Meal for 4 before the bonfire procession. 20 minute wait for a table, but seating inside and outside, so no issue waiting. Ordered and paid via the online menu, quick service, if you've eaten at a Nando's before, it's exactly the same, tasty chicken! If you're a fan it's as per other Nando's!

Great food once we got it, but a few things we wanted were not available would have been nice to be told on arrival we were there as a group of 9 and after we ordered and 5 got their meals we were told 4 of us had to wait another 20-30 minutes for ours so not ideal situation but was dealt with by staff fairly well. My partner being diabetic had given himself insulin but because food was delayed he needed something to stop his levels going low, the staff did help with that. Overall we would return but I would phone ahead in future (as can't book a table) to check we can get what we want.

Ordered delivery, sent us a lovely note explaining that they were out of little bottles of medium garlic sauce, so they gave us little pots and bottles of other sauces to make up for it! Thats how you deliver a service! ❤️

We were taken to a table but other than that there was no real interaction from the servers, usually someone will come round and ask how the food is etc, and thank you when you leave, however there wasn't really a server presence. The atmosphere wasn't great compared to other Nandos I've been to. Quite cramped with tables very close together, doesn't allow for much conversation as it felt uncomfortable. Despite this, food was amazing, as always! Just won't be hurrying back to this location

Walking in Nando’s today with my partner we were told there was Internet issues that was causing delays on the wait was 35 minutes on the food. We were very happy to wait and got to sit it straight away after 10 minutes of being seated I was approached by a lady She have offered us starters . Food came less than 35 minutes was delicious. I love my Nandos Nandos.

I went to Nando's in the afternoon of 7.10.23 and was thoroughly impressed with how accommodating and friendly the staff were. Not only that, but the food was the nicest ive experienced in one of their restaurants. I would also say that their pricing has increased slightly over recent years but its still worth every penny.

Whilst Nando's has most certainly had too much hype for a simple chicken restaurant, the quality of the food has remained consistent for a long time. The atmosphere in the restaurant was minimalistic. This wasn't helped by the fact there were only a few tables taken at the time, but in general it felt as comfortable as you would be sitting down at McDonald's... The fully Loaded chips are a great side to share for two people, but it does then render ordering chips of any variety with your meal a little pointless. The sunset burger with Garlic BBQ spice level was a surprisingly good combo and was great for someone who shares a stereotypical British palate with a minimalistic tolerance of spice. With the minimalistic contact from serving staff as a result of using the online ordering, the service was difficult to review. However, the staff that did serve the food when it was ready seemed to at least be happy to have something to do whilst waiting for more people to turn up to dine in. Overall, it was a satisfactory meal with a satisfactory feel. If you're not looking for anything fancy and want a quick bit to eat out, Nando's has got you covered for chicken-related dishes.

Toilets were some of the worst I’ve seen in a restaurant in a long time: overflowing sanitary bins and grime on the floors. The cleanliness of the restaurant seating area and the self-serve counter (for cutlery and sauces) was a poor standard. Areas needed wiping and a more attention to detail and cleanliness was in order. Service was ok but part of our drinks order was forgotten - an easy mistake, no big deal. Then when we spilt a drink there was very little help in clearing it up even though a member of staff delivered food to the table just as it happened. We were left wiping the table with just napkins — nowhere to dispose of them — and with a sticky puddle of cola at our feet. A real shame as we’ve loved other Nando’s that we’ve been to. Updated (the following day): To top it off, all the responses to the reviews left on Google are pretty much identical. Lo and behold, when the response arrived to my Google review it was the word-for-word bot creation as well. Really poor customer relations, Nando’s. You should be personally asking reviewers for further details and then offering compensation.
