Wow, wow, WOW! If you are looking to stay near the RDS, look no further than Premier Suites Ballsbridge. My wife and I stayed 4 nights (returned home just tonight) and we cannot stop telling our friends about how GREAT this accommodation was! Clean! Spacious! Well equipped. VERY kind and professional staff. We enjoyed the smiles from Matt, Georgina, Nic, and Laura (others too!). We WILL return! And we recommend this to our friends old and new! Check them out. You won’t be disappointed! (let’s see … too many exclamation points? No!!) ;)

This was our second time to stay here. The facilities are really good. Our room was really spacious. The kitchen facility is brilliant. Ballsbridge is an expensive area to eat out in, so being able to do breakfast and lunch in our room was great. The bed was really comfortable and had a really good quality mattress. The staff were really friendly and so helpful. If you are attending an event at the RDS, the accommodation is right across the road. It could not be more convenient . Complimentary, good quality coffee in the foyer is an added bonus. There is a bus stop right outside, so getting to any part of Dublin is possible. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Very disappointed with my most recent stay here. The room we had, a 1 bed apt., was very spacious - but there were just too many small negatives to make the stay truly enjoyable. While the Apt. was, overall, clean - it was the lack of attention to detail that was disappointing. The speaker area on the phone was caked in dust. The kitchen utensils were 'gruby'. The shower door did not close properly. The amount of black mould in the shower area was utterly disgraceful and unacceptable. The top of the plug socket on the left side of the bathroom radiator had not been cleaned in at least a year, based on the amount of dust on it. The heating system made an annoying noise when it turned on. But worst of all was the smell that came in to the room from the sewer outside the window - it was horrible. I don't care if the establishment had nothing to do with it - it certainly, as the paying guest, was not my fault. Would I recommend this place? On this stay - I would have to say no. Based on the above unnecessary faults - at €450 for the stay - (which was deducted from my credit card on check-in....????) I, objectively, could not recommend it.

We were attending a showcase in the RDS for 3 days. The one bedroom apartment was fabulous...so spacious....2 mins from the rds..walking. very nice staff...spotless. Great kitchen space. Comfortable bedding...an actual cushion I could get comfy on. Just a bit too hot when we arrived...I'll stay again and ask them to turn heating off before I arrive...😊

I always stay here when I can. The suites are clean (and serviced once a week) and spacious. If I want to cook, all the equipment I need is there. Or I can use the microwave to heat food up. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is not terribly convenient to downtown but trains and busses are within walking distance. Take the train to see Dun Laughaire and points south! Busses are available to take you to city centre. (Buy a Leap Card in advance to pay your fares easily).

The perfect spot to stay for an RDS gig, it's literally across the road, we could hear Bruce Springsteen warming up 😍 apartments are spotless, the staff are so helpful and informative, beds were so comfortable, there's aircon and these amazing jacuzzi baths! We stayed 3 nights, and we'd definitely stay again, we were delighted with the experience and price.

The staff were super friendly, but it was challenging as the shower wouldn't drain and overflowed onto the floor. All the drains in the unit were backing up, and the man on the evening desk instructed they had no maintenance so we shouldn't use water until the morning. I managed to find someone around 10:30 that could help, but for the money, I think a better system could be in place for run of the mill stuff like this. It was disappointing.

Fantastic location for RDS, Aviva etc. The service is top notch with a fantastic, friendly front desk team. A great home from home, particularly for business trips. The room was exceptionally clean, as are all public areas.

I booked in here last weekend with my partner Amanda. The staff i met on the dsk were absolutely fantastic people. Very friendly and even offered me some Easter egg! The room was top class. Bright and airey. The shower was lovely and relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable. I will definitely be booking back in the next time I'm in Dublin.

Fabulous one bedroom apartment in an excellent location across from the RDS. Small onsite gym and complimentary drinks were a nice bonus. Safe location, friendly staff. Parking (paid) is limited. We will definitely return.
