good,
and
I
booked
very
last
minute,
so
I'm
glad
they
responded
so
well
and
gave
me
a
room
so
quickly.
I
do
have
my
complaints
about
the
room
and
hotel
itself.
There
were
scratches
on
the
wall,
some
items
(cough
drops)
on
the
floor.
I
saw
the
staff
at
the
Westin
work
very
hard,
but
I
feel
like
the
hotel
is
very
understaffed.
The
bedsheets
were
very
worn
out
and
scratched,
and
we
were
concerned
with
whether
they
were
properly
treated.
Some
items
I
usually
expect
from
a
hotel
room
were
missing.
I've
rarely
gone
to
a
hotel
doesn't
have
a
hair
dryer.
When
I
went
to
the
gym,
the
bikes
were
not
properly
functioning.
I
spent
most
of
my
time
finding
one
that
worked.
The
hotel
needs
many
updates
to
live
up
to
the
standard
of
it's
4+
star
rating.
Things
I
liked:
The
room
had
enough
towels,
I
liked
the
shampoo,
conditioner,
and
body
wash
was
pretty
good.
The
Starbucks
was
great.
