This place definitely has roaches. I gave it a chance because everyone has their own different experiences. I should've listened to the reviews. I couldn't even get a pizza delivered here because of multiple muggings in the past. During check-in? I couldn't even step inside the office, I had to wait outside in 97 degree weather. The comforter had multiple cigarette burns. There was an immediate smell of smoke in this non-smoking section of the hotel. It's a mess. I'm not even going to finish out the night here. I'm shaking my stuff off, and I'm gone. Please don't waste your money on this scumtel.

Would not stay here if my life depended on it. Beyond ghetto and the manager was so willing and understanding to my request for a refund. When I walked up to the window and told him I was worried about staying there, he just smiled and suggested that he could help me by cancelling my reservation without penalty. I was thankful he knew and understood what I was saying without having to go any further.

Horrible experience, they allow pets which when ppl walk their dogs, poop be everywhere. The poop bring flies and they’ll be all in the room. Outdated facilities. Do not spend your money here. Find somewhere else

The worst part about this place is probably employees, especially Ashley! I was struggling with my young daughter, and confided in this woman who completely flipped the script on me… because I was being friendly with one of the other guests. Come to find out she is having relationships with him!!! She actually told me I couldn’t come onto the property after I checked out! I did absolutely nothing wrong other than be friendly with a man who provided my daughter and I with food when we were hungry. It’s so flattering to be hated on when I’m actually going through hell! I look my absolute worst. The only reason I even talked to that man is because he provided me with some food. Ashley, you need to do better. I turned to you and spoke to you from the heart as a woman to another woman only to find out that you are actually not a real woman and the worst part of that entire place. You should be fired. You are in a relationship with someone and having relationships with the guest of the place that you work at. That is terrible, and it’s a conflict of interest which is the reason you should not work at that roach infested shelter.

Price is great but my room looks nothing like the aid on top of that it has roaches and nats my door looks like it's open when it's closed the room looks half way clean this is not right on top of that the neighbors are past loud and ghetto I can barely get sleep I wanted to stay longer but I can't do roaches nats and loud neighbors....

This place is disgusting. It’s roach infested. It has a “kitchenette” with no refrigerator and the stove doesn’t work at all. People urinate right outside our room door so there is a strong stench of pee if you try to go anywhere. The shower doesn’t have any hot water. And every morning they get someone to walk around with a loud leaf blower outside every door which not only wakes you up if you’re not already up, but also blows trash from outside into your room because there are gaps in the doors. There are also holes in the walls and water damage all over the room. I’ve literally never stayed anywhere more revolting than this place before. It definitely wasn’t worth the money.

Marginally better than living on the street. My microwave is busted, TV busted, AC leaking water, roaches GALORE, and I have a mouse in here. They give you one roll of toilet paper and then charge you a dollar per roll if you need more. You have to take your own trash out. If all this sounds good to you, go for it!

I didnt stay.. looked like a reenactment of 1st 48..crackheads people just hanging around and check in was like a free soup line.. people arguing about toilet paper and everything.. if u like adventure then this is for you.. the pictures look totally opposite of what you pull up to. Great photographer bad place to go and spend the night.

Two words to sum up: RUN and HORRIBLE! I really don't even know where to start from. We booked this hotel at almost $80 a night but it was not worth even a penny. We pulled in late at night and there was a group of suspicious people right in front of the office. In fact there were a lot of shady people pretty much all around the property. I still held into my nerves and start looking for the office. Office was dark and the door was locked. One suspicious lady even told me to leave and that office is closed at night. I knew her information was not accurate and start looking for any signs for after hours check in. There was a small note on the front door to check in with the side window if the door is locked. I went to the side window and it was shut, locked and dark. There was a ringer outside on a broken dented wall and was not working. Of course by this time I had a lot of attention from unwanted people just hanging and walking within the property. I knocked on the window for sometime before finally somebody turned the lights on from inside and open the window. My room was on the third floor and with small kids and bags it was a huge hassle to take stairs. I was told that elevator was not working and when I looked at the elevator I knew why. It looked like somebody blew it up as it was literally ripped apart. The whole hotel was dirty and filthy as there were trash everywhere and all over. We went to our room and it was barely livable. Walls had dent, hole, and water leak markings. Refrigerator was dirty as hell and the floor was sticky as honey. Stove and its knobs were all broken and I was so afraid to even touch it to avoid any possible gas leak disaster. Restroom was extremely small and literally had a kid size broken sink. Bathroom was small and only had a one small soap. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Only two towels were provided for the entire family size room. Both towels had stains and were dirty. Air condition worked but was loud and noisy. I went downstairs to get more towels and after a lot of question and answer I was given some and even those had holes and stains! Of course they had no return/refund policy regardless of the reason so moving out after paying a hefty price was not an option for me. My entire stay was very uncomfortable and I didn't feel safe at all. Thank god that nothing happened to me or my car and I got out in 1 piece. This hotel needs a complete renovation from bottom up. First and foremost, security needs to be tightened up and they need to get rid of suspicious people. Wish I can give zero star!

They very friendly and respectful and I has great experience with them as well Ms Ashley and Mr reberto r great folks and I has no issues over at my stay time

Stay here every time I'm in town Roberto and Ashley have increasingly made this property a better place to stay. If I have any issues with my room they are prompt and quick. The hotel has risen to a much better standard since they have become a force to be reckoned with. The guests are held accountable, the grounds are quiet, they have security in the evenings and nights. They have now added a gate and updated the privacy fence around the property. Love these two and that's why I keep returning all these yrs!

My stay here was absolutely horrible. The roaches were everywhere. You smell pee everywhere, I got nauseous and stomache, unfortunately I had an emergency and had no other option but if you ever need a place to stay DON'T STAY HERE!! And I didn't feel safe at all, a lot of people walking there that look high!

Only stay if you are desperate and low on money. The Roaches will overwhelm you in this place and they know about it. So much violence and crime on the property, from the guests. Someone broke into my room after the first night of an already paid for extended stay. The manager is very nice and it was the only good thing or good person that I encountered while I was there. Sad really...

Ok...it worked for what I needed. Bring your own roach spray and keep your clothes in plastic bags or in your luggage. Toilet was tilted due to failing flooring. It's old and not well maintained. People working there were accommodating and helpful.

The service provided by Ashley is phenomenal! She does her best to help you with anything you may need. An amazing employee! But only some much can be done from her great service. Horrible internet, if you need to do work don't expect to be able to do it here. Can barely get .5 mbps which is nothing when trying to complete simple tasks. You need about 5 mpps for a simple video nowadays. Crackheads and dope fiends are around every corner. I can give video evidence of this if needed. Don't come here for the holidays or in general. Alberto the manager does not care about customers well being. He doesn't provide security and if he does they don't care in the slightest because they are paid so abysmally low. Again no Internet connection that is considered high speed per their advertising. No security from drugs or those that use and enforce it. Rats with disease and roaches as well. Can get written and recorded statements for these problems

Notice how management of this establishment never responds to anyone giving a 4 star rating or less. That should give you enough evidence to noy book here ever or come here for a stay. For business, there is no internet that reaches above the speeds that can condone any business that you need to do or have to do. So don't comeourr on business their is other better places that cost just 20-30 bucks more that will make a huge difference in terms of quality. Alberto the manager only cares for money and nothing else. Has pushed that in terms of people getting their transmission stolen and other issues without having security everyday and every hour. Which they should have in general anyways.. Can find multiple public calls about it in Harris county and recently. Manager Alberto allows drug dealers to live here and condones them to work for him. Can provide evidence in the future with help if need be by officials...

I give this god awful place a big zero stars! Roaches everywhere, rooms are gross, walls are filthy, outlets don’t work, cigarette stains and burn holes on surfaces and comforters, appliances were nasty. Some poor guy got stuck in the elevator. Property reeked of urine. People hanging out all hours of the night talking extremely loud. Mattresses are like laying on concrete.

Bring courage! Full of roaches, over half of the room lights were in-op bathroom floor was rotted out. Not a great place but staff were helpful. Just badly in need of make over. Good location.

It's actually my best friend who's living there with her hubby, I would never live there unless it was the last place with a roof. Rooms are not very nice and are in need of repairs. After dark I would never leave the room, asked my friend no to either because it's very obviously a haven for drug dealers. Heard 2 deals go down in just the 20 minutes I was there. I worry about my friend everyday. I would give it 0 stars if I could, that's how bad it is!!!

I had to rate this, wish I could've not gave 1 star, it deserves 0 stars... This place is like living in the TRAP...If you don't know what a trap means, stay here you will know...No cap... Roaches here are like dope fiends, they are everywhere...Left, right, up or down..."DEPOSITS" SHEESH...They should make the roaches pay rent & the deposits...I lived in the "Projects" before I should've took that over being here...I should've read the reviews before spending money on a "HO STROLL", TRAP HOUSE, ROACH INFESTED A** PLACE...This was like PCH in California back in the day... I need reimbursement Immediately.

I used to live in this place years ago when we were just starting off in cyfair area !! Smh . Boy recently had to visit for my father in law and wow what an amazing downfall !!! Smdh used to be a fabulous upgraded place never allowing the ruckus it does not and the room Omgoodness !! Nasty 🤢 Roaches small and huge !! Bedbugs on top of sticky floors in clean showers !! I don't understand how a beautiful great place could from high quality to just getting money where they can get it !! Monetary over quality never turns out good heard my old room on the 2nd floor woman got killed in there a few years back sad !! Back in the early 2003 there was security on property and they had Santa there passing out gifts to the children on Christmas ⛄🎄 and events for holidays for them Idk about now but wow Hope y'all can rebuild and get back to what a great place y'all were It was called CROSS LANDS when we were there

heard bout 20-30 gun shots every friday night and saturday night.Roaches are rlly rlly bad.The blankets were burnt.People would be walking around high and drunk around our room early in the morning.There was a gun went thru someone’s window on the bottom floor,thank god they weren’t home.we were packing to leave and someone stole my bag.The proptey owners wouldn’t help us.We was paid up at till the 13th of december and we left on the 9th to move out of state,then said they could give us a refund.They told us we could go they the 3rd party and contact expedia and they said they could give us a refund,But never did.

Cheap, you get way more than you can ask for for the money. Down side is: there's some bag characters that will find you there. One asked me for money, then followed me all the way to my room on the third floor, kept talking about being homeless, then finally left when he realized I was not going to take out my key and open the door while he was standing there. Another day someone was knocking on my door at 3am. Don't know who didn't even get up to look. Two other times guys showed up looking for some girl that used to stay there. Hear a lot of domestic type situations. Outside of that, great place.

If you like peace of mind and calm areas, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. I wish I did some more research before booking here. P.s on top of your booking price you will still need to pay a 100$ deposit, so you don't mess up the dilapidated rooms.

DO NOT COME HERE! I should have trusted the reviews. We're waiting on our apartment so we booked a week here, huge mistake. First sign of terror was a guy passed out and snoring on the stairway next to "our" room. I say "our" because when I opened the door THERE WERE ALREADY PEOPLE ON THE BED!!! What kind of stuff is that?!? The clerk gave us a key to someone else's room. Now imagine how dangerous that could be. We kindly asked him for a refund and was met with nothing but lies. He told me to contact Expedia so I walked off to do so. When I came back to him, he lied and said that he processed the refund and had already sold our room. We asked for proof, then he said that he will refund it when they call him, then he yelled at us to leave and slammed the window on us lmao. Took me a while to contact Expedia but they finally processed my refund. Be warned, if you have ANY other options, please use them. This place is literally for your last option. I'd honestly rather sleep in my car than come here again. Fair warning

I stayed here for 26 days in Nov of 2021, waiting on major car repairs. There's no question of the sketchiness of some of the guests that were near or right next to my room, but most of the family groups I had contact with were downright friendly. I walked to the Walmart and back almost daily for groceries. I think the atmosphere of this motel isn't helped by the nightclub that's right next door, but that's the way it is. The kitchenette is great..big refrigerator and the flat-screen tv was a plus. Yeah the room had roaches, but what 2-star motel doesn't? What was worse were the mosquitoes the first night! It took work to track them all down with rubber-bands, but I finally got the last one about 2am. Hate those things.. Office staff were helpful and friendly, as was housekeeping. If I'm in Houston again for car issues, I'll be staying here
