The positive thing about this hotel is the location and the friendly staff. The room was clean and warm. The breakfast is a standard buffet. The negatives are: the noise. I could clearly hear the people in the room above and from outside even though I was on the second floor and the windows were closed. The pillows . They were not good and I woke up with a stiff neck in the morning. These two points are big negatives for me as I didn't sleep well at all and that's the core function of a hotel.

I had to stay there 3 midweeks for work. One time I arrived around 11:30 because of train delay. The cleaning staff waited there to give me my room key. Good breakfast and dinner.

Nice location, unfortunately you have to park your car in the parkhouse (10 EUR per 24 hours). Personal is very friendly.

After a pleasant reception, moved to the clean, nice room. Nothing fancy, but good value for money. Bed was good, though staying on the first floor meant I could hear sounds from the square outside quite well. Breakfast was good, maybe nothing fancy, but plenty of choice. The location was ideal for our stay, close to the office. Located in the center very suitable to find a nice place to eat nearby. Also nice to go for a walk after work. The second night it was colder both outside and inside. Overall a good stay for the 3 days I was in Deventer for work. Good value for money if you just need a place to stay in the center.

Very noisy, guests were coming in all hours of the night, walls are paper thin. felt more like a hostel than a hotel. needed earplugs to get a good nights sleep.

The location is in the city center. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. No aircon nor the umbrella that we can borrow if its rain outside. The breakfast was good with plenty choices.

Nicely placed hotel in the centre of Deventer. No luxury, but everything is renovated and clean. Parking is a 5 minute walk from the hotel in a paid parking house. If you want to be in the centre and enjoy it's heartbeat, this is the place to be.

Wonderful stay in lovely Deventer. Friendly staff, lively location directly at the town square and good breakfast. Only downside are the doors of the rooms the closing of which by the neighbors makes for loud noise that is audible in your own room.

Very old furniture, wired walls, carpets, no fridge in the room. The breakfast is so-so. One plus is the location in the citycentre. But the noice insulation is bad, you hear as sounds from inside the hotel, as outside.

What a hidden little ‘central location’ gem… rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable: welcome and staff fabulous but the food… absolutely top! Recommendations include the mixed starter, fish mains, T-bone steak… desserts and special coffees!!! Cannot rave about it enough…! Stayed last time at a more expensive, exclusive hotel which was amazing but and such a big BUT, the coat hangers don’t match lol; will most definitely be returning if they will have us?!? Thanx
