    Very neat and clean. The Urban Primary Health Care Services Delivery Project (UPHCSDP) is an initiative of Government of Bangladesh under Local Government Division with the financial support of Asian Development Bank (ADB), Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). The project delivers primary health care services to the urban poor through partnership with urban local bodies and Non-Government Organizations.
