I really like this hotel. It has a lot to do with the fact that it is new and well built. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. And even as it is a Grab & Go breakfast it has a nice variety. One thing I especially appreciated was that the AC system have a dry function. Most of these AC systems pump far too much humidity into the room.

Couldn't recommend this place enough. It's so amazingly clean and spacious. The stove really threw me off in a good way because I was not expecting to be able to cook my own breakfast. Housekeeping came everyday to knock on my door and ask if I needed cleaning/refills. The lobby staff were also super kind. The only thing that could've been better is the included breakfast because the main dishes were just cereal or pastries from warehouse stores. However, they have good compliments like OJ, good coffee, yogurt, fruit and the essential utensils/plates if you're making your own breakfast. The WiFi worked some of the time, but not all the time. A bonus is that the hotel is very near a bus stop, so I could travel downtown Houston, Vintage Park, or Target without issue. I've been to several national franchises, but Palace Inn Blue Tomball Parkway is the best hotel I've been ever. Truly recommend 100%.

The maids stole my air pod pros #2's. I've been tracking them on find my iPhone. I was in room 214. I could still see them Up to when the maid went in and then they turned off cuz they reprogrammed them. I am An IT master and I know how this works. I called the hotel to verify the time the room was cleaned. I have proof on the find my app.

I been here since March and I love this place. This is the best hotel to stay at in the Willowbrook area. The employees are super nice and very professional. The manager is really nice. If I could give them 10 starts I definitely would. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, clean and very respectful customer service in a hotel.

There are a lot of hotels to chose from in this area. But palace inn Blue is definitely my top choice. The level of cleanliness surpasses all the competition. Customer service is on point. And they even have an unassuming breakfast offering. I would recommend this spot for longer visits too, as they have rooms that have kitchens in them. Thanks for having me again. There are not enough words to describe how awesome this place is from management, associates, cleaning crew and rooms. I promise you wont go wrong staying here!

Overall it was good for the price, nice and clean small place. The only thing was missing in the room was the clock, also there were a few issues! Rooms are not soundproof, we could hear the neighbor playing loud music at midnight. I could not sleep well the first night, the top floor had kids running, jumping late midnight, and calling the front desk, but kids were not listening and parents didn't care that much, I was too tired to change the room. If you have kids, please stay on the first floor. breakfast is not much and in the room. The front desk was always nice and friendly.

I honestly didn’t have high expectations for this little inn but it was perfect for my one night stay in Houston. You can tell they’ve recently renovated/upgraded. Everything was clean and worked great. You have all the basic necessities and comforts. I had a great nights sleep and it was excellent for the price.

A nice little place, kind of like a modernized motel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and someone took the time to match the décor. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is only grab-and-go, but there was cereal, fruit, yogurt, and snacks. You could also get coffee, juice, or bottled water.

Nice welcome, rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Even though it was basic breakfast, the fact that there was nowhere to sit and eat it was not good. I took my coffee and cookie to my cold car to eat. Also but stop was directly outside my door. So constant smell of people smoking.

Our absolute go to hotel when we are in Houston! Never had any issues with check-in, breakfast, staff, onsite laundry, or neighbors! 100% pleased, every time!

Super inconvenient to have items taken from your room. :( Ren Fest shirt gone after the first day, when I know for sure I packed it. The reason it's not a one star is because everything else was great, the only thing is that my shirt was possibly stolen. Edit number 2: After an 8 hour drive, cleaning out my car, and house I can confirm that the last place I had it was at this hotel. I'm just going to say that this place needs to do better. Of course no one will admit they stole something but they could have at least checked cameras or the lost and found. Seriously, do better. :(

The rooms are clean but for a non smoking room it smelled like cigarettes, and we could smell weed just outside our room.

This is the best place to stay Comfort quiet cleanliness the the staff is excellent you would want to stay anywhere else

It was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s the best experience I had in a long time. If I ever visit Houston again I’m definitely staying here. If you’re in the willowbrook area this should definitely be your choice.

Friendly staff, the room so clean and fresh. Nothing to complaint about. Easy come, easy going. I loves the mirror near the bathroom, it's super light, and anti-fog. The mirror is good for me to makeup, if they can provide the small black towels instead of white towels would be great for women to wipe hands after make-up.

This place is extremely clean and fresh inside. It's new and cleaning service is great. And for this price I recommend you to just book this place and take 20 minutest ride to the city if you have a car.

Actually... Pretty damn nice and clean compared to others I've stayed at. People that work there are nice. They always have fresh snacks up front. So yeah. 👍🏽

In general, it was a decent experience given the price. The place was neat and compact. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The room lacked a clock, and there were some issues with noise. The rooms aren't soundproof, which made it challenging to sleep, especially when neighbors were playing loud music late at night. Additionally, the top floor had noisy kids running and jumping during late hours. I contacted the front desk, but the situation didn't improve much, and I was too exhausted to request a room change. If you have children, it might be better to stay on the first floor. Breakfast options were limited and served in the room. On a positive note, the front desk staff was always courteous and friendly.

Great place, friendly staff and very clean rooms. Will stay here again.
