The hotel is not so bad considering the location. You can say it is a decent-ish hotel. As far as the services, 1 star for that. They were argiung when we arrived about the rooms, they had mixed them by giving our room to one of the owner's friend or something like that. Other than this, there was nobody at the reception when you needed it. I always had to search for somebody that worked there to ask him for services.

The first night that we arrived there was a party with really loud music that didn’t stop until 12 a.m., also I asked both days for a different pillow and I was told it cannot be changed. The staff was really indifferent, our table wasn’t cleaned and we waited a more than 40 minutes for pancakes just to find out they brought my mother a serving of 2 and for myself a serving of only 1 pancake with the excuse they couldn’t make more. Worst experience!

Staffing was very rude when we arrived, the room had multiple electrical socket s that were not working, the shower was old and the watter had no pressure, in the shower there was no shower gel. When we requested shower gel, someone came with a cheep 5L bottle to fill the dispenser. The room was dirty, it smelled like swire. I do not recommend this hotel.

Good rooms but a lot of noise from the events that are held within the hotel.

The hotel has 3 diplomas earned in 2011 for 3 stars rating. But, when you arrive, you realize that from 2011, there was no improvement made. The room was big, quite clean, with clean towels, no toileteries. But, all the furniture and the fit-out are very old. They are trying to be nice, the breakfast is simple, coffee good, they accept pets. But the price is too high for the conditions. It's a tourist trap. Also, it's close to shopping center, but not to downtown .

Ok for 1 night stay. Staff is friendly. Parking is on street. No elevator.
