Great breakfast, great service. Room was very comfortable, only a couple of details missed concerning cleanliness. Pool area smelled slightly of urine, so I didn't use the pool/ spa areas. Free airport shuttle is great, unfortunately on one of our trips the driver was blasting conservative talk radio. Something a little more neutral and a lot less divisive would have been preferable. A good idea is music, maybe just have your drivers play music at a reasonable volume? The 80s hits are generally seen as likable by most people.

Being Hilton Diamond Members, we stay at a lot of Hilton properties. Staying one night before an early flight out of the nearby Denver Airport, here's our experience. 1) Check-In: Truly, the oddest customer service we've every had at a Hilton. Since Hilton is known for their service, it was shocking. The woman behind the desk said "Hiiii" in a very tired, sarcastic, and mocking way. She never smiled, asked us any questions. She was clearly annoyed to be doing her job. She then shoved our room keys at us and didn't even say "bye" or "have a great stay." It was so weird. 2) Rooms: Our suite was great! It was clean, spacious and came with a living room. The king-sized bed was so comfortable. 3) Space: The hotel is beautiful with an open lobby and bar. 4) Parking: Sadly, parking costs money so we parked outside of the hotel on the street.

The front desk agent Will was very attentive and courteous. We had a pleasant stay here. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and you can also order omelets your way. In case you miss it, parking is $13/night.

Reserved a two room king suite a week before arrival and noted that our flight is arriving late night so will be checking-in late. Dead tired on red-eye flight and go to front desk to check-in. "We sold your room you prepaid for." Um.... what?!?!? Don't we worry we will give you a smaller standard room, not the two room suite you prepaid for and for the inconvenience we will give you a discount of $15. Whatever, we need sleep from the red-eye flight. Get to the room, wow this is smaller then a normal hotel room at any other hotel. Again, whatever need sleep. Oh good the pull out sofa sheets were never cleaned/replaced from the previous guest. Call the front desk, oops well come down and get some new sheets. Again was offered a discount of $15 for way smaller room then prepaid for and dirty sheets.

Checked in, went to room and pulled down the bed sheets only to find dirty sheets, what looked to be for lack of better words, "human biological matter". Managers on duty couldn't care less. Said there were no housekeeping staff on duty to change the sheets. We asked to be moved to another room and he acted as if we were putting him out. We are Diamond Members with Hilton and he acted like it was an imposition to correct the situation and comp the room or put points in the Hilton Account for us, a good way to help make loyal customers happy, still no help with that.

I've stayed at the hotel 3 times in the last month due to traveling and parking my vehicle here. All three times, there was poor shuttle service, which often didn't come for an hour, and the quality of service/hospitality was horrible with the front desk talking on speaker phone during check in and a manager disregarding me when advising her the stay was not great. Outside of that, rooms are above average, especially the king suites, breakfast and dinner are great. If it weren't for these things, this would easily be a single star review. I personally won't stay there again and would advise others to stay else where when needing accomodations by the airport.

Definitely would stay here again. Kitchen and bar open until 11PM (food available until 10pm). Great service, nice rooms. Shuttle to and from the airport was easy to access, and ran 24 hours.

Staff service was strong. Young black woman at desk and middle-aged Hispanic American woman in omelette area were very nice and helpful. Reception snacks lacking.

The hotel was nice . We had a family suite. It was nice to have the extra room. The breakfast was nice and plenty of food. The host were really professional & very tidy & clean. The pool was excellent !! The temperature of the water was so nice. The outside jacuzzi was nice also. The towels needed to be restocked every time we went down. The front desk people need to be more attentive , went to go ask for more towels & I finally had to interrupt her and another worker were talking & did not even acknowledge I was there until I had to say excuse me.

THE WALLS ARE THIN. We could hear not just muffled voices but full on conversations word for word through the wall. At night I could hear the guests in the rooms on BOTH sides snoring and I got woken up by the guest in the room next door. I woke up to THEIR alarm going off and then heard every bit of them packing having a conversation. We were in a room on the 4th floor but, I could also very clearly hear the employees clinking dishes and talking while preparing breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was convenient and the driver was friendly. All staff members were courteous and great at relaying information. The bed was pretty comfy and the bathroom was nice. Typical hotel amenities, I do appreciate them moving away from single use products like soaps and shampoos! Instead they had mounted dispensers on the wall.

Nice physical facility and rooms. Parking lot needs some TLC and it’s a high property crime area per signs everywhere. Front desk staff are nice enough but not apologetic about the problems, which are: 1) unreliable shuttle service to airport. Supposed to run ever half hour but we waited over an hour. 100% sure we were in the right pickup spot. Finally took a shuttle of a neighboring hotel. We Ubered back to the airport the next morning because we felt we could not rely on the shuttle but that was over $40 with tip. 2) Our phones did not charge overnight because the lamp outlets are ridiculously loose. No connection. This is a BIG deal if you are relying on your phone alarm to catch a morning flight.

Stayed here for five days on a business trip. Wonderful staff! They were kind and courteous and helped me with anything I asked about. Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of room to work and rest. Great delicious hot breakfast with bacon, eggs, fried potatoes, pancakes/french toast, omelets, etc. Cool lobby/bar area with plenty of places sit to relax. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Denver.

Upon arrival at the airport pickup was seamless. Day one seamless. Ms. Williams front desk excellent, Check-in in with Brsa excellent. Day 2 no problem. Day 3 is when the problems started. A man entered our room with a guest key card with us in the room. Front desk acted as though this was normal. Just so happen we were still in the room. I can't imagine what would have happen if we were not there or still sleep. My security and safety was breached. Have tried to reach out to Hilton Honors and Supervisor Kelly. Nothing has been done; no apology, no compensation, no conversation with the Hotel. Left my info with them on September 4, 2023 for G.M. to call me. Nothing has been done. Hilton Honor's stated to me that the hotel wanted to offer me 2,000points, Really. I had booked other relatives for the same Hotel (4 Rooms for 3 Days) had problems with them checking in. Key card stop working on Day 3 and Day 4. All of these problems with a REGULAR GUEST (DIAMOND MEMBER). I had read the Reviews but I said let me try them for myself. Not any more. If something change, will do an update. Interaction with Ms. Tonya, Willie, Ms. Brsa, and Ms. Williams

It is my complete pleasure to update this review..after our unfortunate experience we still held our summer leadership summit here and had an amazing experience! From the top down everyone we interacted with acted with dignity, professionalism and pure kindness. I have no complaints! The chef and kitchen/wait staff was phenomenal! Special shout out to Julio and Sebastian. The food was delicious and our boys said it was the best ever. We felt welcomed, appreciated and valued. I look forward to continuing our program here for years to come. Thank you thank you thank you!

The rooms are really nice, bar is good, and it's close to the airport but you pay for parking and to get decent wifi which at this price point is ridiculous hence the 2 stars. The price should include high-speed wifi especially in 2023.

Very nice hotel. My room was spacious and clean. Everyone I ran into was super nice. The morning breakfast was good. The chefs at the omelette station were willing to cook eggs over easy for me. My only complaint about the breakfast is the soda machine was out of ice both days. Keep in mind the hotel shuttle only picks up at the Western terminal at the Denver airport. If you are flying in on Southwest, you'll need to walk over there to catch the shuttle. Make sure you are waiting in the red hotel shuttle pickup area (indicated with a 3). I waited an hour on the east side before finding this out by calling the hotel. There is no indication I could find on the web site telling you this. The pickup vans are black with an Embassy Suites sign in the window - so you need to look carefully for them.

My room was awesome , complete with Fridge, microwave coffee maker and a safe . I arrived early and was in my room after an hour. My flight arrived at 10am .. Front desk associate Bersa was amazing!! 2nd time booking at this location. Breakfast was great and a lot to choose from!

Great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable bed. They allowed us to check in early since there was a couple rooms available. We ended up with an accessible room, which was fine, but the bathroom door was a slider that had gaps in the door and wouldn't stay closed so there wasn't much bathroom privacy.

Highly highly do not recommend staying here if you’re driving in. We noted that this hotel had a gated parking lot but the thieves were able to exit the parking lot through the back entrance which is also gated except for deliveries The hotel staff knows this is a issue. They charge you $16 to park there and your car will get broken into!!!! The hotel rooms were great but this hotel seems to have a security issue. Our truck was broke into last night and we lost about $7,500 worth of things including an archery bow. Thankfully we brought in all of our professional camera gear. We know of at least one other car that was broken into last night as well and the guy on the elevator had his car broken into last year. The staff claims they have a security guard on throughout the night but obviously that is not correct since the thieves had about 10 minutes to go through every tote and bag in the back of our pickup truck (In a locked cap). Besides giving us the footage, the staff was less than helpful. They seem to know this is going on and have no intentions on fixing it. The thieves broke the drivers side door lock and got in that way. We have footage of the whole incident. This is a very unsafe/sketchy area.

Rooms are great!! The staff, however, is absolutely amazing! Willie working the front desk tonight went above and beyond to help this stranded flight crew. He saved us tonight and we are forever grateful!

Cold shower! Holy cow. We love the embassy suites. Everything minus the cold shower. They were amazing at check in. Had us an early check in that was great. The late checkout options made the trip so convenient. We will stay with them again and again for sure. Breakfast options are great.

We had a staff retreat here. Really nice suite-rooms with coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. Great breakfast option. The conference room we used was extremely hot which was awful. But everything else about this hotel is quite nice. They had excellent food service for us.

We always stayed at the Embassy suites during our younger years. We loved the breakfast and the two room suites. Something changed. Not all rooms are two room suites. The train I have it a four is because the pillows were not comfortable.. My neck was sore in the morning. The breakfast omelette was very good and I love that they have flavored creamer for coffee. The room was stocked with a variety of teas plus coffee

My husband and I stayed here the night before a flight to take advantage of their park and fly service. We requested the shuttle for 3:30 am and at 3:29 am the shuttle was pulling away as we were finishing checking out. The front desk called him back and he came back to pick us up. He didn't say a single word to us on our drive. Nothing. Not hello, goodbye...nothing. He didn't help with our bag or open the door. I was incredibly disappointed with how unwelcome he made my husband and I feel. Maybe he was having a rough morning but he didn't need to take it out on us.... The bartender was amazing and we loved chatting with him at the manager's reception.

Very new clean and beautiful embassy Suites hotel. This is the third embassy Suites of stayed in within the last week and definitely the best. Everything is modern including the memory foam mattress on the pull out sofa bed as you can see in my below picture. Actually borderline comfortable which is much better than what I could say of any other sofa bed I have slept on in years. The evening reception had slightly more food than the others I have stayed at recently. Since covid most seem to only have a few peanuts or a bag of Chex mix. This was not what the eating reception used to be prior to covid but had two different flavors of nutty trail mix, assorted vegetables and assorted crackers so the kids appreciated that. The indoor pool was beautiful and clean with a nice outdoor hot tub area. We stayed in room 710 which was nice to be on a high floor where my kid could have a few of the airport and watch airplanes coming and going in the distance. The only negative is that annoys from the bar area carried so well that from the living room I was still hearing the party before the power went out at 11:00 p.m. the power outage was not the hotel's fault it was a freak late in the year snow storm and looking at the window I could see it was the entire block. With this being the biggest negative I am still very happy and hope that more of my embassy Suites I visit are similar to this. I should also add that parking was $13 per night.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful! Only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the sign that said β€œno outside food or drink in the public areas”. This rule would obviously make sense in the inner bar and restaurant area but to have a rule against guests grabbing some food to go and eating it on the couches in the lobby is completely absurd.

The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. I love that they have a mixer where there are snacks and drinks in the evening. The snacks were simple but the kids liked them. The staff was nice. Overall good stay.

Embassy Suites never disappoints and this specific location was no different. Staff friendly, room service/restaurant was delicious and our view was beautiful. Only think preventing 5 stars is that their "meet and greet" from 5:30p-7:30p was disappointing. Typically, we're use to a variety of snacks and options but this location on this specific night (Sunday) had carrots, celery, cracks and hummus. With several small children, it wasn't a hit for us.

I had a good experience here. My room was really nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was yummy and I appreciated the fresh fruit. the staff were all friendly and the lobby was neat. free airport shuttle is a plus. location is a bit out there, so you need to use a ride share if you didn’t come by car since public transportation is a good 30min hike (mostly flat) away. def would stay there again.
