I stayed in this hotel two deferent times and every time for about 1 month !! The location is very close to the tramway you have to walk 2 mins only , it is affordable to stay, they have breakfast also , the stuff are amazing 🤩 they are nice and they will help you always , i fell like home , the only problem is the room doesn’t have phone service or fridge, but they will put it soon , it is really good choice for people who want clean place to shower and have some sleep 🤩

Basic facilities but spotless clean. It’s located on top of a very steep hill - you might want the taxi driver to drop you at the bottom and just walk up. My taxi got really annoyed for going up that hill! The hotel overlooks Ortakoy mosque and the famous bridge - if you just walk down 2 minutes lots of ups and downs

Good, the service is good from the reception, and the food service is good, but the rooms are small and old, and the bathroom arrangement is very bad. The shower is near the toilet. All the bathroom and toilet are filled with water, and this thing is uncomfortable and the faucet is irregular, it kept dropping water all night But the good thing is that it is near the metro station And you can drink free coffee and tea all day, there is a back garden and the staff are nice

A good, safe location next to you, a security building. Restaurants are only 3 minutes walk away. It lacks parking. There is a small garden, but it is beautiful and has good coffee. The staff is also friendly and you will like it. It speaks several languages, including French. Generally acceptable breakfast. Its price is excellent, and it will save you. I recommend this hotel for people with a budget

Honestly , I never complained about any hotel in my life but it’s important to share this . 1st check out is at 11:00 ?! Which is not fair at all . 2nd the bed is full of hair , sheets not clean . And today early morning we woke up at 10:00 sounds of drilling walls very loud! So we decided to leave the hotel after 2 nights , we made our check out at 12:30 they deduct 25$ from our deposit just because we checked out at 12:30 not 11:00 . Everyone should read this before visiting this hotel ! Thank you!

Room is clean, smells fresh, prices are cheap considering the good location, i cheched the other hotels near this area they were asking for 100 euros for one person, i would recommend this place.

Even one star is too much for this hotel , ATTENTION you would experience the worst service ever , i booked everything was fine they kept me waiting at the lobby whilst they knew and i told them that i will be arriving at the beginning, they said check in is at 11 am i said fine , i waited from 7 to 11 am in the morning imagine after a long flight !!! Then they said that i have to wait another 3 hours which 1 or 2 pm for them to clean the room and it turned out that the room has no AC and its not matching the photos !!! Please do not even think to book there .

The most dirty hotel ever i have seen staff unprofessional bad breakfast beds are not clean to old no light. Water is bathroom runs all the time cant stop it and can't lock door ... The ceiling fell like in photo

What do you look in a hotel? Based on my humble opinion hotel is clean- this marks it well above and beyond.My breakfast should have eggs and cheese both were on the table. I had a great night sleep not noisy at all.. since I cheap out I have to say it was way better than some of the hotels I stayed. I'm not fussy about it having best of all. I'm good. The night shift employee provided outstanding customer service - charged my phone! Good man. Oct 30th, 2023.

Upset about service. Had flight early in the morning when heavy rain. Man at reception refused to even help with calling the taxi. I visited 2 years ago. Owner was running the business himself. At that time service was perfect. Nowadays I do not recommend the hotel

I highly recommend it to the people you have the most. Sorry to give you 1 star, bit I can't do less. Worst hotel (more like a mote) ever been in. Reception has a very bad manner. He thinks he's dealing with prisoners not customers. Double bed is actually 2 mattresses. Blacket is very itchy. The fridge has no power and the closest one is 4m away or so. Floor in the sitting area very dusty. Only the expensive rooms with shower screen but half the water escapes anyway. Get some earplugs with you. Anyway walking or talking im the other rooms you will hear it. Avoid any encounters, unless you like everyone on the floor to know everything. We stayed a few nights not even once they came and cleaned the room. Oh yeah the breakfast is mostly made of butter and jam literally from the airplane. The bedsheet was used as an ash tray. That's some what i remember, but aside from that we had fun. I strongly suggest you see a physiologist when you leave the hotel, or you'll be scared forever.

The hotel is located near Market and sound good location ... The room is simple no telephone service and the reception is so bad especially there is an old man dealing with you like a homeless not like a guest.. Everything else is okay room space good. House keeping is good and it's looks clean and hygiene. The hospitality is so baaaad

This hotel is so friendly and has a casual service with a good reception pair who speak a variety of languages you may end up spending more time than you thought cause it’s so relaxing
