A thousand thank you s to McKenzie from Residence Inn at West chase (our original reservation), she called to let us know the hot tub was out and got us set up here. Now that’s absolutely superior customer service!! Jameel welcomed us at the front desk with her incredible energy and got us set up quickly in a great room. This hotel has a great pool and hot tub and the free breakfast choice were great. The room was alway clean and had plenty of room to work in (when not in hot tub) High energy, great service earns a 5***** badge! Thanks guys and thanks again to McKenzie for always looking to take care of her guests with superior service. I appreciate you!

I love this hotel but let me tell you about a situation that I felt could have been handled better . When washing clothes I put my clothes in the dryer And the machine took 3 of my quarters but no more and wouldn't give them back. When I told Staff at the front desk She stated her manager wasn't there and they had no more quarters. I told her I was only short 50 cent . I end up having to drive all the way to the gas station to get 2 quarters. Never got my three back but I still love the hotel.

The rooms were nice, they are very sizable for a family of 6. I just wish they had been stocked a little better.

Great location convenient to food and local business. Great place to stay. My room was very nice and had a great shower. Fully furnished kitchen and roomy. Full size fridge. I would stay for extended periods. Great pool and facilities.

Wish I could stay longer! I had a wonderful one night stay. When I arrived and got to my room, I learned they had upgraded me from a one king room to a suite with a full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom with two queens! Called the office to make sure they gave me the right room and she informed me it was a complimentary upgrade! Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing! I even opened up the case to see what the brand was and realized they were real down pillows. The complimentary breakfast was good and even though my room was close to the elevator, the insulation was good enough that nothing kept me up. It was a wonderful night’s sleep.

This hotel was dirty, loud and horribly located. You could tell that they didn’t really care about cleaning these rooms because it smelled like old Chinese food and had fingerprints all over the appliances. My view was of the vents and bright lights that no matter the amount of blackout shades, would not block the blinding lights outside. Loud, unclearly and completely not worth a stay. Wouldn’t book again. Extremely disappointing from a Marriott brand hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights last week and it was really nice. and common areas are very nice, new and clean. There’s a really nice Starbucks and for coffee and snacks. We had a mini suite in the A tower and the room was really nice. Very comfortable bed and a large area to hangout with friends. The room was also well appointed with a coffee maker and a mini fridge too. The room was also modern and had nice furniture. Most of the restaurants were closed on Tuesday and Wednesday but the sandwich place was really good. All in all a nice stay for a few nights and it was in a safe area too.

Everything was great. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Very clean place! Smells good. But the staff... Very strict as far as your ID's and getting a replacement key card If you forgot it or lost it. You're going to have to show some ID!

Our Stay at the Residence Inn was most definitely pleasant! The General Manager, Ms. Rosalind Jackson really made us feel welcome! Her along with the staff were all so helpful! Great amenities and a really awesome complimentary breakfast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Breakfast could be a little more tasty (compared to Staybridge breakfasts, it's pretty weak) but still a cooked breakfast. Despite website comments saying otherwise, there are no evening "socials" or snacks or ... Beyond that, our double-bedroom was great! Bathroom appointments in the "master" bath were innovative and not your run o' the mill. Comfortable beds, seriously hard-working black-out curtains, no noise from above or the hallway.

I’m originally from Houston and have a lot of family in town so I’ve never needed to stay in a hotel. But with adding 2 kids and family moving/downsizing, we decided to book one for our most recent trip. We chose Residence Inn because it had two separate rooms so we could separate the kids for sleep. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, super modern and clean. Kitchen is nice, spacious and totally useful when traveling with kids/babies. Parking lot is well lit and we felt very safe in the area. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. And the price was great! We booked with points but weekend rates seem very reasonable. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit!

I stayed here for a 10-day work trip. For those who are disappointed by continental breakfasts... They have a complimentary NON-continental breakfast. Waffle maker, hot oatmeal, cereal, egg concoctions of various sorts, beverages of various sorts. Sooo happy about that! It's a mile from an H-E-B and a liquor store in the same plaza, so you can get supplies. Walk, even, if the humidity is in your favor. Rooms are clean (didn't UV test), staff is friendly and responsive. Overall a great experience. (My TV sucked though, very slow Netflix. But the breakfast!!!) BTW I brought my Switch and was able to plug it into the TV. Not sure about streaming devices that use wifi.

Beautiful room...with a full kitchenette to cook. Laundry facilities had 5 machines out of order. Great bed and big bathroom. Bad/slow internet and the dishwasher didn't work.

This place exceeded my expectations. The Lady that checked me in was superb! The suite was clean and modern, and the breakfast was decent. The only downside was the shirtless man around the hotel lobby and the unfriendly Lady I met at the front desk sometimes.

Pro: the room is nice and comes with a decent breakfast. Con: The internet bandwidth is too small for Showtime, HBO, or Netflix to work on the TV. The pool is a gross yellow color and the gate access didn’t work.

I have stayed at a plethora of RI's over the past 25 years and I must say this one is absolutely one of the best. It is 6 years old however it looks like it just opened yesterday. But what really makes it is the people. Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly. It really made me feel a little more at home. And by the way it looks like they have an amazing pool and hot tub, unfortunately it was cooler so I did not get the opportunity to check it out. This hotel will be my go to for every visit to Houston from now on.

We came a little early, but there was no problem and they checked us in around 11am. Stayed 4 days and 4 nights. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, nice kitchen. Breakfast included. Enjoyed the pool and gym. Nice people, clean calm place. We do stay often in Residence Inn mostly in NJ and it was our first trip in TX. Very enjoyable stay.

Rooms are spacious, clean and smell good. Staffs are friendly. New facility. Breakfast has variety of choices but not hot enough (coffee is warm and bread toaster is not working right) but not a big deal. Overall I will come back to Residence Inn by Marriott next time traveling.

Just like another couple that I read in this review my husband was staying here and had a part stolen off his vehicle as well. They stole his catalytic converter. Making him late for his work and his meetings.

WORST hotel for Wi-Fi. I'm a Titanium Elite BonVoy member, and you can't watch a TV show or movie without buffering every 3 - 5 minutes. Laptop connectivity is spotty as well. I've been here 13 out of a 30 night stay and they keep telling me they're working on it. But this is pathetic. Management should be ashamed. Marriott should be ashamed.

Lovely hotel to stay at! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was especially nice. Breakfast was a little bland but worth the rest of the perks!

I stayed there for 4 months The Staff there starting with Rosalind, Beatrice, Glenda, Jameel and Chris were extraordinarily great! There was only one individual who I did not care for, which was the hotel manager, Shade. She was rude, impatient and heartless. Her people skills and customer service no one should ever have to endure in any establishment. I would recommend this place because there over and beyond attitude toward their guest with the exception of Shade. There was also a caterer by the name of Demorris Byrd, he could cook anything from home style to luxury cuisine! He was an excellent addition to the hotel
