The lodge is situated in a good location with Highlands park within walking distance and Chisipite shopping centre 5 min away by car. The lodge it's self is not what you see in the photos . It's dirty and dated the rooms are tacky and no attention to detail. The bath was stained, toilet seat broken, linen and towels appeared not to have been washed in ages. The rooms do not look finished or it's just shoddy workmanship,Handel's were missing, water trickling out of shower ,mould on ceiling. It needs a lot of improvement or else it's going down the drain

My stay here has not been the best. The lodge is very conveniently located near Highland Mall, close to town and free from traffic, but the rooms are terrible. The pillows are dirty and smelly, the headboard is filthy, and there's no toilet seat in the bathroom. I would never return or recommend this place to anyone.

Reception was good. The rooms are nice and clean. The place is quiet. In my opinion the following are opportunities for improvement. A safe in the room would be important for some guests. Same applies to air-conditioning. Last, if the chefs could ask the guests what they would want to eat from what they would have prepared, it would help avoid situations where guests get served stuff they do not eat. Would definitely visit again for a more comfortable experience.

The place is serene, quiet and neat. The room we got was well cleaned and bathroom was fresh. I loved the shower the most😍 The food was okay and would rate it 5/10, however the cups and tray we were served was rusty, greasy and dirty, the sugar basin had look alike stains of jam 🤦🏽‍♀️ We had booked for 1 night and next morning we informed the housekeeper if itwas possible to extend a night since our travel plans had changed. Her response was so rude and mean but we had to calm down since we were the ones with no accommodation. After a long lecture from her, she then agreed to our extension.

Customer response was excellent. 5S was exceptional. Room for improvement : 1.Location identification. In the night, the address number is not visible, such as a recognizable Neon address should be installed outside the gate entrance. Number 27 should be noticeable at night. 2.Reservation Charge Changes. My wife made reservations online using Google tools and she was given an amount. Upon arrival, the amount had changed and the guest service representative available showed us what the system was showing. He couldn't alter what the system was charging. The responsibility underlies with the management to have clear communication on their website on what changes may occur after making reservations and at what percentage. This will also be informative for travelers.

A well placed (not far from the city center) and peaceful place, friendly staff and good breakfast.

It's a nice cosy place, with gym, swimming pool and a small conference room. Neat rooms too.

The room was good, and the overall venue quiet. Staff were friendly and respectful. The dining area however was not cleaned regularly, and there was not much variety in terms of meals. There is also no regular room service.

It's a good place under renovation but very excellent rooms with every thing you may need, try it and see for yourself

The welcoming was excellent, the SEKURU and the receptionist were so helpful besides the best location, food,clean and peaceful environment, no power cuts😂, I recommend it to anyone.:. Thumbs up

Very well maintained lodge. The rooms are very neat and well equipped with all the essentials. The matron is also very friendly and helpful.
