Stay Alfred in Denver is terrific for anyone looking for a little independence with their stay. There's no on site staff to take your bags or make your bed everyday, but we preferred not having to check in with staff or hang a do not disturb sign. The unit was clean and comfy, with great views. Little Raven St is close to downtown and highland, so we walked or biked to most places in Denver. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Stay Alfred has a nice, easy set up, and our one call to customer service (regarding wifi) was handled quickly and professionally. We'll use them again and definitely recommend.

Terrible service, since we checked in on the 24th the apartment that they first gave us was completely filthy. Trash had not been taken out and the beds were not made, they wanted to send a housekeeper to clean up, but after a 32 hr drive the least you want is to now have to wait for the room to get cleaned up, so we asked for a new room and they granted it. Second issue we had is parking! They said to park in space 3 and it was continuously being taken by someone else, so we called the manager and they gave us parking 10, but once again we come in at night and it was taken, so they told us to park on space 13 and 14th. Those spaces were to tight for a large Suburban so they accommodated with giving us parking space 14 and 15. We parked in parking space 15 and we wake up the next day with the car being towed, called the office and the manager said “ sorry I don’t know why they told you to park at that number when it’s not there space to have people parking at”. So now we have to pay the tow rate and our day of traveling has been ruined since you cannot go to the mountains late in the day and truly enjoy it without it getting dark before 4:30. Overall this experience has been terrible, and yes they have tried to accommodate for all the mishaps but as a traveler with limited timing this is the last thing that you expect. Mainly after we have had continuous issues with the same problem, you would hope that they could have had it fixed by the time we complained not just once but twice, there is no reason for us to have an issue with parking every night. The tow fee was my last straw even if they were to reimburse the fee, the family trip has been ruined. Would not recommend the place to anyone unless you guys plan for mishaps to happen.

My stay was wonderful. Perfect location for everything. I was no more than 10 minutes to anything. More importantly for anything in the LO-DO area, I was in walking distance. (I walked to the Broncos game in 12 minutes). Also there was a fully stocked kitchen (i cooked). And complete selection of linen for bathroom and bedroom. The staff was very receptive and answered my questions promptly I will be staying here again when I return.

Spent last 2 nites at little raven site. Nice in many ways. Clean great deal comfortable easy checking. Easy to navigate getting into apt spacious stocked well. The coffee maker didn’t work and couldn’t figure out how to turn off living room lights. Beware that can only park a compact car. Kitchen faucet hung down. Needed more blankets. Needed to hold toilet handle down. Dusty kitchen shelf. Beds could have used a box spring

I did enjoy the stay. I would stay again for sure. Everytime i needed help I would call and things would answered and fix minus the fireplace. the only issue I have was one day One of your employ walked into our place stating "she thought know one was staying in the apartment" we felt our safety was threaten. How can an employ not know we were staying there and she did not give any reason why she was there. All she kept staying was she thought no one was there. Her excuse for thinking we weren't there was because we kept the notice of the garbage paper on the door and demanded us to throw it away for her. That was really random.

Great location, nice clean place for less than a hotel and with a full kitchen and two master bed/bath. Walked 1mi down Platte River trail to Mile High, 1mi down 15th to Market and Convention Center. Easy to get to 16th st mall free bus and Union Station. All keypad check-in. I didn't have a car, but I think parking was included.

The place was clean and easy to access. We had to call customer service a few times because the air conditioning didn't work (it was in the 80s and 90s outside). While they gave us portable units, they were not effective to cool the apartment because opening the windows in out first floor apartment was not an option (safety factor). Really wouldn't matter though - the units blew circuit breakers when they were on. And the air conditioning, if it worked, is strictly controlled (can't go below 75 degrees and shuts off when it is 75 outside. Apparently they do not understand how hot an apartment with no circulation can get. We won't be staying here again.

Wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable. Awesome location. Very very clean. Full kitchen was awesome. I most likely would go back. Negatives - parking is a 0 out of 10. The spots are soooo tiny that you literally wedge your car in. I literally had to climb out the back of the hatchback to get in and out of the car all week. No lie. We had one noisy neighbor above us and stay Alfred did nothing about that. Their cable is basic basic package. For the amount of the room be nice to be able at least order a movie, let alone a free movie channel like HBO. The stairs were not in great locations to our room so we were stuck riding the elevator for one floor. Sometimes took 2 or 3 mins for the elevator to move one floor. The passcode to get in the building, and then another passcode to get in the room was pretty confusing the first night showing up. No check in desk or anybody to ask for help. Not fun when you show up at night in the winter, get put of the uber with a weeks worth of gear and no idea how to get inside. Overall a legit 4 out of 5. The "negatives" were my expeirince for the week.

Will never stay here again! We had booked quite a few rooms for a wedding nearby. The elevators were not functioning and I am disabled. The parking was atrocious and the rooms dirty, furniture worn and very dated. Never had a response from management when I sent my initial complaint.
