Honestly can't give any stars for this place! With a change in plans, needing a room and this being the only place in area with an available room that night, we almost slept in the car. Just over $100 plus $100 deposit for night we enjoyed live and dead roaches, black mold on bathroom ceiling & wall, most light bulbs out, bathroom door latch broken, room door lock latch broken....it was endless. Complaining at checkout was blown off and we were assured our deposit would be refunded in 7-10 days on cc. It's been 3 weeks, no refund yet. So I've been charged over $200 for a roach motel room that wasn't worth $20. I have called with no return call from manager. If this is your only option, stay in your car!

COMPLETE SCAM! It’s the most DISGUSTING place I’ve ever step foot in. As soon as I entered the room the lights didn’t work and it smelled horrid. When looking around I saw dirty floors, bed, couches and walls, the window was broken, there was dead bugs on the toilet and the lost goes on and on AND ON! If I could give it 0 stars I would

Don't deserve a star for nothing Im here now and don't have sheets microwave tv towels nor toilet paper my whole stay. When I contacted the front desk to inform wasn't nothing done at this point I want my money back and rather go get a room at the bus stop or Express Inn on gulf bank with the crackheads than stay here. So unbelievable do not waste your time or money

If I could give it 0 stars I would because it doesn’t deserve any stars. I stayed here for a few months and it was the worst decision I ever made. No housekeeping, no towels thank god I brought my own , no sheets because when I asked for some it was a problem I had to take the ones I had to the laundry mat and wash them myself. The tv didn’t work so I brought my own tv then at checkout I got accused of stealing a tv when I was taking mines out. Wi-Fi barely worked I used my hotspot on my phone most of the time I was there. No laundry room at the hotel. Room was dirty I had to clean it myself and found a crack pipe in the couch, bags of poop in the window seal, microwave was dirty, refrigerator was filthy, only one ac worked and when I complained they said they only supply one ac per room even though it’s a double room with two ac’s in it so I had to buy fans. Roaches and rats almost ran me out the room I had to buy decon for the rats and poison to put down for the roaches as well. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush correctly. The so called stove they had in the room that was just sitting on the counter didn’t even work I had to bring in my air fryer just to cook me something to eat. The lock on the door didn’t work right so when you came in the room and shut the door you pray the door is locked for the night. Anytime you ask them anything at the front desk it’s always I don’t know or we don’t have it. The rooms didn’t look anything like on the website, talk about false advertising at its best. I checked out over a week ago and I’m still waiting on my deposit back plus I left days early because I couldn’t take it anymore but I had paid already and I haven’t gotten refunded for those days either. Every time I call no one is at the desk. My advice sleep in your car or on the streets before you stay here.

If u struggling and have no other choice then u do what got do this place is the worse, stayed there a few months had no hot water a refrigerator that didn't work really filled with mold, tv had no cord to plug it in, had no towels washcloths thx god I have my own took 3 wks to get some, and roaches, wifi worked whenever it wanted owner is pathetic rude money hungry, almost all worker accept 1 younger girl she works early in day she's only nice 1, maintenance man&1 of front desk guys threatened hit me another person staying there witnessed it the maintenance man gets high in parking lot and is high most time heard other people say they hadn't heat, electrical sockets didn't work had no blankets pillows no frigs no microwaves and yes I asked switch rooms 2 times rooms that were shown 2 me looked like hadn't done anything since 1970 and murders had been done in them, no washer dryers there no small breakfast in morning lobby is gross also the pictures they have posted on the website is not anything of what their rooms actually look like

Hands down the worst possible location you can ever stay at. there is roaches and throw up in the lobby and on the elevators along with pee. You can try your luck with the stairs which also always smells like pee and is very sketchy so probably bring some type of weapon you could protect yourself (if your a female). I remember I went to visit a friend staying there and as I was leaving a sweet old lady was asking me about the place and I told her to run and do not stay here and she thank God she listened and thanked me. I advise you guys to do the same. Also the AC doesn't work and one of the elevators doesn't either. I recommend America's best inn and suites if you need a affordable place to stay.

Scam thats why its none refundable manager will send you to that room on purpose. Not a place to stay rooms will not be comfortable to sleep in, no refrigerator no microwave furniture comes off the street bugs flying no telephone in the room for emergencies if you don't have a cell phone your in trouble.
