This was the absolute worst Marriott /Hotel we have ever stayed at! It was dirty. Halls smelled. walls are thin. Maids never came to clean our rooms after 6 days. They gave us attitude when asking for clean towels. I cut my leg on the bed frame. Our air conditioner leaked and soaked the floor. Gym has no air. Homeless hanging out in front while security sat in the lobby on their phones. Our curtains had stains all over them along with the screen broken. Laundry room has only one washer working. We were there for a sports tournament that the hotel knew months in advance and did nothing to fix their issues. Absolute worst highly do not recommend!!!! And after our complaints the asst manager responded with a generic response. And did not even address the serious complaints only responded about the broke ice machine. The GM didn’t even take the time to respond to a corporate complaint shows their character. If only I could give 0 stars I would!!

This was the first room I didn’t like it too much not only that there was a roach in there. Switch room second room was better. Didn’t take pictures of it. It was up on the third floor. Not in such a great area it is right next to the county hospital but there’s other things than that around that you can walk to… they do have complementary breakfast washers and dryers. They have about four washers and four dryers.

STAY AWAY!!!!! 1 double room and 2 bedroom suite for 4 nights each. Not a good experience. Rooms were full of tattered furniture. Staff was unresponsive. Internet television did not work for the 4 nights we were there. Sent follow up email to hotel manager and assistant manager and got NO response. Unbelievable but which made sense - a bad employee culture is from the top down. My recommendation? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We enjoyed our stay here! Front desk was friendly and helpful. We did have a surprise that housekeeping was every other day, which also meant we couldn't acquire a clean set of bedding on the days housekeeping wasn't there even if we wanted to change the sheets ourselves, but they did have guest laundry. Breakfast options varied each morning which was nice. Our rooms were clean and spacious and having a kitchen with dishes was very convenient! Double sofa bed was reasonable comfy and queen beds were very comfy. Location is by several bus stops with frequent trips to downtown, so transportation was convenient. Rooms were affordable - I would stay here again!

This was the worst Marriott service and facilities I've ever stayed at. The walls were paper thin in the rooms, the rooms were semi clean and the front desk service was very bad. I stay at Marriott's when I travel, and I will not be staying at this one again.

Just wanted a clean safe place to stay before heading up to Breckenridge the next day. Yeah, no. First room has a heavy smoke odor, replacement room had sticky chairs. Not at all confident that they do a good job cleaning this place. It's also pretty run down, I'm just thankful we're only staying one night.

I've stayed here twice, once in October of '21, and then in March of '22. Both times I was greeted by the friendliest, most helpful staff I've had in a long time. The rooms were very clean, and I loved having a kitchen. There were plenty of outlets to plug in all my stuff. I also felt very safe there, even when I was alone. I hope I can return soon because I really enjoyed it.

A nice hotel, functional per the Google description. A very warm welcome by the front desk when I arrived. Close to public transportation. Some may be put off by the location and neighborhood but I never had any issues. A reasonable, free breakfast with eggs, bacon, waffles, breads, yogurt, coffee, juices, etc. Surprisingly good fitness center with cardio machines and a huge selection of free weights.

Our room has bed bugs. The manager Tatiana Guy refuses to refund us despite the evidence displayed. I have photos of my husbands bitten body, blood spotted sheets and several clusters of eggs. I showed the eggs to her in the bed to which she replied “looks like skin the dead skin from my dog.” Tatiana believes that bed bug eggs are black and move. (Hint: Those at bed bugs!). She either genuinely has no idea what bed bugs look like or she has mastered the art of looking you in the eye and lying. Either way, she should not manage a hotel.

What a great hotel. The prices are fantastic even during peak travel in the summer. I had a fantastic week here. The breakfast salad and changes every day. It’s an acquired are part of Denver so it’s easy to sleep if you’re not from a city. The staff is really nice and seemingly available 24/7.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and are stocked with everything you may need to use (in the kitchen). My only complaint would be that the machines in the laundry room need to be cleaned more often, and there are only 2 working washers (and dryers, also)the rest are out of service!!

I showed up at the hotel to find that the front door was locked (you need to be buzzed in). I waited for 15 minutes at the door while buzzing in/calling on the phone provided in the waiting area, but no one was there. I finally got let in by another patron who was leaving. After I was let in, I continued to wait for another 10-15 minutes at the front desk for a representative to check me in. Needless to say, I immediately cancelled my reservation when he got to the desk and ubered to a different hotel downtown. Terrible experience here.

AN IDEAL EXPERIENCE AT AN IDEAL LOCATION! I recently stayed at this TownPlace Suites, Downtown Denver, and cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. Every member of the staff that I encountered during this 11-night stay provided exceptional service. A shout-out is in order for front desk/office staff members, Barbara (GM), JJ, Jonathan, and Judy. They couldn't have been more helpful! Additionally, the breakfast and housekeeping staff cannot go unmentioned, as their level of service was truly above and beyond. This all-suite hotel is unique in many ways. It is tucked back on a small street yet is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, even full grocery stores! The layout of my studio suite and full kitchen was ideal for my needs, so I was able to cook and bake to my heart's content. Anything that I might need in the kitchen, and was not regularly stocked, was available for loan by the front desk. They even have an outdoor grill available to enhance one's stay with some outdoor cookin'! During my unexpectedly extended stay (waiting for major car repairs after an accident), there was not one request that they couldn't meet. They were gracious, accommodating, and always so kind. Whenever possible, I will return to the TownePlace Suites, Downtown Denver to repeat this extraordinary experience. Thanks are in order to this great property and amazing staff!

Nasty.. Needs to be torn down. Wife works at Marriott and I've stayed in dozens. This place should be sold as it's not even close to Marriott standards. Peeling paint everywhere. Main door access is broken, tiny entrance with worn through dingy carpet. Overall looks more like a bad motel than a Marriott. The beds and lines are ancient sagging and wore through. The towels are so old they feel like thin 80 grit sandpaper. The cushions have BLOOD and SEMEN stains all over them. Overall this place was not the best 10 years ago and now is so gross that I would recommend it to an enemy. Many better options under the Marriott name in town. But this one is to be avoided.

I called ahead to check vacancy and from that point onward the staff at this TownePlace gave me 5-star treatment at all times. I was very impressed with Tatiana, Taylor and the whole crew. Nice people, personable and perfectly proffessional. Just what I needed traveling for work during Christmas. Thank y'all, and keep up the great work. Happy New Year!

Redhead working the front desk was rude. Treated me very poorly for being a Titanium member with Marriott. I’ve never had an issue with a small request from Marriott properties. I asked for a simple request to change my one queen room to a 2 queen room & he would not grant it even though they were available. Customer service was very poor I walked out & cancelled my reservation for another property down the street.

They tried to cancel my reservation, tried to claim I couldn't stay there due to me making the reservation online and demanded money upfront for a new room, they snuck a parking charge and a pet charge onto my bill when my toilet broke after only 5 uses. I forgot to add that I don't have a car in Denver nor did I have any pets whatsoever. They did everything they could to scam me and I caught them red-handed. Don't visit nor vacation to this place.

Room was great. Full kitchen area with everything needed to make a meal. Within walking distance of anything you may need. Really happy with service and staff. Needed to extend my stay and no issues with that. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Nice room with everything you would need if you are staying for multiple days. Not great sound insulation so it will depend on who your neighbors are as to whether or not you will have a quiet stay. My stay was fantastic. Also keep in mind the price point for where the hotel is located.

I stayed a week and everything was great. But especially Tatiana and Eric at the front desk, and Meshone ( not sure if I spelled your name right) managing the breakfast room were exceptional!

Do not stay here - room smelled rancid. Had an issue with the check-in process that has yet to be resolved. Outdated and subpar as a hotel. Better places to stay at the same price point. Would not recommend

I originally gave this establishment a low score and scathing review, but the management managed to track down my lost belongings and is overnighting them to me. I did enjoy my time with this establishment overall. They're understaffed, so it can take some time to get your room serviced, but everyone is very nice. As a minor note, I was also a bit surprised by the $15/day parking fee, given that this hotel is located nowhere near anything important and if you don't have a vehicle, you're basically screwed, so please factor that cost in when booking.

Good place near downtown. Rooms are a bit dated, but I have always had great service at this location. Just a scooter ride away from the convention center and anything you could want to eat.

Fairly central apartment hotel with good location for Denver visits. Great walk downtown (20-30) minutes and small food center nearby (pizza, Mexican, burgers). Friendly staff and complimentary ameican style breakfast.

Tatiana was so helpful at any point I was there. The entire staff was just as helpful. The breakfast has a lot to be desired but there is an Einstein bros right across the street I would stay here again no doubt

Front desk and all staff were great except for the shuttle driver, smelling like alcohol and unable to pick me up from around the block during service hours. When he did, it was clear he had been drinking.

Front desk staff were very polite but besides that everything else was very nasty our room wasn't cleaned there were pills and trash under the bed. Our mattresses box frame was broke so the whole mattress was sunk. The shower was disgusting oddly put together and gross. The walls were paper thin and they do nothing about dogs barking from 9pm-5am.
