My wife was on a business trip and missed a layover flight so I booked her a night at this hotel (late - around 11PM). My interaction with the representative was standard - ask if rooms are available, tell them I'd like to reserve a room, give them card information to hold the room. I was told I would be charged a fee for cancelling/no-showing which is par for the course. While the representative and I were wrapping up our phone call and they were attempting to sell me a vacation package I realized my wife's work may not reimburse the room. No problem - I just let the rep know and asked that we not go through with the reservation. I was told I would be charged a fee for the cancellation (which was over $450, more than the room cost to begin with). Despite never ending the reservation phone call (and listening to the vacation deal pitch) I was told I would be charged for "cancelling a reservation". From what I could tell, we were still making the reservation. I confirmed with the representative multiple times that although we never ended the call I would be charged for the room. I can understand charging a customer if there was a loss of business; like in a situation where I reserve a room a month in advance and try to cancel day of. I just find it hard to believe the hotel's revenues took a significant hit while I had a room "reserved" for seconds. Not only was the representative unwilling to help with the reservation situation, but she in no way, shape or form told me how outrageous the fee would be while we were speaking. I was told there would be a fee, but a ~$450 fee? A more accurate statement would have been "we will charge you for the entire room plus taxes if you cancel". Overall really disappointing interaction, I've heard the hotel was beautiful - what a shame it had to be soured by the customer service.

Nice hotel but needs improvement. reusable Shampoo bottles in room empty at check in. Air filter not replaced for 4 months and covered in dust. Every time I'm here I non stop sneeze just in the rooms (not outside). Hotel needs better maintenance.

If you're spending the night after landing, get to baggage claim, walk outside and head to the other side of the plaza. There will be signs on the airport maps to direct you. There is no executive lounge but as a titanium member you get $50 (maybe because we were 2 people) credit for the breakfast. Breakfast was excellent too. Used a free night award and a suite night award went through. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and it was massive. Largest bathroom I've ever seen. No doubt the room is great. There was also 2 bathrooms in the room. Bach checked us in and was the friendliest and most helpful front desk representative I've experienced in a long time. Kudos to him.

We got a room here for our family that had extremely early flights out of Denver. In true Westin fashion, it was exceptional. The hotel is conveniently attached to the airport, and takes numerous security measures to prevent wanderers. The rooms are tasteful and so comfortable. While it is a bit more expensive than your typical Westin, the convenience made it worth it.

This location is not what I would expect from a 4-start Westin. I've stayed at a Westin before and had a lovely experience. Yes I had a hot shower and a clean room but I don't pay Westin rates for the bare minimums. I did address my issues listed below with their internal review team and they said they would look into it, so hopefully they do. In the meantime, this was my experience. 1. Three towels for two people and no towel hooks. I'm happy to reuse a towel if I need an evening shower and one in the morning, but a place to hang it up to dry would be reasonable. (review team said this was the standard amount of towels and I can always the call the front desk for more. True, but from a 4-star hotel I don't want to have to call for a dry towel.) 2. Also only 3 packets of coffee, two people. I don't have time to call and wait for an extra coffee to make its way up stairs before I leave for my flight. Again, fine but not to a 4-star standard. 3. The bed sheets were worn out and didn't fit the mattress. Clean but looked messy. Again acceptable for a place to shower and sleep but I can pay half the price for the basics elsewhere. We chose a 4 star Westin as an extra treat to ourselves before leaving for our honeymoon and we were sorely disappointed.

My family and I had a very long layover so we decided to spend the night here. Pleasant and accommodating front desk staff, immaculately clean rooms, very comfortable beds, and pretty good food at the restaurant grill downstairs. The next morning we checked out and walked over to airport security. Very convenient location. This was a great experience!

I loved this hotel! Very modern and the food was delicious. Rylie at the front desk was top notch. She overheard me telling my coworkers that I had a family member back home passing away while I was traveling for work. She went above and beyond, sent up to my room a hand written note and ice-cream. That was so kind and really made a difference. She asked me later in the week how things were going. Truly delivered exceptional customer service and made the stay enjoyable! She deserves a shout out. That meant more than you know.

Exceptional hotel with many food and service options. Great location at the airport and convenient to walk over from arrival and departure. Pro tip: Take advantage of the "Bags" location to check your bags well in advance of your flight!!

This hotel not only has all the amenities you need (restaurants, coffee shop, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi), it is steps out of the door of the airport (near baggage claim and security lines). I have stayed here when my flight was cancelled and stayed here again to make my life easy. Staff is great, hotel is great, clean, food is great, coffee is perfect. Great job Westin (and Marriott)!

Overpriced and Underwhelming My stay at the Westin DIA was notably disappointing, failing to meet the expectations for the high price of $600 per night. The hotel, while offering the convenience of proximity to the airport, fell short in almost every other aspect. Promised an upgrade to a runway view room, we instead found ourselves staring at the unremarkable roof of a parking garage. The situation was made worse by the constant noise of traffic, which disrupted our sleep during a crucial long layover. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the hotel staff, their response was apathetic, showing no interest in addressing our disappointment or offering any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Adding insult to injury was the room service. The food can only be described as horrible, a surprising misstep for a hotel that charges such a premium. This, coupled with the staff's indifference, significantly detracted from our overall experience. The singular advantage of staying at the Westin DIA — not having to leave and return to the airport — is heavily overshadowed by its shortcomings. It's evident that the hotel leverages this convenience to justify overcharging its guests, without delivering on quality or service. In conclusion, the lack of compensation or even acknowledgment of our issues was the final straw in an already disappointing stay. The Westin DIA, with its uncomfortable noise levels, poor food quality, and indifferent service, offers poor value for the price. Travelers would be well-advised to consider alternative accommodations, even if it means a bit of extra travel to and from the airport.

Nice hotel. Room was clean. But as we were sitting in our room a hotel worker opened our door-no knock at all. And then went to have a glass of wine at lobby bar and I had to stop the bartender from pouring wine into a dirty glass that still had lipstick around the edge. For the price of the room I would expect better

This was a great place for our board meeting, the hotel is super clean and the staff was amazing, they were all helpful, the conference staff was attentive, the front desk folks were very helpful and the bar tenders had great service. I got there late due to a delayed flight and they had me dinner to the room almost before I got there! Everything was top notch quality. So convenient if you are flying.

There are not enough Words of Gratitude that we have for the Staff Here - Especially for Tonya Flowers at the Front desk ~ When our Grandmother / Mother Ruby who was Traveling from Last Vegas to Rapid City South Dakota flight was cancelled and we needed Help to get her a room last minute ~ Tonya was INCREDIBLE , so kind caring , and professional . Tonya went above and beyond in helping with my Grandma / Mother ~ Got her to her room , made her tea, ordered her dinner, made sure she was set up with her flight the next day . Tonya went above and beyond! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well. THANK YOU !!

I may change my rating depending on how this goes. I’ve called 3 times and emailed to make sure a specific room was ready. I was told it would be ready for check in at 3PM. Sure enough they don’t have the room ready. They offered a different room. I explained the only reason we are staying here is for my son to watch airplanes. I reserved a top level corner premiere room. We would like to enjoy it as we have to fly out early in the morning. There is no sense of urgency to take of what was promised. I asked them are you sure? Are you absolutely sure this will be available/ready… Nope. For the price I paid, they need to take better care of their guests. I have an injured back. Instead of resting, I sit in pain in these awful lobby chairs. *** Update - after a bad start, they mad it right. They brought us birthday cakes and gave great service. They were busy. The only other bad thing was the hot tub was broken, but the employees here really do work hard.

Expected much more due to the price. With that said, extremely convenient for those flying in or out. Parking is expensive. $45 for valet which I chose because I could not figure out how to park otherwise and then an additional $45 to actually park. I was charged $100 and although the valet had a brush in her hand to wipe off the snow, my vehicle on the inside was full of snow all over my electronics and my leather seats.

Nice hotel, beautiful, wide-open lobby and outdoor entry is a nice place to relax if not too cold. The restaurant hostess at “Grill & Vine” is very friendly! The hotel is very handy, on the airport property. I can’t give this a 5-star rating is the cost. For a single night, last minute stay, the price is very high. For that, disappointing for sure.

Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms very clean, bed comfortable, and a good shower! We had a small issue with the sports bar attached to the hotel, but nothing that would make me take anything away from this review. There's a small eatery and sundry on the taxi/train level, as well. Located just off the baggage claim and across one single street. VERY easy to get to after (or before) a flight. It's a little pricey, but I consider this property high-end. HIGHLY recommend!

Westin hotel rooms are always so nice and of course the bedding really is heavenly.....The STAFF PERSONNEL WERE EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY....however, the reason why I gave the "Service" category a 2 star is as a very frequent international business traveler that may sometimes end up checking in at 2 am in the morning and/or checking out at 6 pm in the afternoon. Thus, with this hotel being effectively a part of the airport and convenience of location at an INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, I would expect, at a minimum 24 hour room service (food). Having room service from 5pm to 11pm is NOT in-line with the Westin brand, and $500/night rooms....International Business Travelers will not find this to be good option, again, I expect more from an International Airport Hotel and especially with the Westin Brand.

The Westin is an outstanding hotel. All of the staff are very courteous and helpful. They have a few restaurants that are very delicious. We always love to have breakfast, the coffee is a great dark, bold roast. All of the food was prepared very well. The pool and hot tub are very relaxing. I believe that the pool is salt water, and it is also heated. They have also restarted room service, very nice for when you get in late and want to get something easy. With the proximity to the airport, just a courtyard away, this is always a go to for our family. They also have late checkout for those late night arrivals. Always enjoy our stay here, we will be back again next time.

One of the more pristine and classy hotels I’ve seen attached to an airport. The staff is friendly and the beds are comfortable. Check out the lounge if you want to enjoy a drink or nice glass of wine. The nicer restaurant is good but definitely a bit overpriced. This is partly due to it being attached to an airport, however they make up for it by staying open late. Especially on the weekends. Just keep in mind it’s Walk-ins only, they do not take reservations even though you are sent to open table from their web page. FYI

Staff was friendly. Rooms seemed clean and we're relatively comfortable. Located at the airport, so you can walk to the hotel and your flight quickly and easily. A couple of restaurants at the hotel and a store with snacks and drinks. You can also walk back to the terminal for food or snacks. Check in I located on floor 5, one above baggage claim level. Decent gym available.

The hotel is beautiful and convenient for sure. That said, their phone customer service when I needed to make an adjustment was awful. After waiting for 30 minutes on hold, I was greeted with an agent who advised their systems were down again and I would need to hang up and call back in 4 hours (after check in). Then the app was useless and was unavailable for the entirety of the stay. Overall, for the money you can do much better then minutes away. Sad.

Remember to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it. We loved this hotel! The architecture is beautiful, conveniently located, comfy beds, great food & the kids loved the putt putt golf course.

The hotel always feels clean and beds are comfortable. The little coffee/snack cafe is always friendly and great place to get a coffee. We only had one issue with no hand soap or body wash, but since we’re only staying one night, no need to call anyone.
