I
would
have
given
the
hotel
a
4
or
5
star
rating
if
not
for
the
hotel
policies
and
incidents
that
happened
during
our
stay.
The
room
itself
is
fine
-
clean,
comfortable
and
a
wide
range
of
domestic
and
international
channels
are
available.
Counter
on
level
1
is
manned
most
of
the
time
and
the
staff
manning
the
counter
are
friendly.
However,
when
we
first
checked
in
-
the
female
staff
at
the
check-in
did
not
inform
us
that
housekeeping
would
only
be
done
for
rooms
upon
request.
The
normal
practice
for
hotels
is
that
rooms
are
automatically
cleaned
unless
the
do
not
disturb
sign
is
turned
on.
To
our
shock,
our
room
was
not
cleaned
on
the
second
day,
towels
were
not
replaced
etc.
and
we
only
learnt
of
this
practice
after
seeking
clarification
from
the
staff
on
duty,
only
because
we
were
not
informed
of
this
at
all.
We
had
to
obtain
items
such
as
fresh
towels,
mineral
water,
toilet
paper
and
a
new
tissue
box
from
the
staff
at
night
and
bring
the
items
to
our
room
ourselves.
Secondly,
toiletries
were
not
properly
stocked
when
we
first
checked
into
the
room.
The
tissue
box
was
almost
depleted
and
there
was
no
toilet
paper.
We
had
to
request
for
the
toilet
paper
and
even
so,
the
staff
told
us
that
they
could
only
give
us
one
roll
each
day
(similar
to
rationing),
which
was
shocking.
Thirdly,
the
pool
(on
the
22nd
floor)
is
only
open
from
7am
to
7pm/8pm,
which
would
be
an
issue
for
guests
who
wish
to
use
the
pool
at
a
later
time,
although
this
is
not
a
major
problem
for
me.
I
read
the
positive
reviews
online
and
decided
to
stay
with
OZO,
only
to
be
feeling
rather
disappointed
by
the
end
of
our
stay
here.
There's
some
disconnect
between
the
reviews
online
and
the
actual
experience
which
I
cannot
understand
at
all.
