Best CrossFit in town. Amazing location, really good equipment and very good coaches. They really care about you and to teach you a good technique. You also have for all different levels, they also will explain everything in English if you need so. Almost forgot… the atmosphere is great, coaches and people are very friendly, amazing people to have a beer with 🍻.

Quick synopsis: CrossFit Bulls and Bears is amazing! I cannot recommend this gym enough. I could write a novel, but this sums it up. Great coaches, great programming, great members. CrossFit Bulls and Bears is the real deal. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed. Background: Over the last 10 years, I have been a member of 5 CrossFit gyms and dropped in at another 21. I love CrossFit and am somewhat picky about where I call my CrossFit home. But this was an easy decision. From my first class at the Sachsenhausen location, I knew that I would fit in. Long Story: I recently moved to Frankfurt and needed to find a new CrossFit gym that would allow me to continue my training. Coming from the U.S.A. I was unsure what to expect, as all my previous experience had been in the U.S. with classes taught primarily in English (with a little Spanish at some gyms). Bulls and Bears classes are all taught in German (and my German is almost non-existent), however, the coaches are all willing and able to explain things in English if needed. The coaches are all phenomenal (I have attended classes with 9 different coaches in the 2 months since I became a member). The coaches take the time to prioritize every member during class, and will consistently give coaching advice for even the most seasoned members. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, but when the clock starts everyone is ready to sweat. I enjoy the daily exercise, but also like to push myself with competition. Bulls and Bears prioritizes the daily workouts and member’s health and wellbeing, but also participates in semiregular local competition. I was even invited to partake in a friendly competition shortly after joining. I have made friends, improved my fitness, learned a lot, and will always have a home in Germany, even after I move back to the U.S.

This location was so easy and fun to drop-in for a class! Thank you Max for making the signing up process easy and to Anja for being a great coach! I’ll be back next time I’m in Frankfurt :)

This is a great facility which was clean, spacious and easy to find with ample off-street parking. Made to feel very welcome. If you are in the Sachsenhausen area or visiting - go drop in. Max and his team are brilliant!

The Box is very clean, well laid-out, organized. There is parking right in front of the Box, too. The coach today was great! It was very clear he is passionate about his craft and the sport. The drop-in process was very easy and reasonably priced. Programming today was enjoyable! Thank you! This will be my go-to Box for all future trips to Frankfurt!

A really nice clean box. The equipment is taken care of. The programming for the class was not too packed and the coach was always walking around and making sure that people got coached. Highly recommend you drop in if you are in town or join even if you are in Frankfurt! Will definitely drop in again when in Frankfurt

Love this box! All the trainers are great and super approachable! They really take their time to explain the workouts and give guidance whenever you need it. If you are a foreigner and don´t speak German, all trainers speak English too. The people and atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. If you are a beginner (like me) or super trained, it doesn´t matter as we all fit really well together. :-)

Relaxed and friendly team, great programming and great coaching - really good attention to detail, making small corrections to ensure proper form and technique for a safe and strong workout. The workout left me completely gassed - was awesome.

A very welcoming staff, flexible membership plans, good schedule and different classes for weightlifting and gymnastics on top of daily wods, which I think is a huge plus! There is a good team spirit during classes. This is also the only place so far where I have found Nocco in Frankfurt.

Fantastic CrossFit box in Frankfurt. CrossFit FRA has a nice friendly atmosphere, Top class, highly qualified coaches. You could easily achieve all your CrossFit goals here as a member, and for a drop-in it is a great place to meet some friendly locals who will both push you in your WOD and be able to help you find your way around Frankfurt!
