Negative review! This was my second visit to monsoon Inn. My first experience was also bad, after posting negative review they requested me to remove the negative review and assured they will improve their service. First of all, we booked 3 rooms they gave us a good discount but their room was full or dust and their ac wasn’t working properly. After complaining they called the ac technician and they fixed it. Secondly, we informed them our flight was at 6 AM in the morning. But they were so irresponsible that they left us at the airport at 4:55 AM. We were lucky we didn’t miss the flight. They made us wait in their lounge, there was no AC. Shameful! You can see how their staff sitting on the chair !!

All the staff at this hotel are super friendly and very helpful they went out their way to help us I went with a family of 6 my little one is very active 3 year old he made all the staff dance to his tune. The rooms are nice and big with good bathroom facilities the whole hotel is going through renovations which will be very nice and more modern soon. The pool is getting renovated too. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was included with our stay I’m glad I took this option the food was cooked fresh every time and tasted really good, my little one wanted fried runny egg at lunch and dinner and they catered to his needs which was really nice of them. The lobby is the best place to hang around at all times with really nice atmosphere and comfortable sofas. We stayed there for 8 days and enjoyed our stay I definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of coming to Dhaka as the location is central too, I will be booking this hotel next time I’m in Bangladesh.

Monsoon Inn is One of the best hotels I have ever rented. New, clean, big windows, new furniture, comfortable beds, new clean bed linens. There is everything in this hotel from coffee till shower gel. There is enough room for 2 persons: sofa and bed. Good location : very near to airport. Food was yummy and tasty and take little time to serve. Staffs are very helpful, nice. Their behaviour was amazing. Highly recommended.

Very bad experience. Mosquito problem. Fake deceptive staff. Had to cancel three orders because they kept either messing it up or the food was disgusting. Water problem for half the stay (10 days), water wouldn’t come on at all. Pipe leaks. AC didn’t work for two days. Billed for breakfast once when breakfast is free. Very unresponsive staff, took over half an hour to bring a simple comb intentionally. Never come here.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staffs are amazing, the rooms have been comfortable and we'll decoreted.BBQ restaurant is amazing. The table presentation and service was warm, caring & totally professional.

Amazing hotel to spend the day and have a peaceful sleepover. Excellent environment to work in comfort being in the hotel room. The crew members were fantastic and helpful. When I had a little trouble with the wifi, the IT expert came in minutes to solve the problem and help me out. The reception is very active and never delays with work or make you wait for check-in/check-out. The food was great, we enjoyed every meal we had. The best part is that the restaurant is open 24/7 and they have a range of set meal deals, you can order 📑 them in the room or sit in the restaurant area for beautiful dining, any time of the day or night. The room was spacious, clean with a very comfortable bed and remarkable fittings. The hotel's environment and ambience was tremendous, extravagant, luxurious; which all came at a affordable price. We are thankful to all the staff and crew members of the hotel for making our 2nd anniversary so pleasant and terrific. Thanks from Faizul & Fatimah.

The service was amazing, plus the room was so comfortable and everything about it was fantastic! Next time we go to visit, we will be staying there again! Thanks so much,monsoon inn for everything and also breakfast is excellent.

had 2 nights stay in this hotel, it wasn't what i expected. They don't have the facilities available what are shown in their FB page/website, eg Swimming pool , the room is not decorated as shown in the pictures, these are very old photos not the current ones. I checked in late at night, they put me into a room where i could not sleep next morning due to not having the proper curtin to block the sunlight. Although they put me in another room later on, but i had to ask them several times for it. Anyone, wants to book this hotel , please make sure you visit there by yourself and check the room conditions before making the booking, otherwise you may suffer as i did.

Nice place . I have come here to maintain the quarantine instructed by government. What I found is a new family and learned a lot about hygiene. I am surprised,they really good in service and l have already told all my family and friends about this hotel. Highly recommended.

I am here for the second time this year and I love the hotel premium, the staff is very friendly, professional service, nice house and a very nice family environment with very tasty food. You will see a visible progress there. The entire hotel has free Wi-Fi connection, in-room air-conditioning and very good amenities.

Really enjoyed staying here during my 7 days Quarentine. The staffs are really friendly and sincere with their customers. It is safe for anyone. The price seems reasonable and the food here is very hygienic and yummy. Definitely recommended

Had an excellent stay here. The staff were second to none when it came to being friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying her to get to know the local area. As the staff gave us plenty of ideas for local attractions and food hotspots 😁

Travelled from the UK for a short stay and had an amazing stay at this hotel. Staff were very polite and courteous. Loads of amenities included in the spacious room. Really enjoyed eating at the lovely restaurant inside which offers a tasty menu. Chef surprised us with some extra dishes. Located very close to the international airport. Thank you to all the hotel staff and management for looking after me and I look forward to my next stay with you guys. Must visit when your in Dhaka to stay or to eat!

Rooms are neat clean and tidy, they have a big enough reception lobby, the complementary buffet breakfast is well over good, all the staffs are very friendly and well mannered. Only drawback is there is not much moving space in the common corridor outside your room in each floor. Apparently, considering the price my experience was satisfactory.

We had a long lay over at Dhaka and phoned Monsoon inn, they sent us a car and whisked us to the hotel, the treatment we got I can say was amazing. Aryan was such an amazing host. Made us feel very welcomed with excellent service. Definitely would recommend. Thank you Aryan and team you guys are an asset to this establishment
