Service was great very nice people and with a feel good environment. For the price you can't go wrong. Nice clean rooms and plenty of locations to eat near by. In all it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone. I will definitely be staying there again.

First walking in it seemed okay. But learning the elevator didn’t work I knew it was going to be the same experience throughout the stay. I’m walking down the hallway to my room and the carpet in the hallway was so gross, I could feel my feet sink in. Upon entering the room it smelt like old, the carpet in there as well filthy; I go and take a shower and it the shower doesn’t even close at all. I lift up the sheets. Stained. Every one of them. As I’m there through the night I see roaches I was scared to even go to bed. This place was mfkn gross. It made me feel nasty just being there.

It is good place to stay for for the price, in a decent location close to I-10 , a lot of places to eat within walking distance . A gas station is right by hotel. No ice machine is all I can really complain about . There is a place called Brewerz less than a minute off the highway sports bar that’s kid friendly ,, LOVE IT!!

No. The girl at the reception was just speaking with her smartphone when we checked in. We changed the room first time because the smell was like cold cigarettes, Second time because the bed line had green staines...like mold. There is also no coffeemaker in the room, when we ask the reception they just said, oh we put them all away....yesterday... Damn one day to late. And the breakfast.....there is none. Toast coffee and snacks. You feel this place is just taking the money.

I can only speak for my room so some other rooms may be better. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, which made me feel uneasy, the fridge didn't work at all, and it was moldy. I had to spray it out with my Lysol and clean it out so it could hold my food I brought. Then with it not working, I had to use bags of ice to keep my food cold. The bed was fine but you could tell they've had the blankets too long bc those old, set in stains were there. My friend's bed however, slid off the box spring when she leaned on it from the side. She nearly hurt herself. There is no complimentary breakfast, unless you think little debby snack cakes and sweet cereal as breakfast. If I knew these things, I would have never chose this place. These amenities were the reason I wanted to come here for the pricing that was offered. Never again.

These reviews must be by bots or fake accounts...I'm a choice member we stayed here. First they didn't have a phone in the room so if you have an issues you have to walk to the front desk* Second the toilets didn't work it was literally rigged to work for one flush then the chain detached. When we got there thier was 4 old ladies just sitting out in the front watching everything you do...very uncomfortable feeling... then we switch room and no phone in the second room. We told the front desk her response some rooms don't have them. Thumbs down. ALSO it's smelled old and smokey. Whoever is saying this place is awesome is clearly lying or works for the hotel.

10/10 FOR This HOTEL! WE had a wonderful experience staying here! Firstly,in Georgia where I reside when u see "Econo Lodge"u think "run down"! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE HERE! This is the nicest renovated "Econo Lodge" I have ever stayed in! NOTHING IS "RUN DOWN" HERE! The rooms are very spacious and extra clean!THE BEDS ARE LIKE SLEEPING IN CLOUDS! Our House keeper MS.CARLA?(I hope that her name,I'm terrible at names) is A ROCKSTAR AND NEEDS A PROMOTION! She was LIKE AN ANGEL IN DISGUISE...VERY SWEET,CARING AND FAST! SHE EVEN WAS TEACHING ME SPANISH BY TELLING ME EVERY ITEM REQUESTED IN SPANISH AS I REQUESTED and SHE DID IT WITH A SMILE! secondly,(like I said I'm terrible at names) the front desk staff was amazing especially the African American lady with long back hair who seemed to work every shift! I'm so sorry I forgot your name,HOWEVER, I want you and your supervisor to know that you are A TRUE ROCKSTAR and u as Well should be rewarded for your empicable customer service and your drive to keep that hotel running as smooth as possible! We stay here for 4 nights so we saw A LOT! The hotel cleanliness was THRU THE ROOF! OH I ALMOST FORGOT...the rates here a tremendously AFFORDABLE! I definitely RECOMMEND YOU STAY HERE! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AND STAY AGAIN WHEN IN THE AREA! THANK U ALL SO MUCH FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE! S/n I didn't want to give all the great amenities away like the showers.... so all I will say is check out my photos I took while enjoying my stay here!

The rooms were very uncomfortable to stay in I checked out as soon as I could. When I first walked into the room I saw roaches and the room smelled very musky for the price that I paid I didn't think it was reasonable to pay the price I paid and get a slum experience so I then booked at the clean Best Western for the same price and a better experience

A little worse than I expected. It looks like the pictures for the most part, and the beds are comfy. It's easy to check in, and the location is good. However, lots of things are broken or breaking, the door was missing the lookout glass, the rooms we had were stinky, and the breakfast was just cereal and toast without butter. Also, we had to reset all 4 of our keys.

The front desk never came back from their nap to print up a receipt for our company travel. She didn't even put breakfast out on time she didn't do it at all. Housekeeping was nice and when we needed towels they were given to us quickly. Very polite. The front desk person needs to be talked to due to failure of customer service.

This hotel is my company's go-to whenever we come to town for work. Rooms are always clean, staff is polite and helpful. Nothing bad to say about this place

Staff was very friendly including housekeeping they were fantastic. I had my baby while staying there and the ladies were very sweet to me during and made sure I had cleaning done every day. Rooms were nice and spacious we loved the rainfall shower head especially. Bit of a gnat problem but overall would stay there again.

Well originally I did like this hotel but on my 2nd day I found bedbugs in the bed. I found them between the cover and the sheets and around the edges of the bed. I was so grossed out. I left asap. Still dealing with my bagged up luggage and my belongings.

No phones in the rooms. Front desk made me feel like it was a burden to use their main line. No longer serves hot breakfast. Room was clean. Fast Wi-Fi

The shower floor was so slimy and slippery that I had to put a towel down to take a shower. We all were diagnosed with covid 19 after staying there. We never stay at hotels but had to because of a power outage.

Have to say that after not visiting in well over a year that this is now my "To Go" hotel to stay at when my job as a Pilot Car brings me back to this part of Houston. The hotel at the moment is undergoing some upgrades, but still the best place to stay when you are waiting to load Blades...you know where. BIG THUMBS UP to the Lady at the front desk.. To the Owner... Cindy, the Lady that is at the Front Desk is one of the best assets you could ever have at any of your properties...and that us an understatement. Friendly, Cordial, and knows how to give good suggestions to a guest that is not familiar with the area on a variety of both restaurants as well as other places to go for your needs. She needs a raise to start off with!! I'll be suggesting all my Blade haulers stay at this Econo Lodge from now on!!

Aside from the property being refurbished this place is a really good hotel to stay. Seafood restaurant not even 300 feet away, gas station the same, the room was clean and nice and the bathroom was my favorite 😊. The shower was very spacious and the shower head was like 7-8 feet high (I’m 6,3). This is by far one of my top 5 hotels that I’ve stayed in. As a low budget hotel it was waaaaay better than what I expected due to previous experience with hotels in this area. There’s a Fitness center as well, which adds to my comfort because I workout 🏋️‍♂️. Everything was nice and no this is not a paid for review! I’ve never stayed at an Econo lodge before, this first experience is highly rated. Will definitely be coming back here if I’m ever in Houston.

The lady at the front desk was asleep and got upset when I asked her for some milk for breakfast she told me to ask the housekeeper this was at 8am. Now the housekeeper was super nice but not the front desk lady in the morning. Please get some workers that will not go to sleep on the job and not get upset with guest if we ask for something. I definitely will not be staying there ever again when I go to Houston.

Rooms were clean. But one of the beds was on the floor, no frame. And one of the power outlets right next to the bed was uncovered. I have small children and this is very dangerous.
