This is a technology park under the ICT Division of Bangladesh. They maintained Govt projects related with software developing, Training, Skill development program for Android and IOS developers. They provide all support from the govt to spreading technology knowledge to the young generation easily. They have a nice conference hall and a good trainers group for cover whole Bangladesh.

Govt. owned building to facilitate and support the IT companies by bringing them under one roof. so that they can operate their business smoothly and move the IT industry to the next level. But building facilities are not good! Limited space, Electricity problem, Lift problem are few of the many problem. Authorities should come foward to fix these issues immediately and help grow the industry.

Janata tower is situated at the heart of Dhaka city where software Technology park has been establised. It is 12(Twelve) storied multitenant building and now ready for IT companies. Conducive business environment has been created for smooth running for multi-national companies. Some IT companies are now engaged to develop software for national and International purposes

Vision 2021 Tower (formerly populared as Janata Tower) is a 12 storied building, declared as the Software Technology Park by ICT division. This building is situated in the middle of Karwan Bazar. The building area was a mess and unhygienic due to near bazar arena.

This is the first full tower as software technology park. There are many technology based startup, office available in this tower. This tower managed by ICT division, Government of Bangladesh. The largest & national ICT based journalists organisations Bangladesh ICT Journalists Forum (BIJF) head office is also in this tower. A news tower (Vission 2021 Tower-2) soon build near this tower.
