of that, but it is managed very efficiently.

I travel frequently but this was my first time at the Embassy Suites, Denver. The hotel is conveniently located and near shopping and bus routes. This hotel has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The omelette’s made by Porfirio and Alex were the best! I was eager to wake up to breakfast each morning. Stephanie our evening bartender was the best. It was my birthday she was engaging and made us feel welcome. I definitely be staying at this hotel again soon! Thank you for making my stay enjoyable and restful!

This is for the hotel itself and not the staff. The staff were excellent and attentive. Several gripes, why give the option to upgrade if you're not going to honor said upgrade? Additionally, the room I booked was not what I was given, we had a lovely view of the parking lot we had to pay to use (that alone is a 1 star but on me for not doing proper research) so I guess silver lining is I was able to watch my vehicle. The elevators are an absolute fiasco and the room, particularly the bathroom was in horrible condition. The light worked sometimes, the shower knob barely worked and the mildew and rust adorning the surfaces that were in turn horribly globed over with white paint didn't help. I have always stayed at Embassy Suites when I travel with my family but this is the first time we have ever been so thoroughly taken aback. For the price that is charged it's unreasonable to have rooms in that state. We will not be staying at this location again. Thank you to the staff that made this stay manageable, you all were excellent.

The staff was outstanding!! The garage attendants and security were the very best!! We were driving through with a trailer moving some things... the garage attendants and security were so helpful in getting us parked and making sure everything was safe!! The room was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic...I can't remember the chefs name (maybe Alex?) But he was so friendly and made our omlets perfectly! We would most definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for the first 3 nights of our family vacation. We chose the hotel because of my consistent great experiences with Hilton properties and the location-downtown Denver within walking distance of most everything we wanted to explore, including the 16th Street pedestrian mall, including the free tram running the length of the mall. The included spread for breakfast and the made to order omelettes were a great start for our family. We were able to enjoy the evening reception one evening as well. The room was great. The overall service by their staff was excellent and as I started above, location was also excellent! Highly recommend!

I’ll start with the good. Excellent breakfast, good quality and lots of options. Overall the general areas were clean. The needs improvement. First the hot water took 5-10 minutes to “warm-up”. I called the front desk and they were responsive. Told me to keep the water running while they send maintenance. By their response I could tell this isn’t the first time it happened. The other issue was the quality of the room. Starting to show its age and the furniture is well worn in.

Good breakfast and happy hour, both free. I enjoyed that a lot. Also, I have to compliment the valets. The parking is expensive but the valets worked hard to get the cars really efficiently. They were great. The hotel seemed it was a great location, but it's not good location for walking. Way too many panhandlers, some looked drugged out. I felt unsafe walking down the street to a store. Not good, it should be a fun tourist area where you can walk to restaurants. The hotel itself is quite nice though. Clean, nicely decorated.

This hotel really is beautiful , the rooms are nice , clean and hotel staff friendly. The hotel bar is affordable for downtown Denver , the parking is bit pricey but hey at least your car is safe and put away for night. Overall a great hotel I’d recommend for overnight stay. Stayed with friends for concert we all space to sleep and comfortably a couch and two queen beds made feel like a literal apartment which nice.

The location of this hotel is ideal for most events and food in the downtown area. It’s an easy walk to Ball Arena or the Convention Center. The rooms were decent and service was good for the most part. Porfirio, the omelet guy, was amazing! He made the most delicious omelets I’ve ever had, I literally couldn’t stop eating them. Overall, this place gets the job done if you’re here for an event in Downtown Denver.

The breakfast was unbelievable for a complimentary deal. So many options—I’ve never seen so many breakfast items included in a hotel’s comp breakfast. Also, the rooms were quite spacious for a downtown hotel. Definitely stay here again.

Great location if you are visiting the conference center (literally across the street, great view of the bear!) Good options are excellent! Breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelets. Parking sucks, but what’s new. Use surface or deck parking, skip the overly priced valet.

We ended up booking a last minute reservation Thanksgiving weekend, as weather kept us from heading home. We were able to have an early checkin, which was helpful and the receptionists were kind, but when we got up to our room, there was a VERY odd smell. My husband and I were so exhausted from our trip, that we tried to just ignore it and take showers & a nap. We left for dinner and came back, and decided the smell was too much and asked to change rooms. We also found chunks in the sink, so we think someone had thrown up in the bathroom sink. We were promptly moved, and everything was fine after that. The next day on our way home, we realized I had left my necklace in the first room. We called MULTIPLE times to ask if they had found the necklace, and kept getting disconnected from housekeeping. At one point, we could tell they blatantly just hung up. This was not giving me confidence that they were even trying to find it. We received an email a few days later saying they never found it... I can’t imagine where it would’ve gone within the span of 24 hours, when the room would’ve been vacant because of the smell. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast and happy hour drinks were the best we’ve had yet and complimentary! The pool is heated and lots of fun for the kids. Location is perfect for any events you may have going on downtown. Close to the 16th street mall and shopping nearby. Wonderful place to stay and family friendly.

We often visit this hotel to offer hair and makeup services to guests attending conventions or special events. The hotel rooms have great space and excellent lighting, while the hotel staff consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. A 5-star experience from us!

Anniversary went off without a problem. The front desk was super helpful. We had a nice welcome gift when we got to the room. All the stuff I asked my concierge for was provided. Just got to enjoy each others company and relax. The mangers reception is still a wonder addition to the stay. As well as the breakfast after a long night.

When we first walked into the room it seemed pleasant but unfortunately the bathrooms were not pleasant 😧 inside the shower there was mold (mildew) on the wall and the tile in the shower had a yellow stain on it. The beds were not the most comfortable especially considering one of the guests has a broken back, he had a very hard time sleeping well but i can’t expect Hotels to have very expensive beds so I understand that! Service was good except for some reason room service left a plate that was clearly ready to be taken and had leftover food on it. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour was amazing! One of the main reasons we stay here is because of the omelette freshly made in front of you! Unfortunately the amazing omelette cook Porfirio is leaving 😭 that is going to be a game changer for us deciding if we are coming back in the future.

Had a need for a last-minute hotel for three nights, pet friendly, not overly expensive, and in Downtown Denver. This worked out great. Is it the Ritz? No, but it serves its purpose well. I'm not usually one to stay at any sort of chain hotel (and actively avoid them for the most part) but was happy with the experience. The rooms were a little dated, but large, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great location. Breakfast was actually really good, hot, fresh (and free, can't complain there). Reasonable pet fee ($75 flat, unlike other places where it can be up to $75/night). The only downside is the $52/night valet parking as the only option for secured parking, but it's downtown so it was kind of expected. Overall not a bad stay at all and good value for the money.

Very nice space. Great location. Rooms are spacious. Omelets are great. Rest of breakfast is okay (for example there's just one type/flavor of yogurt). Happy hour food is basic.

Stayed overnight with my son after a Denver Broncos football game. The hotel was nice but not worth almost $500 a night. The quality doesn’t match the price of the overnight stay. The hotel restaurant, The Element was awful. We sat down and never received service. I had to go order dinner at the bar as the waitress was busy on the phone. The food quality was just bar food sandwiches and nothing special. We had to get up again and go the bar to get condiments because the waitress was not bringing it. “””Warning to all future guests””” This hotel charges $56.00 a night to park your car at their hotel. You are a paying guest of their hotel and they charge you $56.00 a night to park your car in their garage which is not included in the price of the overpriced basic room. And parking is valet only. You are unable to park your own car unless you park off the hotel property. This is simply robbery. Very disappointed. I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites and paid more for a night stay then I have paid for several nights at other Embassy Suites Hotels. Be prepared to spend a fortune and at the cost of parking a car, your car should get its own room. Definitely not worth the cost. Won’t stay here again.

The kind and understanding staff (especially Rachel) stand out as the reason for this review. The location is perfect for business, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast is a perk. The staff behind the check-in desk and text messages and service are what make this place truly special. Thank you for a surprisingly great stay!

We really enjoyed our two nights we stayed there. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. Enjoyed having a TV in both rooms. The breakfast was very good. Especially enjoyed the made to order omelet bar and make your own waffle. We felt very safe in the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall I found my stay worth while. I attended the RMDC at the Colorado Convention Center and this hotel location is perfect. They did give the parking for their hotel away to attendees early on in the morning and I was unable to park there until the evening of the first day because of that, which isn’t ideal since that’s part of my goal of getting the hotel. Driving an F150 makes parking downtown a nightmare in the winter during a convention. The hotel is beautiful inside in the common areas. I found the rooms to be less aesthetic and somewhat in need of rejuvenation, but I was very comfortable. The room was clean, spacious and functional, with a comfortable bed and excellent darkening curtains. The convenience to food, events, etc. is the best reason to stay here. I would recommend sleeping on the side of the hotel opposite the train tracks as it prevented me from getting quality sleep. Each staff member I encountered and/or spoke to was polite, and helpful.

There was no air conditioning for two days. The first night I called the front desk and was told I must have set the thermostat wrong...thankfully a gal in housekeeping in the morning confirmed the air was out and got me a fan. My room was 84 degrees and was told they would discount the $349 a night but they never did. I emailed and still no reply. The Bell staff was great. I did feel safe as the rooms levels only accessible by key.

Stayed in the handicap accessible suite w a roll in shower. Room was so spacious. We enjoyed being able to sit on a chair and couch to watch TV and not a bed. The staff was so friendly and we didn't even have to leave the motel as they had a restaurant there so we ate there. We had complimentary drinks in the evening also but the bar tender had an attitude and wasn't very friendly at all. Liked that the turn the lights off in the evening in the foyer area w just ambient lighting. It was such a change of motels we've stayed at and just really enjoyed being there. King size bed was comfy and we woke up and went and had breakfast which they make omelettes anyway u want w several other breakfast items to choose from and hot coffee to milk and juices. We will definitely go stay there again when we make our way back to Denver! We liked that they even have a little convenience store on the property which we got water and snacks from and then ice and and a pop machine was on the 3rd floor. We just really enjoyed our stay and give this place 2 thumbs up. 👍👍 We could even order room service which we didn't use tho as we ended up going to the restaurant to eat so we could chothe motel out. Absolutely amazing place!!

I almost gave this delightful hotel 5 stars. Location cannot be beat, if you are attending a convention at the Denver Convention center. Rooms are spacious, well laid out and include a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee making equipment. Like many of its peers, this hotel seem to be suffering from a shortage of employees. Elevators could have been cleaner... Having said that the checkin was fabulous and the staff at breakfast was amazing. I was suitability impressed.
