Low rated... I will not say pathetic... But its either way like it... Sundas hll Washroom door broken, and location of Washroom is also bad... No lift to go upstairs...

It was a very good experience while staying here with my family. Service is good Food is ok Basic breakfast included Car parking is available, whereas the location is compromised. Charges are quite economical

I opted for this hotel out of ultimate necessity as all the other hotels were booked. Please DO NOT get carried away by the pictures the business have uploaded here. This is a Third Class Hotel with cheap furniture and amenities. Worst was the FOOD. I could not take more than a bite from the breakfast. Tea I had to drink to keep myself active in morning hours which had a very unpleasant taste and upset my stomach for two days. Water bottles, soap, shampoo, everything this hotel provides was low quality fake copies of original products, which shouldn't be the case when you're charging 5K for a night's stay. The only good things about this hotel were (a) the AC was working fine, (b) the mattress was comfy, and (c) the staff was courteous (yet untrained and unprofessional).

Ok and munasib hotel, munasib dam per Breakfast is very average Room was superior. Service is good. Albatta only for business travelers k liye, cz location is very ordinary. Hotel outlook is nice though. This hotel is better than their other property, De Shalimar

The hotel was good but the service and booking person can't give extensive support. Sometimes, the hotel management cancels the booking and it's very much embarrassing while on a business visit with seniors.

It was an amazing experience. The hotel staff and atmosphere was good. The food was also good in taste. Overall my experience was good.

Had to change room at 12 at night due to cockroach and manager refused to refund money. They are scammers and fraud.

Had a good experience here. Had an issue with the washroom in the first room that was alloted to me but after complaining, they swiftly changed my room and gave me a better one complimentary. But the location is just AWEFUL

I had a very good stay at Royal Mention Hotel, Multan. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. Service was prompt and the environment was calm and pleasant. The location is convenient as well. Overall, a good and reliable hotel, and I would stay here again.
