😠 I could write a book about how bad this place is. Completely unsatisfactory. They should be the ones to pay you for staying there. Just a FEW things....a fly was laying eggs on the pillow, something's leg was under the sheets, the blanket was stained and dirty, tv hanging from wire, tv didn't work,... I could write a book about how bad this place is. Completely unsatisfactory. They should be the ones to pay you for staying there. Just a FEW things....a fly was laying eggs on the pillow, something's leg was under the sheets, the blanket was stained and dirty, tv hanging from wire, tv didn't work, multiple holes in walls, exposed wiring in several locations, no hot water, ceiling falling, furniture worn out, holes all around door letting creatures in.......etc,etc,etc. The manager should call me....I could turn that place around in no time. But as of now, they should shut it down for MAJOR renovations. 🤷🏽‍♂️

This place gets negative stars. It's a simple rundown crack motel. The only people that are staying there are people that are on a down and out or someone who need a cheap place to stay in between time. This is not a motel for guests coming from out of town trying to enjoy Houston. I do not recommend. The condition of the rooms are very poor. Smell like cigarette smoke stain sheets, stain comforters, shower curtains dirty, bathroom filthy, everything was just filthy. Decour on the inside and the outside of the establishment was terrible. People are just hanging around outside and stray dogs in front of the establishment. My overall experience I end up staying somewhere else.

For a last minute deal it was not bad. The guy that was working behind the counter kept trying to flirt with me even though he saw my husband in the car. This hotel is for dealers and addicts. No one broke into my car so that was a good thing.

This place is crazy unsafe. Tons of people live there so it just seems odd. 🤔 The couch was missing legs. Tape was on the wall to cover cracks. Definitely never going back. Was a hole in the wall, it was booked online and the pictures don't match what the room looks like. On the plus side. The A/C did actually work and the TV did as well.

The place is absolutely disgusting! When you walk in you can see the ROACHES crawling around EVERYWHERE!!!! They aren't even afraid of the light. The bathroom has a molding ceiling and the lighting looks like it's ready to short out and start a fire. My favorite part was when I went to attempt a refund the man looked me dead in my eyes and said "No refunds. What did you expect when you seen the price?" Terrible service. Didn't even stay.

The keys didn’t work to get into my room . I had to go to the office 3 times and the key still didn’t work .they shower drain was clogged so the tube filled up with water fast . They had roaches and all kinds of bugs crawling on the wall . 100% would not recommend you going here .

So, I was blessed to get a hotel for 2 days flying in from Florida 🥰."Shoutout to my Mom!"...🌹 "I LOVE YOU". It was my first time at this location ,..."interesting indeed".. , it's been my first time here at this location. Based on the circumstances, my room was reasonably priced and my room is clean. Thanks TRAVEL INN!!!! -LJ3 🙃

Dirty towels! No food! No hot water! Bugs! Customer service sucks! They alway on the phone or chilling with their kids! Old guest! I asked for accommodations and was told “no we don’t have that” for any and everything! 1 star is too much but that’s the bottom of the barrel for an option to choose! If you’re homeless and broke or sleeping with someone you met the 1st night then it’s ok. But I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend or family member. The pics on the website are not the same hotel/motel roach coach you walk into

The only thing good about this place was the front desk person. He was very attentive but the rooms we purchased both had roaches as soon as you walked into the door, didn’t get our refund and it’s been over a week since we have been there. Absolutely horrible environment. Look like there are people on drugs LIVING there not a safe place to want to go. 0/10 do not recommend.

This is not the place for a stay for more than 1 night, nor is it worth any amount payable. My "room" had ultra thin walls, as EVERYTHING can be heard from rooms behind, below, besides me, and from outside. Please carefully look at the photos I took of my "room." Oh and yes, that is a mushroom growing from the mold underneath the sink in room 40.

I can't speak for every room but my room, smelled like cigars, i see no obvious smoke detector, bed covers have a lot of holes from smoking people. See the pattern? Also he toilet had the refill system installed crooked, had to relalign the float so it would work, i found the toilet just endlessly filling up. Waste. I really can't complain for the price imo, this is a crash and leave kinda place. It is clearly in renovation hell.

Cockroaches, mold, and musk! Oh my. The entire experience at this place from check in with Robert the over night male, to the 30 seconds I stayed in the moldy, musky, cockroach infested room. I have never in my life seen bugs that aren't scared of light or people. The cockroaches practically chased me out the room. They were in the bed linens and all. It was quite disgusting. I went back to front desk to immediately check out and possibly some what resolve issue with even a partial refund and was immediately cursed by the over night associate. This is the most unprofessional establishment I've ever been to.

We were giving a room where the sheets were not changed. They gave us a room that was having construction done on it instead of giving us a room that was ready. Had extra TVs on the floor no mirror and no towels no phone or remote

The pictures and the real hotel are two completely different things, the rooms are filthy and not taken care of. It is messy and you can hear everything from other rooms.

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN or FIND NEW MANAGEMENT. I paid for a one night stay and I checked in later than usual. Around midnight there the hotel security and some other strange man literally used a key card to open my door because a guy left something in the room from a previous stay. I go to the front office to complain and the front desk clerk and the security guard are already smirking because they knew I was coming. The front desk clerk continues to smirk while telling me that it was his fault. He didn’t bother to explain how that happened and he also told me he couldn’t give me a refund or so anything and I Would have to wait until the next day to speak with someone. I am a single 27 year old 120 lb female and I was waken up in the middle of the night by 2 STRANGE MEN OPENING MY HOTEL ROOM DOOR WITHOUT KNOCKING!!! ANYTHING COULD HAVE HAPPENED. I wouldn’t encourage anyone to stay here. I would rather stay in my car.

The room I had didn't have any plugs by the bed. You couldn't get hardly any channels to work on the TV. The TV was hung really crooked. No fire alarm, the air conditioner wires were not done correctly, fire hazard, and their was a big gap that you couple see outside by the air conditioner. No plugs in the bathroom to do my hair. I had to call the front desk to get maintenance out to fix the knob you turn the shower on with, it just spun around and wouldn't turn on. The shower had no hot water, luke warm at best. The breaker box has no door on it. The sign says it's $39 a night but it was $55.

The rooms appear to be somewhat clean but when you take the sheets off of the mattress dear lord! It's ridden with bed bugs and mildew. Something was biting my daughter and I through it was a spider. The manager is very unprofessional. The front desk girls get it from the guest and it's not their fault. My daughter was without water for 4 days! This place should have a a sign that says, lodge here at your own risk. You may leave with disease or drug habit.

paid for a week. $300. I only stayed 2 nights and didn’t care about the wasted money. Any review above 1 star is questionable 😂

A four-star experience at a one-star cost! Nice, clean, large rooms with super comfy pillow top mattresses & a HUGE smart TV's. The free Continental breakfast was AMAZING, too. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional staff eager to accommodate their guests' every need. A WONDERFUL stay!💜

Front desk are on the ball. Owners are cleaning up the place. They have come along way in the year I've lived here. Pet friendly a plus.....

There were so many roaches it actually feels like I had friends for once. The best part were the hyenas caccling at 9 a.m.

The first room they booked Us in was just nasty. Still had clothes from the previous guests once we informed the office they moved us to another room which was spotless everything was perfectly clean the fridge was white inside and out. With taxes and everything $45 you get what you pay for. After my mom passed away and I was homeless in Mississippi. I was given a job here in Texas and finding this motel it's a step in the right direction for me and I'm grateful that I found it so to the owners keep up the good

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room was half cleaned. There was no toilet paper, no clean towels. There was a dirty towel left in the bath tub. Walls are very thin, you can hear everything they were saying. The front door has a huge gap at the bottom. This is just a round down, crack head kind of motel. I'd never recommend anyone to stay here.

Rooms need renovating. Area don't feel safe. Rooms had broken utilities in bathroom broken windows and doors. pay a little more go down the road to better options.

Lol . You get what you pay for. It had better days . I would suggest some where else if you have the funds. We had No choice and were not gonna be in that room more than enough time to sleep. If I showed photos it would be shocking. My wife was mad at me bc I stayed there. I told her it had to be done. Good luck

It's right off 59 very convenient. They are renovating, if you have children this is no place for them. Ice machine did not work and they did not have extra towels. Look for the price it's not the Hilton room was great hot water was outstanding.

Manager- Mr Happy was well mannered he was respectful and greeting so was the front desk receptionist And other staff they rooms are very intriguing and I was appalled at the spacious rooms and how clean the was and I like the room services and the connection on the WiFi was good I just loved everything about it

Not the worst place I've ever been, but pretty close. Especially given that a shooting happened there not long ago.

  • 2/5 Sarah C. 2 years ago on Google
This place is reasonably priced but you get what you pay for so don't expect anything fancy. The heater in the room doesn't work so I had to bring in a space heater as it is cold out & maintenance never fixed it even after I complained & it was too much of a hassle to move rooms...again. There's a nice covered area right outside my room with a grill & a sink but apparently it's just for show bc there's no actual plumbing hooked up to the sink & the grill is non-functional. If staying here long term, invest in a Firestick or something similar otherwise you'll get stuck watching either Jerry Springer or the news. Be prepared for even THAT to not work at times because their internet has a weak signal & hardly ever works. Houston Police are almost always being called to the property mostly for domestic disputes. HFD are here semi-regularly for random room fires. I had sewage coming up the bathroom & in the shower. Told several employees & no one has done anything about it. This place is nasty. Especially with all the roaches.

Room smelled mildewy, which is expected for this type of place - but the room was also dirty even though the bed was made. Used washcloth hanging in shower, NASTY fridge, ashes on the bathroom floor, broken tiles in shower..instantly checked out .

The manager happy is amazing and very friendly! They are renovating and I can't wait to see how amazing it turns out. Rooms are great size and cleaned well. Decent prices! Will definitely come back again soon!
