Hotel under construction so noisy all day if you work from room. No concierge lounge so even as a Marriott Ambassador they ask for an upcharge for hot breakfast. Real cheap of them especially with construction going on. Less expensive to stay at other Marriott properties nearby and at least get warm food In am

Front desk staff were friendly. Our room was not serviced as requested. Beds not made, and they didn't stock us shampoo or toilet paper! We also requested extra towels in the morning and never received them. So we called to ask for the items we needed. We received them 3 hours later after several calls. Not very good room service. Probably go with another hotel

This question has central location in downtown Denver that is very convenient. However, this hotel is not like the Westin we've known for years. The bed and pillows are still comfortable, however full breakfast is not included (only continental breakfast is free) and they do not have a business lounge. When we checked into the room there were no laundry bags and slippers (We have to call and have them delivered). We also could not get on the Wi-Fi network as the sign in page does not pop up automatically for both my window tablet and my pixel phone. The $25 destination fee is only applicable for each of the nights before your departure date. You either use it, or lose it, except for to check out date, in which case you don't get the $25 at all.

I spent two nights downtown for the Colorado Avalanche Stanley Cup parade etc. The location was perfect, the room (Deluxe, King, City view) was clean and spacious and the reception staff were so helpful. A special shout out to one of the cleaning crew 'Cresta' who went out of her way to help me even though she wasn't designated to look after my side of the building. Thank you, as I really appreciated it. The only real downer was on the morning of June 30 I had to wait 50 minutes in the V'S Lounge to get my breakfast as they must have been under staffed or something. The next morning was only 35 minutes.

We got there on the coldest day in Denver so we're working to go out in -6° weather with snow falling. The staff was fantastic. Samy at the front desk helped us out. She was wonderful. The room was clean and they have level two chargers for our Ford lightning in the basement. Tons of restaurants around. But like I said it was a little too cold to go out. So we had the hotel steak and charcuterie cheese board, both of which were really good.

Make sure to use HoteIDully.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be let down. Super friendly staff. We arrived from our flight at 10am and they allowed us to check in at that time. Very accommodating which was such a relief since we were traveling from out of state. Definitely would stay here again.

The only star rating is for the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Other than that, this place is a total letdown. For a hotel with high rating you’d expect they provide basic necessities (like wifi) but that is not the case. The rooms were outdated but they still ends up charging $150+. Never recommend staying here!

We had a great room. It was newly remodeled and very nice. I would add the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom shower was a hit. Very clean place with the most courteous staff.

Awesome property! We just stayed one night as we had an early morning conference on the mezzanine level the other day. Amazing city views, great spa/pool and a great location to the 16th Street Mall.

I stayed at this location for 4 nights. Overall experience was very good. Room attendance where awesome, the room looked clean every day. The bar and restaurant in the hotel offered very good food and nice drinks.

This year I was a bit disappointed staying for a week at the Westin. My second night I found that my door was not locking and I had no idea how long it was that way. The woman at the service counter added to my paranoia by saying "I hope no one broke in". Luckily I don't think anything serious happened but that's never happened at a hotel before for me. The rest of the week I was overly cautious and worried about it. On Wednesday my sink gurgled and started spewing brown water causing my room to be unusable for amenities. Then the following day, Thursday, my hot water stopped working so I could not shower, I ended up going out feeling disgusting that day at the conference, and then later when we went out for a celebration. The following night, on Friday the hot water was gone again. All in all I feel like this should not have been an issue for the price and where I was staying. This is my second time staying here and probably my last at this point

Out of all the luxury, hotels downtown, I highly recommend the Westin! The front desk staff was very friendly, and the manager on duty, Sam, went out of his way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome after a long day of travel. We initially had booked at a different luxury hotel downtown, but we were put off by the poor customer service. When we arrived at the Westin, the staff was apologetic for a poor Marriott experience at a different hotel, and truly went above and beyond to make our evening better. As for our room, it was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Thank you to Sam and his team, we will be back.

From a Bonvoy Platinum member... Great hotel with awesome accommodations. What wasn't so great was the $25/ night "destination" fee that was included in my final bill. Apparently it is a "resort fee" that is available for you to use as a $25 credit towards food and amenities in the hotel. Nobody told me about this at check-in, nobody asked if I enjoyed using my "destination fee credit" when I checked out, and I even went back in the Marriott app to make a "new" booking and the $25/ day destination fee is mentioned NOWHERE during the booking process. I called to talk about this with the hotel and they confirmed that it should not have applied to my stay since I was traveling for business on the government rate. When questioned how this could have erroneously been applied, the manager (Sam) assured me it was an accident and that it’s never happened before. Somehow, I doubt that… Also I had to request a second room. The minute I arrived in my room, I could hear through the adjoining doors some dude talking about how his pants fit way too tight... I promptly went downstairs and requested another room without connecting doors.

The rooms are great. The location of my room was Loud. Doors slamming all night. Sounded like someone was moving furniture around. Loud talking in the hall. There was a party by the pool that night so not sure if it was left over partiers or employees picking up. If you want quiet don’t stay in the hall by the pool.

Large and spacious hotel. Walkable from the Union train station as well as free downtown street shuttle. Quiet room. Check in necessary when keyless check in app didn't work. Only complaint was a knock at 8:30 AM from housekeeping. I guess you really do need to put the Do Not Disturb sign on door.

I have one major concern and that is this hotel is triggering an allergy for me. It is likely dust or mold. I noticed it most in the ballroom area. As soon as I went outside, things started to improved. This happened multiple times for me. Allergy medication only helped a small amount. I did not have this problem at the Sheraton.

They are no help to book rooms! They do not book over phone and refuse cash! They refer to website to book rooms and the website is not worth beans! So called 4* hotel not booking there I will give them 1 * and that is being generous just based on service alone! We had been returning guest that will not be back! They lost us as guests will not return but they will never miss they money, guess they don’t need it!!! I do not recommend this place!!! Overpriced and lousy service! Staff could care less about their guest who pay their paycheck! Guess they forgot that sucking up to people who have more money than brains!!!!

I stayed there this week 8/14-17/2023 and was as impressed with the location as I was with the accommodations, both being very nice. The people at the front desk were very nice as was your person who met me outside, David. I promise I'll be staying here again on my next visit.

I thought this is a Westin. But it's more like a Marriott Courtyard. To be fair, they are inexpensive, so I can't complain too much. Bed & pillows are still very comfortable. Slippers are by request. Bottled water is free, and you can get them at the front desk. Wi-Fi is not working for Android user ( you have to call someone and they will come try to fix it and in our cases they can't fix it, so they give us another hidden network) Gym and pool looks awesome. Breakfast is only continental. There's a $25 dollars charge per night to encourage you enjoy the restaurant everyday (can't combine) will waive the $25 when you dine in a restaurant by daily base. Trick: they don't waive the $25 the date you check out, so no need to spend on your check out date breakfast.

Great business meeting. Shout out to Levi, who worked very hard to keep us all happy as we had to ensure three days of training. The bar/restaurant area had great staff, but food service was very slow.

Remember to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare countless booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure will love it I'm sure! Very nice place. Pool is indoor/outdoor. Fitness center is very nice. Rooms could use a little updating but they are still very nice. Love the area it's in.

Accidentally booked for the wrong night, absolutely my fault. Showed up and they didn't have any rooms available. It happens. They then said "even if we had a room, it would be $500+", I said that was fine, but still no room available so not sure what they were trying to say. Meanwhile, trying to book another place from their lobby and they wouldn't let me use thr bathroom, as it's "for customers only", and told us we needed to leave after a short time because there is "no loitering". Sadly, the reservation is non-refundable so we get to go actually stay here in a couple weeks.

Good hotel for business in the downtown area. I was there for a conference. The rooms were nice and large but the mezzanine floor seemed a bit open and disorganized. The bar there is also very pricey and not the best setup. I've been to Westins in other major cities (like SF) and there was a much better crowd and vibe

There were so many amenities, I couldn't write about all of them. My favorite was the rooftop poolside yoga, which is included in your rate. But for me it's the little things that all added up to make a great stay. Next to your bed you'll find a roller of lavender to help you sleep, and at the bar in the evening, they have fruit infused water. The comforter is fluffy and the pillows are too. We had a bit of an issue with our reservations but the manager was accommodating, and his customer service skills were outstanding. My only critique is that there is no shade next to the pool, which I imagine it gets too windy for awnings or umbrellas, but hopefully something could be worked out. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Zoe was helpful in the Hotel, I’d call the hotel for what could’ve been a minor issue. Due to her assistance and special attention to detail we made an adjustment and everybody was happy! Thank you so much Zoe and for the reminder that the small things do matter.

Location was ok, it was close to 16th street and Union Station but it seems Denver has an many homeless on the street that it overshadows the beautiful areas of downtown Denver. Service was nice. I believe they will be in a middle of a remodeling and had there store closed, bar was very small. They did have a microwave in the Lobby. Walls are very thin, could here other people’s business. Overall it was close to many tourist locations for football, concerts and basketball (empower field, ball arena, elitch gardens, and meow wolf.

The room was clean, but the carpet going to our room was horrible and smelled bad. Our tv was broken and we decided to stay in the room which was probably a mistake as the people next to us were arguing all night and the walls were paper thin. We could hear them flush, hear all their conversations and honestly we didn’t dare say anything in our room as they could hear us too. Thankfully the guests in the next room came on our last night of our two night stay. Gave three stars as the staff was kind, care for room from staff was amazing.

Brittany at the front desk was very communicative and did a wonderful job making our experience special. It was my boyfriends birthday and I requested a cake the day of check in. She did all she could in her power to make it all happen for me. Thank you Brittany. Also, the room was lovely with a great view of 16th street. Overall wonderful staycation.

How was well located. Rooms were very clean but not as spacious as I imagined. Nice views of downtown skyline. Didn't get to use pool area because it was too cold.

The rooms and lobby area really show their age, and an uncomfortable bed meant sleep was hard to come by. Nice location for doing things downtown, and a nice pool area - would be good if you're traveling with kids. As a couple or solo, I'll look somewhere else next time.

I was skeptical after reading all the reviews about this hotel and was really nervous. However, being a Marriott member I wanted to stay at this hotel because it was close to the Clock Tower where I was going with my friend for her bachelorette. Upon arriving we drove up to the entrance and a valet person took our car - he was very helpful and friendly. We went to check in. They only had one person for check in and that person was busy trying to find another customer's food from the inside fridge. After about 10 minutes I checked in and asked for an upgrade - I am a Gold member. I was informed that there were no upgrades available because the rooms weren't ready. I was surprised because it was almost 3:30pm. We were offered a high floor instead which we agreed to. We were on the 17th floor with a beautiful view of the city. The room was big and roomy and really clean. It did look dated as other customers have mentioned It had old plugs etc that no longer exist and are not used. That was fine though. We loved our room - it was cozy and really nice. It was quiet and perfect (except for the heating that made a nose when coming on). I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location and central to all of downtown Denver's activities. We will be back. We had a great stay. The room also had coffee (which most hotel rooms don't anymore). When we returned late night, the doors were locked and we had to use our key to get in. We liked that security feature!

Did not upload my receipt to my Marriott account. Spent well enough time trying to reach the front desk - OR ANY REP - to gain a copy. No email with receipt received "48 hours after checkout". "sorry, the number you are trying to reach is unavailable. please try again later". "This is not a working Number". Where is everyone?

There for part business, part vacation. The primary positive factor for the hotel is the workout room. It's one of the best I've seen at any hotel. The other positive is the location, with many things within walking distance (just watch out for the homeless doing drugs on the sidewalks). Beyond that-- and for the price- the amenities seem to be lacking. With my room not far above the pool, it was a bit annoying at times, and not much of a view to offset that.

From the time my son and I arrived we felt very welcomed. The front desk gave us an early check in, and king size bed with a great view, and on the same level as the pool and fitness. The Young bartender last night was awesome very friendly, and as a bright future as a bar tender. The only problem I had was the rude lady at the coffee shop on the lobby level. She got the order wrong and became rude., when I told her. Other then that the stay was very warm
