The Brisbane Hotel

Stopped in at the Brisbane Hotel for a drink and was pleasantly surprised. Quick, friendly service and not too busy, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the vibe. Great spot if you're after a chilled pub experience without the crowds.

Very nice place to chill out some time qith friends or family. Both indoor and outdoor are great to sit in. The food (chicken parmi) was great and generous.

Such an amazing experience in this pub. Food was really delicious and well prepared. Highly recommend barramundi... Friendly staff and cozy environment. I'll probably be back soon...

Brissie Hotel is really getting their act together. Super friendly staff, great Guinness, and good value food options. Had the Thursday Parmie special, really good (even the salad).

Good food and very friendly staff. Service was quick and everything tasted fresh. Nice place to relax and enjoy a meal. I would happily visit again with friends.

We enjoyed pizza night here. 5 different pizza’s to choose from incl margeritha and 4 more special ones with eg lamb or shrimps. The ones we tasted were good. I can recommend this place for a good value for your money deal on pizza night. And for the colder winter months, they have a fireplace!

Came here for the AFL Grand Final and loved it! The drinks were good and quick service at the bar so I wasn't waiting long. The nibbles as part of the AFL package were delicious and fresh. The garden area is really nice to sit under and heaps of umbrellas and trees provide shade. I'll definitely be back again in the future.

This is my new a favourite place. Outside is perfect. The food is great. Inside feels like a top market bar. There’s a pool table BOSH. And the biggest thing the music is good

Came here for a couple of beers before the NRL match at HBF park. The place was buzzing with footy fans. Great outside dining area. Atmosphere was electric! Beers were well priced. Would definitely come back again

Feisty is simply one of the best hospitality workers I've ever come across. She made our table feel like we really mattered, and added some real warmth and fun to our experience. Pay her double; you have a total gem there. As for the hotel itself - we go once a year, every year, for a group catchup, and the food is always good, with timely ordering and delivery. The addition of QR codes and online ordering always welcome and you can choose whether to use it or not. Thanks Brissy and particularly Feisty!

Extremely nice, and wonderful staff. Everyone was welcoming and enjoyable. Fast service, good drinks and food. Toilets were average. The upstairs even area is good. Well maintained. If you’re going for a show definitely recommend getting a bite to eat first. Seating upstairs is close and squishy so be prepared to say hello to strangers. There’s nowhere to put drinks other than in your laps so keep that in mind!

Hadn’t been back to this classic Perth establishment for a while. I was absolutely delighted with the tree lights - such a wonderful ambiance for summer nights, really beautiful. Put more up under the palms! Thanks to Tye for the excellent service. Thoughtful, careful, mature. The food could be improved. My friends’ steaks did not come out rare and medium rare, which was disappointing given the high cost. My steak sandwich was about 1/3 inedible gristle. We joked how it was probably the offcuts of the steaks. I would’ve thought in the cutting of it, chef would trim the inedible bits. The rest was delicious and the chips were perfect.

Great steak sandwich, delicious spicy chicken, great chips, superb service excellent all round. Brisbane is always fantastic.

Celebrated a friend's 26th birthday here last week. All had a really good time. The two fish and chips, a pizza, a chicken parmy and the fifth dish (I can't remember) all were great. Thank you for making a memorable night for my friend.

We come regularly for the rugby and find it every time a very pleasant atmosphere , lots of fun laughter and quietness , also you can dine in or out in the beer garden .. awesome place …recommend 👍✅

This is the best chicken parmi I tried in whole Perth. Hands down. As a Mexican we are all foodies so we appreciate places like this. God bless the chef.

We enjoyed our afternoon at the Brisbane. The service was really good until our meals arrived. One of our party order a chicken dish which arrived very pink and barely cooked. The plate was sent back and after a bit of back and forth about how chicken should be cooked a replacement was ordered. The snooty server informed us that the kitchen wanted us to know the chicken was meant to be pink. We are not sure when the health guidelines around the safe cooking of chicken changed. I doubt they have. Such a shame because our other meals were really good.

I had a great time at the Brisbane. Vasken especially and other staff have exceptional customer service skills, that with a lovely atmosphere and outside area made my visit enjoyable. The steak sandwich was good as well.

I had a great time at this pub! The atmosphere was lively without being too loud, and the seating was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and quick with service, which made the night even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to with friends !

Beautiful atmosphere in the lovely cool & comfortable garden. The staff here go way & Beyond to fulfil your every need. Very chilled out place with a lovely fish pond & sparkly lights in the evening, and great music with lots of parking. Thankyou

Came to the Brisbane for a drink and some food Sammie was AMAZING! they provided the best service and even took the time to have a meaningful conversation with us. This kind of service is the thing other venues in Perth are missing!

The service here has always been poor so never a surprise there but now even the food is poor. Market fish with mussels, clams in a mussel broth. Only they don’t bother with the mussels. Staff were rude and just walked off when asking, apparently it’s in the broth, yes and where are the actual mussels even the picture shows them. Chefs excuse we ran out, ok that’s great well worth the $38 cost. Pathetic service, tiny portions (spot the fish) missing ingredients, (spot the mussels), and most of the clams empty, don’t waste your time with this place.

A cute place that hides the city life with great ambience. The chicken was juicy, and the sauce and lime was perfect for it. Immaculate I had the basil and elderflower cocktail which I loved. If you love gin you'd love this Good flavour with all other cocktails and great service.
