We
would
have
an
overall
fine
experience,
if
not
for
the
following
two
things:
1)
We
were
unaware
that
all
stores
in
the
area
are
closed
on
Sunday.
We
would
need
to
use
40
minutes
travel
one
way
to
buy
anything
to
eat,
and
it
was
late
in
the
evening.
We
asked
the
hotel
receptionist
to
give
our
8
years
old
son
a
bit
of
muesli
and
plain
hot
water
from
the
breakfast
reserves
-
but
he
refused.
We
asked
very
politely
a
few
times,
and
proposed
to
pay,
but
he
still
did
not
agree.
This
was
very
upsetting
for
the
family,
and
pretty
much
spoiled
the
whole
stay.
2)
On
another
day,
another
hotel
receptionist
brought
a
large
dog
into
the
kitchen
area,
where
the
food
was
stored.
He
also
fed
his
dog
with
bread
in
the
same
area.
I
don't
quite
understand
how
this
is
in
line
with
the
expectations
to
cleanliness
and
hygiene.
What
we
were
happy
about
is
cleaning
in
our
room
and
change
of
towels
-
well
done
cleaning
personnel
👍
On
another
note,
the
hotel
is
located
in
a
remote,
visually
unappealing
and
distressed
area.
You
can
only
get
out
of
there
by
taking
a
20-30
minutes
ride
in
public
transportation
(likely
crowded
tram).
A
large
shopping
centre
is
nearby,
but
no
cafes,
restaurants,
parks
or,
naturally,
no
attractions
whatsoever.
