This places deserves more than 5 stars! It looks amazing! Food is delicious, prices are good and the waiter who served us was very nice. Definitely the best place in Hunedoara to eat!

A lovely and professional restaurant right next to the Hunyadi-s' Corvin Castle. The place itself is situated in an abandoned factory building, hence the name Werk being derived from the German word for factory (Werke). The staff is friendly, it doesn't take long for the order to arrive. The food and the serving is splendid and it is worth any waiting. The place looks very nice, and it is clean. The bathroom is modern. Beverages are also awesome. If there's an ongoing concert, you have to pay an extra fee of 50 RON to stay outside, but the inside does the trick as well. Will definitely return one day.

This is the second time we return to Werk Restaurant. Delicious food, great service and atmosphere.

We enjoyed the good food and we appreciated the hospitality of the waitperson.

Spend some lovely time in the terrace there, enjoying a meal and a beer. Food came late, but was a sunny day and didn't complain about. Very close to the Huniad castle, so I recommend on the way back to the parking.

Spacious, modern blend and rustic, short and proficient menu, same goes for the staff. Nice design, and close to the historical castle.

A superb location with exceptional and very friendly staff, fast and high-quality service, food beyond expectations, I will recommend this location.

Quite disappointing - we had lunch there (a group of 3) and all of us we were disappointed by the food: the eggplant salad did not taste like much and served with slightly burnt bread; the bruschetta bread was quite soggy and the spread on top not tasty and the beef dish (gulas) quite fatty. The service was really nice, the staff were polite and friendly and the terrace had a nice atmosphere in terms of decor and music.

Absolutely loved the service and help that Louisa provided. We are vegetarian and vegan and though there were not many options on the menu, she helped us customize with amazing healthy food options to meet our requirements. Love the energy, Louisa. Wir haben spontan zwei Tische für 10 Personen zu Mittag besetzten können. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Ambiente und die Sauberkeit hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es wurden verschiedene Gerichte bestellt, diese wurden zeitnah gemeinsam serviert. Alles war sehr appetitlich angerichtet und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir haben auch die hausgemachte Limonade probiert, sehr lecker. Definitive Empfehlung!

Very good and professional service. Good ambiance - music is only as a "background" not blarring like in some places. Food was fresh, well prepared and tasty.

Food looks good, tastes ok but it’s nothing to brag about. It’s your typical wanna be premium restaurant, with average cooks. The staff was friendly though and we enjoyed the closeness to the Castle. Prices were reasonable too. So instead of getting a cheap hot dog or junk food on your way out of the Castle, you cant try something better at Werk.

Loved it! My husband had the duck leg and I had the trout. Everything was excellent.

A restaurant with beautiful decor and atmosphere. The terrace is large, so you have a good chance to find a place to stay. The inside is very spacious and well designed. The service is fast and friendly. They are well organized. The food is good. Not special, but you can eat and drink well here. It's hard to find better in this area.
