Low to very low category hotel.The hotel needs urgent repairs and improvement. The personnel is very nice and helpful, but that does not cover serious shortcomings. Shuttle bus looks inside like taken from scrapyard. One good thing, aircondition works OK.

Not recommended at all! Very poor quality of room with very high price. Old house was converted to a hotel, worse than 1* hotel. Bad smell everywhere, specially from cigarettes 🚬. No proper restaurant. We ordered for room service at 11pm but the food was arrived at 00h30. They are here just to take money from your pocket with their attractive photos and words of mouth! Very bad experience!

A simple place to stay. When we arrived late in Bangladesh, this is where we stayed. The room was very basic with everything you need for a night’s rest. The staff were welcoming and available even in the late hours. Washroom is a wet room which can be quite common. Was all we needed for our evening arrival.

It’s not bad, their service is good and most of the cabin services are familiar but the room condition is lower in compare of room price.

Biman sent us to this hotel our flight from dhaka to london was delayed and the reson was that vip is travelling to london on the same flight it can only happen in Bangladesh. The hotel is very outdated avoid eating anything from this hotel at all times, food hygiene has serious issues if i knew the hotel was gona be like this i would've paid from my own money and stayed in a better hotel .

All in all it was good. I like it very much. I will go here again

Amazing staff who made us feel super welcome and well taken care of. We even got some Prosecco at our arrival. Very good location. Big plus for netflix and HBO on the TV in all rooms, and the Marshall speaker!

Awesome place. We love everyone except that housekeeping kind of on and off. Some days they did everything perfectly, some days just blaw but that's minor. It’s not very important to me, just in case some one need info on that.

Overall the stay was fantastic, the room was clean and the service was very good. The Breakfast was so nice compared to other Hotels, Restaurant staff are very helpful but the Reception staff should be more helpful, I will be a regular customer at Hotel Shuktara.
