Poor service.Misdiagnosed my nephew and performed an operation that was not necessary and did not treat him.We had to move hospitals because it seemed the Dr who attended to him had no clue what he was doing.Pain medication not probided post operation and only provided later in the day after numerous follow ups.Poor quality service

Slowly turning into a public hospital. Had to ask the doctor, since my mom is in soo much pain, and had stroke is it not possible to give her pain medication before physio. Yes that is what I'm going to do. Did l have to suggest to a medical practitioner??

Very bad service. Our nephew was misdiagnosed, performed surgery to only to note its something else and they continue asking for payments to run more tests. This is NOT A PRIVATE clinic. It seems they run out of painkillers for patients?! How does that even happen?! We had to move my nephew to another facility for treatment. They had zero clue. Dissapointed. Strongly discourage using this clinic if one has serious complicated ailments.

Horrible service and customer care. Went there on Saturday the 15th of August 2020 and they had no doctor even for emergencies. They were just turning away patients. Called their customer care Rep Flora which was of no help and did even bother returning calls or making a follow up.

Got admitted at this hospital just after Easter holiday for heart failure (6--10) April The service I got in the ICU (HDU) was just good and as a PSMAS member I did not get any shortfalls on payment Hats off to all the staff members
