I am unsure how this hotel got such a high ranking in google… The hotel is not 4*, let alone the service. The majority of the staff is not polite and does not know english. At the arrival, there was no nice welcoming no explanation - nothing. We were handed the card of the room with a posit note with the room number. Hygiene is moderate to low. The quality in the room as appliances and furniture is also low. Fridge full with uncleaned rust and dirtiness, not to mention the shower. Price - quality does not match at all. The parking was 19€ per night and the location was good. Breakfast super disappointing and not worth, there are many places around maybe just plan ahead better , rather than paying for such overpriced breakfast.

The rooms were clean and a good size. It's right across the street from Skyline Plaza which has a REWE so the location is extremely convenient. Although it has AC it isn't the strongest.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, both the rooms had balcony with nice view. Friendly staffs and the reception is 24/7

Excellent hotel. Very close to main train station. The staff members are really helpful. There is regular cleaning of the rooms. Not a lot of options for vegetarian breakfast menu but other than that 10/10 for the hotel.

Awful customer service. I booked a room at this hotel and tried to update the dates 2 weeks prior to my expected stay. The entire experience was an exercise in them trying to get me off the phone and to pocket my money on a technicality. They informed me that the booking was non refundable. This seemed odd to me given that updating dates is something typically distinct from cancellation. After pressing back on this, it turns out that modifying dates was allowed at an additional cost. It seems to me like this information was omitted intentionally to force people into paying the 90% cancellation fee for reservations. They then proceed to tell me that updating the reservation to the dates I wanted was not possible because they are fully booked on the dates I requested. That would be also be understandable, except that their website shows availability on a subset of those dates. I told the woman on the phone that I would be fine to eat the cost for the one night where they did not have an open room on their website, but she repeatedly insisted that they had no open rooms. The only explanation for this in my mind is either 1. She was lying to me to get me off the phone, or 2. They are overbooking rooms via their public web platform, which would explain the discrepancy between their internal/external systems. So anyhow, I'll be out 90% of the cost of this stay for an empty room that they'll just end up selling to another person. There are plenty of hotels in Frankfurt where you don't have to deal with predatory business practices. I would recommend others to take their business elsewhere.

My family had a quick overnight in this hotel. It seems like a brand new building in an up and coming area. Convenient to the Frankfurt train station and within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. The entire hotel was immaculate and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. This is the 3rd Capri hotel I have stayed in over various countries and I continue to be impressed.

Cozy and modern hotel. Clean and new. Rooms are amazingly big and well equipped. Has very thoughtful touches like self service laundry on every floor and a selection of pillows! Staff were always helpful and friendly. It's near Skyline Plaza which is very convenient for groceries and light shopping. Otherwise the location isn't very good though - it's 800 m to the train station / tram stop. I think this hotel is more suitable for those going to Messe Frankfurt.

The service is very mediocre. The rooms aren’t that clean and the breakfast buffet is ok. They always want you to pay the whole bill in advance which is such a weird policy for a hotel. Not recommended.

We arrived and the hotel is closed… with no explanation. The hotel had booked us in another hotel, a long walk from where we wished to be. Since our rooms were paid in advance it was the least they could do. DO NOT book here.

Had a great experience with Capri! Large cozy bed, nice room and the breakfast was delicious and varied. About 17 min walk from Hauptbahnhof, but is also possible to reach by public transport. A bit loud outside at night during weekends, but that was not a problem :)

I do not recommend anyone to experience this hotel. Hotel booked through hotel website 6 months prior to stay. Unfortunately, for reasons not attributable to us, we had a problem with getting there, we arrived a day later. In the meantime, we wrote an e-mail twice that we would be one day late and we would pay for a day of delay. On 1 e-mail the hotel replied that it was ok, the second one was not answered. After a 10-hour journey, we arrived around 6 p.m. - the hotel canceled the reservation without contacting us, claiming that our card, which we pay all the time, does not work. Find another hotel, booking and guest service is a joke.

Rooms are ok. Bed is abit dirty cos after sleeping my wife and I felt some itch on our backs. Service is acceptable. Location is about 10 mins walk from the nearest station. Good that it is near the expressway so good if you are driving, ample parking at the hotel.

Good hotel; clean and friendly staff as well. Would visit again without any hesitation.

Hotel applied additional charges on my card without my consent. 4. I was charged for further unknown fees even after checkout. 5. Hotel stubbornly refusing refund of charges they applied incorrectly and without my consent. Verdict: I am compelled to caution people who are considering staying at this hotel. Detailed review: I am not one to post negative reviews online; I believe that negative feedback should be given directly to the receiver such that he/she would have the chance to review the feedback before he/she decides whether to accept or reject it. However this case with Capri by Fraser Frankfurt has just gotten so out of hand that I felt a need to leave this review as a cautionary tale. My colleagues and I (total of 3 of us) checked into our usual stay at Capri by Fraser Frankfurt earlier this year. During check in, we purchased breakfast for 2 people (i.e. hotel breakfast for my 2 colleagues only, as I prefer to have breakfast at a cafe nearby). All was good until check out, when I was told there was an outstanding charge of over a hundred euros. When I asked for clarification, they mentioned that the room number given at breakfast differs from the room we purchased breakfast for (meaning, for example, we purchased breakfast for Room 120, however room 130 was written down). I clarified with the Front Desk that the room number was wrong, and that we had already paid for breakfast for 2. This additional charge means we were incorrectly charged double. The Front Desk noted my query and informed me that they needed time to look into this matter. Even though my colleagues and I waited, we eventually had to leave for our flight before this issue was resolved. But before we left, the Front Desk assured me that they will continue looking into this matter, and will not proceed with any charges until they have had a chance to clear this up with me via email. Knowing that this is under a reputable brand of Frasers Hospitality, and having been a patron of this hotel for years, I left with the assurance that this matter would be resolved before any charges were processed. I did not hear from the hotel for the next few days and assumed that all was good. To my utter shock and dismay, when I checked my credit card bill for the month, I discovered that not only was I incorrectly charged for the hotel’s confusion, but there was an additional charge on 24 January 2023 (which I did not understand as we had checked out on 13 January 2023). I wrote in to Capri by Fraser Frankfurt on the above matter. However, all my time and efforts were in vain as the hotel officer was not only unhelpful but outright rude - he refused to give any refund for the incorrect amounts charged to my card without my consent, and even blamed me for being careless in making payment (even though I did not authorise or consent to any such payment) and made sarcastic remarks which implied that I was trying to avoid payment for breakfast that I supposedly had (but in actual fact I did not have breakfast at the hotel). He also did not clarify why additional charges were charged days after I had checked out. It has been weeks since this issue came about, and unfortunately, the hotel’s misplaced stubbornness is proving that I am nowhere near able to resolve this issue. I find this most grievous and they are being very unreasonable and unhelpful about the matter. We have been loyally patronising Fraser for several years - in fact, we would reserve Fraser Frankfurt without question each time we visit Frankfurt (sans the 2 years due to COVID). The hotel officer who emailed said I should be careful “next time”. From this experience, I am compelled to and will indeed heed that warning - “next time”, I will no longer return to this hotel. Giving one star because the system does not allow me to rate zero - but even then this hotel does not even deserve a zero.

Very LARGE & Nice Room ! I was also surprisingly shocked how well equipped the Room is with a Microwave, a small Fridge, 2 Induction cooking plates with the needed pans and all cutlery & kitchen appliances, etc. 😃👍🏻 ➡️ Staff at the Desk was pretty welcoming and quite friendly. The Hotel 🏨 has a convivial atmosphere which is VERY pleasant ! The Breakfast 🍳 is nice even though they don’t have a lot of choices for those who could have some allergies and/or intolerances..

The rooms are "shockingly" large. Even though the rooms are more like apartments with a funtional kitchen - it still serves as a hotel with normal ammenities, breakfast, cleaning, bar etc. I loved this hotel and will come back next year

Amazing place, superb location and full marks on cleanliness! The hotel is located in a really nice locality and even though there is construction work happening right in front, the sound does not permeate. The daily breakfast is pretty standard but given the recent safe distancing measures, it's manageable. The staff is really courteous and I would definitely recommend this over the other hotels without any hesitation

I stayed 12 night's the location is good 350 from sky plaza back door Also there is bus stop number( M46 ) this bus take you to frankfurt main station 300 meters This hotel has A bar but the bar open after 5 in afternoon everyday most of the time no dinner restaurant at the hotel even lunch time The bar close on weekend , The hotel have middle size gym Street park available Room size is good and bigger than any hotels around easy to have six travelers bag In room refrigerator and microwave

Dog owner perspective: this is not a pet friendly hotel. The hotel has house-rule of prohibiting dogs on elevators. You are NOT allowed to take elevators with your dog. Then they put you in 4th floor... They will move your room to 1st/2nd floor only when you argue that you or your dog can't walk that many floors with your dogs. Quite a strange rule I would say -- especially that they take 25 euro per night for each dog.

Staff were welcoming, and rooms were clean and open. There were full sized shampoo and body wash in the shower, which was a nice touch. They also had a towel warmer too. There were outlets by the bedside, but neither worked when we tried. We ended up charging our phones near the alarm clock across the room since they also provided an assortment of charging cables. It was a little inconvenient. We had a rental car, and we were able to park on-site for roughly 18 euros with in/out privileges.

Excellent, modern, clean hotel in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and shops around. We were impressed with the quality of the rooms. We booked two rooms and were happy they were able to accommodate us with adjoining rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice rooms with kitchenette and security safes. Not happy with the room cleaning which was poor and/or inconsistent even after giving tip. Comfortable beds with sitting area. Underground parking is limited so you may end up paying for parking but not have any space to park. Mall is in walking distance and the neighborhood is good. I would stay here again for the facilities if cleaning is improved. Washer dryers available on all floors except executive floor.

Great room for great price. Big with a desk, kitchenette, and nice bathroom. Service was good and we didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that but the hotel is clean, close to the mall, and not far from the main station if you want to walk or take the M46 bus.

One of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in. Very modern and clean. Every amenity you can think of. Exquisite decor and reasonably priced.

I really like this hotel. They have a good location downtown and the staff was super helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that our stay went above and beyond exception. I would stay here again!

Lovely place. Bit dissapointed this time as booked same room like usually, one bed apartment-but this time sofa was not extendible and had to use the bedroom bed for all 3 people 🤔-even if specified booking was for 3.

Everything was perfect during our stay. Big, modern and clean rooms and also kind staff . I would recomend this hotel to everyone who wants to be on this amazing city.

Stayed in early Sept. The lady at check in (think her name was Tugge) was very friendly and courteous from check in right to check out. Very kind of her to help us print out our train reservation tickets too as the guest computer was being used. I enjoyed my stay.
