This place was fantastic. I wound up staying here because I was sick and exhausted. It wasn't planned. But this place provided the American comfort I needed to recover and feel okay. I was surprised at how reasonable the price was, how beautiful the space was, and how excellent the front desk service was. It seemed my card de-programmed every time I left my room, but the staff were so kind and sweet that I didn't even care. I actually looked forward to my interactions with them. This place is a shining beacon within a sea of abysmal.

Nice hotel, actually better than I expected. nice clean room, with bottle cooler and coffee maker and the breakfast is very good with many different options. It has something most hotels don't have a really comfortable office chair and desk to do your work.

Not a nice room. I think they gave me the worst room in the hotel. Under some outside stairs, windows to a public terrace (noise), really cold room, old furniture, small, not even hot water in the bathroom. The only thing good was cleanness and staff. As a big working traveller that has come to this city many times I can confidently say that you can get something much better in the same neighborhood.

We stayed for two nights in one of the remodeled rooms. It was awesome! Beds were comfortable, showers were so nice. All clean and organized. My only issue was the breakfast. We came down at 7:30 and some of the items were gone and weren't replaced in the buffet line, so we did without. By the time we were done, they started replacing some but it was too late for us. The personnel was always nice.

The room was clean but without a Window. In a room for two you will be offered only one bottle of drinking water. By mistake we smashed a glass in the lobby which we took from the breakfast room to drink a beer which you can buy in the lobby. The smashed glass had to be paid by us, Q 15,00, and they didn't even remove the broken glas properly. This was not really customer friendly.

Simple, confortable & well priced Employees were very nice & helpful Room although it seem a bit small, it was packed with details, it even had both a shower & bathtub. TV is opened so you can even use it with your phone (screen share). Breakfast is small buffet but nice, no decaf if you're into that. It is a good alternative if you do not want to pay double price compared to other hotels nearby

I stayed here twice (2 check ins) in 10 days. The first room was 210 in an old part of the hotel. The room was ok, but a moldy smell in the closet. The desk agent was not nice. We checked in again 4 days later. This reservation was made by the lovely Dulce, hotel reservations agent. I explained to Dulce I had stayed at the hotel twice in past years and was aware room 210 was sub par. When we checked in the desk agent was sweet and friendly. We had room 416 thanks to dulce's assistance. Lovely modern room. The hotel really is fantastic if you don't get a room on the old (left) side of the hotel and do not get checked in by the male night clerk.

This is a great place visit,I had very romantic night with my boyfriend,since it was my birthday.The rooms are big and confortable but the most important very clean.

Location is fine, but there are much better options. Sat in the lobby for 1.5hrs waiting for my room to be done. It wasn't until I asked for a refund that it was instantly "ready." When I got to the room all the furniture was pushed together and the previous occupants spare beds were still in there. The room itself is small and outdated. There seems to be two very different sides to the hotel. One is modern with ammenities, even an elevator. Then there was my side...So many better options nearby at the same cost. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. Zone 10 has way too many nice hotels for me to return to this one.

Really enjoyed my stay here staff very friendly also good English speaking staff which was great for me as my Spanish is hopeless. Room very clean and tidy Towles and Bedding can be changed every day if required cable Tv a definite plus for me plenty of channels and some English language channels aswell and for me loads of sports channels. Breakfast good if you can get used to what Guatemalans have for breakfast overall great stay and would stay again

Great Hotel, right next from the Wstern Camino Real Hotel. very confortable as well great personal attitude.

The hotel is fine with good sized rooms and comfortable beds, but its restaurant is pitiful. If they don't improve, it will soon be known as Worst Western. Its limited menu is one factor, but we tried to order pizzas only to be told we"d have to wait 2 hours since their oven was broken. When we substituted some pasta dishes on the menu, the items were erroneous and very poor quality. Further evidence of their ineptness. Our tour leader ordered and ate their hamburger, only to wake during the night with food poisoning....and remained sick the entire following day. You can stay here, but eat instead in one of the chain restaurants in the area.

Gave me a terribly noisy room and the air conditioner flooded the room

Great location and decent size room. Customer service from some of the employees could be better. Cleaning in the room could be better. There was a lot of hair in the shower.

Nice place & freindly staff. Interior is well decorated w natural woods throughout and doesn't feel sterile. Amenities are a bit dated, but perfectly functional & fine. Rooms quite comfortable.

Great hotel for a quick stop in Guate city. The hotel is pretty and nicely decorated, but the room was pretty dated/needing a bit of an update but still very comfortable. (No safe provided tho). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was delicious.

I really liked this hotel, it is perfectly located in zona 10 and the staff is nice. The rooms are small and dark but cozy. They let me print a lot of documents and did not charge me extra. The food is not the best though, eat somewhere else, there is a San Martin and McDonalds next to it. We were there in Oct 2019
