I
was
skeptical
after
reading
all
the
reviews
about
this
hotel
and
was
really
nervous.
However,
being
a
Marriott
member
I
wanted
to
stay
at
this
hotel
because
it
was
close
to
the
Clock
Tower
where
I
was
going
with
my
friend
for
her
bachelorette.
Upon
arriving
we
drove
up
to
the
entrance
and
a
valet
person
took
our
car
-
he
was
very
helpful
and
friendly.
We
went
to
check
in.
They
only
had
one
person
for
check
in
and
that
person
was
busy
trying
to
find
another
customer's
food
from
the
inside
fridge.
After
about
10
minutes
I
checked
in
and
asked
for
an
upgrade
-
I
am
a
Gold
member.
I
was
informed
that
there
were
no
upgrades
available
because
the
rooms
weren't
ready.
I
was
surprised
because
it
was
almost
3:30pm.
We
were
offered
a
high
floor
instead
which
we
agreed
to.
We
were
on
the
17th
floor
with
a
beautiful
view
of
the
city.
The
room
was
big
and
roomy
and
really
clean.
It
did
look
dated
as
other
customers
have
mentioned
It
had
old
plugs
etc
that
no
longer
exist
and
are
not
used.
That
was
fine
though.
We
loved
our
room
-
it
was
cozy
and
really
nice.
It
was
quiet
and
perfect
(except
for
the
heating
that
made
a
nose
when
coming
on).
I
would
recommend
this
hotel
to
anyone.
The
staff
is
friendly
and
very
helpful.
The
hotel
is
in
a
perfect
location
and
central
to
all
of
downtown
Denver's
activities.
We
will
be
back.
We
had
a
great
stay.
The
room
also
had
coffee
(which
most
hotel
rooms
don't
anymore).
When
we
returned
late
night,
the
doors
were
locked
and
we
had
to
use
our
key
to
get
in.
We
liked
that
security
feature!
